Abstract
The invention provides a welding process of an aluminum composite honeycomb plate, which comprises the following steps: s1: preparing required raw materials: the aluminum honeycomb core comprises an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum honeycomb core, an aluminum panel and a brazing flux; s2: arranging the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel in the S1 in sequence from back to front, and filling the connecting part of the front side of the aluminum bottom plate and the aluminum honeycomb core and the connecting part of the rear side of the aluminum panel and the aluminum honeycomb core with the brazing flux in the S1 to complete the assembly of the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel; s3: and (3) carrying out heat preservation on the whole assembled by the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel in the step S2 at the brazing temperature of 560-580 ℃ for 25-35min to obtain the aluminum composite honeycomb plate. The brazing filler metal melted on the surface of the brazing plate can increase liquid metal, the influence of assembly precision on the brazing forming of the whole aluminum honeycomb plate can be reduced, and the aluminum base plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel are perfectly connected together.

Background
The self-reaction brazing is to connect two side parent metals by a metal layer generated by reaction, the requirement on the gap of a joint is high, and when an aluminum honeycomb panel is assembled, the flatness of an aluminum honeycomb core and an aluminum panel is difficult to ensure to be successfully connected together.

s2: arranging an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum honeycomb core and an aluminum panel in the S1 in sequence from back to front, and then filling the connecting part of the front side of the aluminum bottom plate and the aluminum honeycomb core and the connecting part of the rear side of the aluminum panel and the aluminum honeycomb core with the brazing flux in the S1 to complete the assembly of the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel;
s3: and (3) carrying out heat preservation on the whole assembled by the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel in the step S2 at the brazing temperature of 560-580 ℃ for 25-35min to obtain the aluminum composite honeycomb plate.
Preferably, in the S1, 4 mass percent of zinc chloride and 4 mass percent of tin dichloride are added into the brazing flux.
Preferably, in S1, the aluminum honeycomb core is made of 1060 aluminum foil, and the tensile strength is 46-52 MPa.
Preferably, in S3, the brazing temperature is preferably 570 ℃.
Preferably, in S3, the incubation time is preferably 30 min.
Compared with the prior art, the brazing filler metal melted on the surface of the brazing plate can increase liquid metal, the influence of assembly precision on the brazing forming of the whole aluminum honeycomb plate can be reduced, and the aluminum base plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel are perfectly connected together.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a welding process for an aluminum composite honeycomb panel, including the following steps:
s1: preparing required raw materials: an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum honeycomb core, an aluminum face plate and a brazing flux, wherein the brazing flux is added with 4 mass percent of zinc chloride and 4 mass percent of tin dichloride, the aluminum honeycomb core is processed from 1060 aluminum foil, and the tensile and shear strength of the aluminum honeycomb core is 46-52 MPa;
s2: arranging an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum honeycomb core and an aluminum panel in the S1 in sequence from back to front, and then filling the connecting part of the front side of the aluminum bottom plate and the aluminum honeycomb core and the connecting part of the rear side of the aluminum panel and the aluminum honeycomb core with the brazing flux in the S1 to complete the assembly of the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel;
s3: and (3) insulating the whole assembled by the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel in the step S2 at the brazing temperature of 560 ℃ for 35min to obtain the aluminum composite honeycomb plate.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a welding process for an aluminum composite honeycomb panel, including the following steps:
s1: preparing required raw materials: an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum honeycomb core, an aluminum face plate and a brazing flux, wherein the brazing flux is added with 4 mass percent of zinc chloride and 4 mass percent of tin dichloride, the aluminum honeycomb core is processed from 1060 aluminum foil, and the tensile and shear strength of the aluminum honeycomb core is 46-52 MPa;
s2: arranging an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum honeycomb core and an aluminum panel in the S1 in sequence from back to front, and then filling the connecting part of the front side of the aluminum bottom plate and the aluminum honeycomb core and the connecting part of the rear side of the aluminum panel and the aluminum honeycomb core with the brazing flux in the S1 to complete the assembly of the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel;
s3: and (3) insulating the whole assembled by the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel in the step S2 at the brazing temperature of 570 ℃ for 30min to obtain the aluminum composite honeycomb plate.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a welding process for an aluminum composite honeycomb panel, including the following steps:
s1: preparing required raw materials: an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum honeycomb core, an aluminum face plate and a brazing flux, wherein the brazing flux is added with 4 mass percent of zinc chloride and 4 mass percent of tin dichloride, the aluminum honeycomb core is processed from 1060 aluminum foil, and the tensile and shear strength of the aluminum honeycomb core is 46-52 MPa;
s2: arranging an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum honeycomb core and an aluminum panel in the S1 in sequence from back to front, and then filling the connecting part of the front side of the aluminum bottom plate and the aluminum honeycomb core and the connecting part of the rear side of the aluminum panel and the aluminum honeycomb core with the brazing flux in the S1 to complete the assembly of the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel;
s3: and (3) insulating the whole assembled by the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel in the step S2 at the brazing temperature of 580 ℃ for 25min to obtain the aluminum composite honeycomb plate.
In the aluminum composite honeycomb panel manufactured in the first to third embodiments, the joints among the aluminum bottom panel, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum face panel are shown in fig. 2, the aluminum-silicon brazing filler metal on the surfaces of the aluminum face panel and the aluminum bottom panel forms a new liquid phase with the liquid metal zinc and tin generated by replacement at the brazing temperature, the brazing filler metal is dissolved and diffused with the base metal after being melted, the contact area between the aluminum face panel and the aluminum bottom panel and the aluminum honeycomb core is increased, and the brazing joint is solidified along with the temperature reduction, so that the metallurgical bonding between the face panel and the wall panel is successfully realized, wherein the second embodiment is the best embodiment.

s2: arranging an aluminum bottom plate, an aluminum honeycomb core and an aluminum panel in the S1 in sequence from back to front, and then filling the connecting part of the front side of the aluminum bottom plate and the aluminum honeycomb core and the connecting part of the rear side of the aluminum panel and the aluminum honeycomb core with the brazing flux in the S1 to complete the assembly of the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel;
s3: and (3) carrying out heat preservation on the whole assembled by the aluminum bottom plate, the aluminum honeycomb core and the aluminum panel in the step S2 at the brazing temperature of 560-580 ℃ for 25-35min to obtain the aluminum composite honeycomb plate.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein in the step S1, zinc chloride is added in an amount of 4 mass% and tin dichloride is added in an amount of 4 mass%.
3. The process of claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the aluminum honeycomb core is made of 1060 aluminum foil, and the tensile strength is 46-52 MPa.
4. The process of claim 1, wherein in the step S3, the brazing temperature is preferably 570 ℃.
5. The process of claim 1, wherein in the step S3, the holding time is preferably 30 min.
