according to the volume ratio of 0.4: 45: 40 weighing the antioxidant, ethanol and distilled water, and fully mixing to obtain a second additive solution;
and (3) mixing the second plant extracting solution and the second additive solution according to the volume ratio of 8: 1 mixing to obtain natural odor-driving agent, filling the natural odor-driving agent, and filling compressed air in a tank.
The natural odorants obtained in comparative examples 1 to 3 were evaluated for their bactericidal effect, and the total number of air bacteria was measured by a plate sedimentation method using the closed car of an automobile as a place for a deodorization experiment, and the total bacterial concentrations were measured before and after spraying for 30min, respectively, and the bactericidal ratio was calculated using example 1 as a control, and the results are shown in table 2:
as can be seen from table 2, the natural odorant prepared in comparative example 1 and the natural odorant prepared in comparative example 2 according to the present invention have significantly better bactericidal effects than the natural odorant prepared in comparative example 3, while the natural odorant prepared in example 1 has significantly better bactericidal effects than the natural odorant prepared in comparative example 1 and the natural odorant prepared in comparative example 2, because the natural odorant prepared in example 1 contains four kinds of Chinese herbal essential oils, namely peppermint oil, musk essential oil, benzoin essential oil and patchouli essential oil, wherein the peppermint oil is a component extracted from peppermint by water distillation or subcritical low temperature, and has refreshing and cool taste, refreshing and refreshing mind, fragrant taste, and capability of repelling mosquitoes; the musk essential oil can relax the spirit, eliminate tension and stabilize nerves on the aspect of the brain, can clean the skin and eliminate skin inflammation, has fragrant smell, can stimulate the front leaves of the brain to secrete two hormones of endorphin and enkephalin, and ensures the spirit to be in the most comfortable state; the benzoin essential oil has the peculiar sweet smell of the benzoin resin, is similar to vanilla, can regulate hormone system, can increase skin elasticity, has the effect of moistening lung, can dredge respiratory tract, and is helpful for cough, sore throat, asthma, tracheitis and phlegm clearing; the patchouli essential oil has lasting fragrance, and becomes more and more sweet with the time, the fragrance has refreshing and exciting effects, and also has effects of depression, sedation, aphrodisiac, nourishing, astringing, diuresis, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, wound healing promoting, and deodorizing. Whereas comparative examples 1 and 2 lack the mint oil and musk essential oil, benzoin essential oil and patchouli essential oil, respectively, the bactericidal effect was lower than that of the natural odorant prepared in example 1.
In summary, in the preparation method of the natural odor-reducing agent provided in this embodiment, the peppermint oil, the musk essential oil, the benzoin essential oil and the pogostemon essential oil are weighed and fully mixed to obtain the first plant extract, the rose essential oil, the tea tree essential oil, the lavender essential oil and the jasmine essential oil are weighed and fully mixed to obtain the second plant extract, the Chinese herbal medicine absorption enhancer, the ethanol and the distilled water are weighed and fully mixed to obtain the first addition liquid, the antioxidant, the ethanol and the distilled water are fully mixed to obtain the second addition liquid, the first plant extract and the first addition liquid are fully mixed and then subjected to microwave treatment to obtain the first mixed liquid, and the second plant extract, the second addition liquid and the first mixed liquid are mixed to obtain the natural odor-reducing agent. The essential oil in the first plant extract in the natural odor-repellent agent prepared by the invention is mainly made of Chinese herbal medicines, has fragrant smell, can relax spirit, eliminate tension and stabilize nerves, and also has the functions of sterilization and inflammation diminishing; meanwhile, the first plant extracting solution and the first additive solution are fully mixed and subjected to microwave treatment, so that the Chinese herbal medicine absorbent promoter in the first additive solution, such as N-octyl chitosan, can be mixed with the Chinese herbal medicine essential oil in the first plant extracting solution, the Chinese herbal medicine essential oil in the first plant extracting solution can be well absorbed by skin when being sprayed in the air, and the drug effect of the Chinese herbal medicine can be better played; the microwave treatment improves the fusion efficiency of the first additive solution and the first plant extracting solution; the second additive contains antioxidant, can effectively prevent the influence of the storage of the essential oil components in the first plant extract and the second plant extract or the influence of the excessive oxidation of the essential oil components sprayed in the air on the aroma taste and the pharmacological effect, has good aroma taste and good odor expelling effect, and also has the functions of relaxing spirit, eliminating tension, stabilizing nerves, sterilizing and diminishing inflammation.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and equivalent alternatives or modifications according to the technical solution and the inventive concept of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A natural odor-repellent agent is characterized by being prepared by fully and uniformly mixing a first plant extracting solution, a second plant extracting solution, a first additive solution and a second additive solution, wherein the volume ratio of the first plant extracting solution to the second plant extracting solution is (3-6): (1-2);
the first plant extract is prepared from peppermint oil, musk essential oil, benzoin essential oil and patchouli essential oil according to the volume ratio of (5.5-7): (2.5-4): (2-3): (2.5-3.5) proportioning to obtain mixed essential oil;
the second plant extract is rose essential oil, tea tree essential oil, lavender essential oil and jasmine essential oil according to the volume ratio (1-1.5): (3.5-4.5): (6.5-7): (3-4) proportioning the obtained mixed essential oil;
the first additive solution is a Chinese herbal medicine absorbent, ethanol and distilled water according to the volume ratio (0.1-0.3): (3-5): (18-22) sufficiently and uniformly mixing;
the second additive solution is prepared from an antioxidant, ethanol and distilled water according to a volume ratio of (0.4-0.6): (45-55): (40-55) and fully mixing the components.
