compared with any of examples 1 to 6, the difference is that: the injection main pipe 8, the injection piece 9, the lifting driving machine 10, the injection hole 12, the first hose 19, the three-way pipe piece 31, the air pipe 15, the first valve 16, the second valve 17 and the water pipe 18 are additionally installed.
The injection main pipe 8 is sleeved on the press cylinder 11; a plurality of injection holes 12 are formed in the circumferential side surface of the press cylinder 11; each of the plurality of injection holes 12 is correspondingly provided with an injection piece 9; the injection piece 9 is correspondingly connected with the injection manifold 8; the lifting driving machine 10 is in transmission connection with the injection main pipe 8; one end of the first hose 19 is connected with the injection manifold 8, and the other end thereof is connected with the first end of the tee pipe fitting 31; the air pipe 15 is provided with a first valve 16 and is connected with a second end of the three-way pipe fitting 31; the water pipe 18 is provided with a second valve 17 and is connected with a third end of the tee pipe 31.
The working mode is as follows:
the lifting driving machine 10 drives the injection main pipe 8 to vertically ascend or descend, so that the injection pipe 8 drives one end of an injection member 9 connected with the injection pipe to ascend or descend, the other end of the injection member 9 correspondingly descends or ascends, and the other end of the injection member 9 is hinged with a press cylinder 11; and the tee pipe 31 is connected with the spray header 8 through the first hose 19, and the first hose 19 can be bent to facilitate the movement of the spray header 8 relative to the press cylinder 11.
When steam is required to be introduced into the press cylinder 11 for sterilization, steam is introduced into the air pipe 15, is conveyed to the injection main pipe 8 through the air pipe 15, is distributed to the injection members 9 through the injection main pipe 8, and is injected into the press cylinder 11 through the injection members 9, so that steam sterilization in the press cylinder can be realized.
When nitrogen is required to be introduced into the squeezing cylinder 11, the nitrogen is introduced into the air pipe 15, is conveyed to the injection main pipe 8 through the air pipe 15, is distributed to the injection pieces 9 through the injection main pipe 8, is injected into the squeezing cylinder 11 through the injection pieces 9, and is filled with the nitrogen, so that the oxygen content in the squeezing cylinder can be reduced, and further, the reduction of the oxidation of the juice in the squeezing process can be facilitated.
When the press cylinder needs to be cleaned, clean water is introduced into the water pipe 18, the clean water is conveyed to the injection main pipe 8 through the water pipe 18 and then distributed to the injection pieces 9 through the injection main pipe 8, the injection pieces 9 inject the clean water into the press cylinder 11, the injection main pipe 8 can be driven by the lifting driving machine 10 to move up and down during injection, and the injected clean water can clean the press cylinder and the cutting pieces arranged in the press cylinder.
Example 8:
compared with example 7, the difference is that: one form of construction of the spray member is given.
As shown in fig. 7, the injection member 9 includes a second hose 91, a nozzle 92, and a support rod 93; one end of the second hose 91 is connected with the injection manifold 8, and the other end thereof is connected with the spray head 92; the nozzle 92 is inserted into the injection hole 12; one end of the supporting rod 93 is connected with the outer side surface of the press cylinder 11, and the other end thereof is hinged with the spray head 92.
The second hose 91 can be bent, so that the spraying main pipe 8 can move up and down conveniently, and when the spraying main pipe 8 moves, the spraying head 92 swings along with the second hose 91, so that the spraying head 92 can swing up and down in the press cylinder 11.
Example 9:
compared with example 7 or 8, the difference is that: additionally, a sealing plate 27, a support rod 26, a retainer ring 25 and a support seat 29 are arranged.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, a support seat 29 is provided at the edge of each of the plurality of injection holes 12, and the support seat 29 is located in the press cylinder 11; a sealing plate 27 is correspondingly arranged on one supporting seat 29, a supporting rod 26 is arranged on each sealing plate 27, and the supporting rod 26 is connected with the check ring 25; the retainer ring 25 is provided on the upper portion of the press plate 13.
In order to prevent juice from leaking from the injection hole during squeezing, the sealing plate 27 is fastened to the injection hole 12, and the support seat 29 supports the sealing plate 27 fastened to the injection hole 12 to prevent the sealing plate 27 from slipping off the cutter 6.
When water, air or steam is needed to be sprayed into the pressing cylinder, the pressing driving machine is regulated, the pressing plate 13 is regulated and controlled to move upwards through the pressing driving machine, the pressing plate 13 drives the check ring 25 to move upwards, the check ring 25 drives the supporting rod 26 to move upwards, and the supporting rod 26 drives the sealing plate 27 to move upwards, so that the sealing plate is separated from the water spray holes.
In order to further improve the sealing performance, the sealing plate 27 is provided with a sealing gasket, the sealing plate 27 is connected with the inner side surface of the squeezing cylinder 11 through the sealing gasket, and the sealing gasket can effectively prevent the juice from leaking from the spraying hole.
Example 10:
compared with any of examples 1 to 9, the difference is that: an intermediate barrel 4 is additionally installed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the press cylinder 11 is connected with the crushing cylinder 1 through the intermediate cylinder 4. The intermediate cylinder 4 can facilitate the juice in the press cylinder to be discharged into the crushing cylinder.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A processing device of Wo citrus juice is characterized in that: comprises a crushing cylinder (1), a crushing paddle (2), a crushing driver (3), a gate valve (5), a pressing cylinder (11), a cutting part, a pressing plate (13) and a pressing driver (14);
one end of the crushing paddle (2) is arranged on the crushing cylinder (1), and the other end of the crushing paddle extends out of the crushing cylinder (1) and is in transmission connection with the crushing driver (3);
the squeezing cylinder (11) is arranged at the top of the crushing cylinder (1), and the bottom of the squeezing cylinder (11) is provided with a gate valve (5);
the cutting part is arranged on the press cylinder (11);
the press plate (13) is arranged at the top of the press cylinder (11) and is in transmission connection with a press driving machine (14).
2. The Or juice processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: also comprises a pumping pump (22) and a juice storage tank (30);
one end of the pumping pump (22) is connected with the crushing cylinder (1), and the other end is connected with the juice storage tank (30).
3. The Or juice processing apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the ultrasonic generator also comprises an ultrasonic generator (20) and an ultrasonic vibrator (21);
one end of the ultrasonic vibrator (21) is arranged in the juice storage tank (30), and the other end of the ultrasonic vibrator is connected with the ultrasonic generator (20).
4. The Or juice processing apparatus of claim 2 or 3, wherein: also comprises a fresh-keeping chamber (28);
the juice storage tank (30) is arranged in the fresh-keeping chamber (28).
5. The Or juice processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the cutting section comprises a cutting piece (6) and a turning drive (7);
the cutting piece (6) is arranged in the squeezing cylinder (11), and two corresponding ends of the cutting piece (6) are respectively and rotationally connected with the squeezing cylinder (11);
the turnover driving machine (7) is in transmission connection with one end of the cutting piece (6).
6. The Or juice processing apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the cutting member (6) comprises a first shaft (61), a supporting frame (62), a cutting blade (63) and a second shaft (64);
the supporting frame (62) is provided with a first shaft (61) and a second shaft (64) which correspond to each other;
the first shaft (61) and the second shaft (64) are respectively and rotationally connected with the squeezing cylinder (11);
a plurality of cutting pieces (63) are installed in the supporting frame (62), and a gap is formed between every two adjacent cutting pieces.

The Or juice processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, 5 or 6, wherein: the device also comprises a spraying main pipe (8), a spraying piece (9), a lifting driving machine (10), a spraying hole (12), a first hose (19), a three-way pipe (31), an air pipe (15), a first valve (16), a second valve (17) and a water pipe (18);
the injection main pipe (8) is sleeved on the press cylinder (11);
a plurality of injection holes (12) are formed in the circumferential side surface of the squeezing cylinder (11); each of the plurality of injection holes (12) is correspondingly provided with an injection piece (9); the injection piece (9) is correspondingly connected with the injection main pipe (8);
the lifting driving machine (10) is in transmission connection with the injection main pipe (8);
one end of the first hose (19) is connected with the injection main pipe (8), and the other end of the first hose is connected with the first end of the three-way pipe (31);
the air pipe (15) is provided with a first valve (16) and is connected with the second end of the three-way pipe fitting (31);
the water pipe (18) is provided with a second valve (17) and is connected with a third end of the three-way pipe fitting (31).
8. The Or juice processing apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the spraying piece (9) comprises a second hose (91), a spray head (92) and a support rod (93);
one end of the second hose (91) is connected with the injection main pipe (8), and the other end of the second hose is connected with the spray head (92);
the spray head (92) is inserted into the spray hole (12);
one end of the supporting rod (93) is connected with the outer side surface of the squeezing cylinder (11), and the other end of the supporting rod is hinged with the spray head (92).
9. The Or juice processing apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the device also comprises a sealing plate (27), a support rod (26), a check ring (25) and a support seat (29);
a supporting seat (29) is arranged at the edge of each injection hole in the injection holes (12), and the supporting seat (29) is positioned in the press cylinder (11);
a sealing plate (27) is correspondingly arranged on one supporting seat (29), a supporting rod (26) is arranged on each sealing plate (27), and the supporting rod (26) is connected with the check ring (25);
the retainer ring (25) is arranged on the upper part of the press plate (13).
10. The Or juice processing apparatus of claim 7, wherein: also comprises an intermediate cylinder (4);
the squeezing cylinder (11) is connected with the crushing cylinder (1) through the middle cylinder (4).