2. The natural odor-driving agent as defined in claim 1, wherein said herbal absorption-promoting agent is modified chitosan, said chitosan being a deacetylated product of chitin, and having a backbone structure formed by binding of D-glucosamine via β -1, 4-glycosidic bonds.
3. The natural odor-driving agent according to claim 2, wherein said modified chitosan is N-octyl chitosan.
4. The natural odor-driving agent according to claim 3, wherein the preparation method of the N-octyl chitosan comprises the following steps: weighing 100g of chitosan, dissolving the chitosan in 2L of mixed solvent of 2% acetic acid and 2L of methanol, stirring for 10h at room temperature, thoroughly swelling and uniformly dispersing, deoxidizing for 12min with nitrogen, adding 200ml of octanal, reacting for 10h, thickening, adding 6L of ethanol, continuing stirring for 48h at room temperature, adjusting the reaction solution to be neutral with 1mol/L of potassium hydroxide, preparing 60ml of alkalescent aqueous solution with 50g of potassium borohydride, dropwise adding the solution into a reaction bottle by using a dropping funnel, continuing stirring for 24h at room temperature, finally adjusting the reaction solution to be neutral by using 1mol/L of hydrochloric acid, performing suction filtration on the product, washing 3 times with water, methanol and acetone respectively, collecting the product, thoroughly drying in vacuum at 30 ℃, and finally weighing the product to obtain the N-octyl chitosan.
5. The natural tastant of claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is dihydromyricetin.
6. The natural odor-repellent agent according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is a mixture of tea polyphenols and vitamin C in a weight ratio of (2-5) to (1-3).
7. The natural odor-driving agent according to claim 1, wherein the first plant extract is a mixture of peppermint oil, musk essential oil, benzoin essential oil and patchouli essential oil in a volume ratio of 5.5: 2.5: 2: 2.5, obtaining the mixed essential oil.
8. The natural odor-repellent agent according to claim 1, wherein the second plant extract is a mixture of rose essential oil, tea essential oil, lavender essential oil and jasmine essential oil in a volume ratio of 1.5: 4.5: 7: 4, mixing the obtained mixed essential oil.
9. The method of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
step 1: weighing peppermint oil, musk essential oil, benzoin essential oil and patchouli essential oil, and fully mixing to obtain a first plant extracting solution;
step 2: weighing rose essential oil, tea tree essential oil, lavender essential oil and jasmine essential oil, and fully mixing to obtain a second plant extract;
and step 3: weighing Chinese herbal medicine absorption promoter, ethanol and distilled water, and fully mixing to obtain a first additive solution;
and 4, step 4: weighing an antioxidant, ethanol and distilled water, and fully mixing to obtain a second additive solution;
and 5: mixing the first plant extract and the first additive solution according to the volume ratio of (5-7): (2.5-3) fully mixing, placing the mixture into a microwave oven at 900-1100W and 2000-2400 MHz, and performing microwave treatment for 3-6 min to obtain a first mixed solution;
step 6: mixing the second plant extract, the second additive solution and the first mixed solution according to the volume ratio of (8-10): (1-1.3): (7.5-10) mixing to obtain the natural odor-driving agent.
10. Use of a natural tastant according to any of claims 1 to 8 for the preparation of a tastant product.
