Background
The consciousness of the public on health is greatly improved, and the public pays attention to the health care of the body, especially the daily health protection and health care of respiratory tract and oral cavity. How to carry out daily conditioning on the oral cavity in a mode of homology of medicine and food and the like is also a focus of daily attention of people. Generally, health care medicines acting on the oral cavity are directly inhaled by oral administration or atomization and the like, and the atomization mode has better effect than the oral administration mode; because the medicine is directly inhaled through the oral cavity, the requirement on the taste of the health care medicine is higher. Therefore, a product which is prepared from edible materials with homology of medicine and food, has good taste and can be atomized and sucked into the oral cavity is urgently needed for daily oral health care.
The Eucommiae cortex is dried bark of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver (Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.) belonging to family Eucommiaceae, and the bark is used as Chinese medicine Eucommiae cortex according to Chinese pharmacopoeia. The chemical components of the eucommia bark comprise 6 to 10 percent of eucommia bark gum and 10 to 12 percent of root bark, and the eucommia bark is hard gum which is easy to dissolve in ethanol and water. In addition, the health-care product also contains 0.142 mg of glucoside, 0.066 mg of alkaloid, 6.5 mg of pectin, 2.9 mg of fat, 1.76 mg of resin, 0.25 mg of organic acid, ketose (2.15 mg before hydrolysis and 3.5 mg after hydrolysis), 20.7 mg of vitamin C, aldose and chlorogenic acid, and has various pharmacological effects such as antioxidation, antibiosis, antivirus, antitumor, blood fat reduction, blood sugar reduction, immunoregulation and the like. At present, eucommia ulmoides leaves are already included in a catalogue of homology of medicine and food, and the sources are easy to obtain.
In patent CN200310116634.5, an eucommia ulmoides leaf health-care cigarette and a manufacturing process thereof are disclosed, wherein, the eucommia ulmoides leaf is added with honey and CMC powder to replace tobacco leaves to prepare the cigarette; patent CN201910528954.2 discloses a health-preserving eucommia cigarette and a preparation method thereof, wherein a cigarette is prepared by adding a feed liquid prepared from wild plant essence, a licorice extract, a honeysuckle extract and ginseng essential oil into cut tobacco of eucommia leaves and then rolling the cut tobacco. The two patents are both the invention aims to achieve the purposes of meeting the habit and the hobby of consumers, avoiding the harm of harmful substances to human bodies, and simultaneously playing the health care and medical treatment roles of preventing and treating angiosclerosis and coronary heart disease, resisting aging, tumors and regulating blood fat on human bodies when the cigarettes are smoked, so that the harmful health of smoking is changed into the beneficial health of smoking. However, the two patents both take the ingredients of substances such as eucommia ulmoides and the like in a burning and sucking mode, on one hand, the shredded tobacco of the eucommia ulmoides leaves can generate carbon monoxide during burning, and the long-term inhalation has no health care effect on oral cavity and respiratory tract, but can generate some stimulation effect to increase the burden of the body; on the other hand, the effective components of the eucommia ulmoides leaves cannot be absorbed by a combustion and suction mode, and the health-care effect of the medicinal effect of the eucommia ulmoides cannot be achieved.

And finally, uniformly mixing the components including one or two mixtures of the eucommia ulmoides leaf essential oil, the camellia oil and the olive oil, and optionally one or more mixtures of sandalwood, blueberry, flower and fruit essential oil, and/or one or more mixtures of sandalwood, blueberry, flower and fruit essence.
In a preferred embodiment, the preparation method of the electronic atomized liquid comprises the step of pretreating eucommia ulmoides leaves, wherein the pretreated eucommia ulmoides leaves are used as raw materials and are mixed to extract eucommia ulmoides leaf essential oil by one or more methods of a distillation method, a CO2 supercritical method and an ethanol extraction method. The distillation method, the CO2 supercritical method and the ethanol extraction method can be operated according to the prior art. And finally, uniformly mixing the components including one or two mixtures of the eucommia ulmoides leaf essential oil, the camellia oil and the olive oil and optional nicotine.
The pretreatment of the eucommia ulmoides leaves comprises the following steps:
step 1: soaking fresh folium Eucommiae with vinegar solution, cleaning, and air drying; soaking the raw materials in vinegar for 1-10 s, wherein the concentration of the vinegar is 3-20%; preferably, the vinegar is adopted for soaking for 2-6 s, and the concentration of the vinegar is 3-15%. Because the eucommia leaves are provided with a film, the film causes the eucommia leaves directly to be bitter and spicy as tea drink and extracted essential oil, and in the airing process before the fresh eucommia leaves are processed, the film further adsorbs effective components in the eucommia leaves, so that the content of the effective components in the products of the tea drink and the extracted essential oil is reduced. After the vinegar solution is treated in a short-term soaking mode, the strength of the film can be preliminarily softened, and the adsorption capacity of the film on the active ingredients of the eucommia leaves in the airing process is resisted, so that the fragrance of the eucommia leaves is greatly increased, and the application prospect is improved.
Step 2: soaking the eucommia leaves subjected to the step 1 by using the vinegar solution again, and cleaning and dehydrating; in the step, vinegar is adopted for soaking for 30-90 min, and the concentration of the vinegar is 3-20%; preferably, the vinegar is adopted for soaking for 40min to 70min, and the concentration of the vinegar is 3 percent to 15 percent. Soaking in vinegar with the concentration of 3-20% for 30-90 min, so that the membrane covered on the eucommia leaves can be thoroughly softened and dissolved off the leaves, and is thoroughly removed in the subsequent cleaning and dehydration process; thereby solving the problems that the membrane covered on the eucommia leaves influences the taste of the tea drink and the essential oil and reduces the effective components.
The vinegar solution is used for soaking twice, the reason is that the first soaking is carried out because the eucommia leaves need to be subjected to impurity removal, but the eucommia leaves need to be cleaned and aired after the impurity removal, and the loss of effective components in the eucommia leaves due to the adsorption of the effective components on the films covered on the eucommia leaves can occur in the process; the problem of the loss of effective components of folium Eucommiae due to absorption of the effective components by film in the sun-drying process can be solved by soaking in vinegar solution for a short period. The second soaking is to thoroughly remove the film covered on the folium Eucommiae, thereby solving the problems that the film covered on the folium Eucommiae affects the bitter and spicy taste of tea and essential oil and reduces effective components.
And step 3: soaking the eucommia leaves obtained in the step 2 in salt water, and cleaning and dehydrating; in the step, saline water is adopted for soaking for 1min to 10min, and the concentration of the saline water is 5 percent to saturation; preferably, the mixture is soaked in saline for 3min to 8min, and the concentration of the saline is 10 percent to saturation. On one hand, the small molecular active ingredients of the eucommia leaves are extravasated along with the cell sap extravasation caused by the saline water, so that the essential oil can be conveniently extracted; on the other hand, the membrane covered by the eucommia leaves is further and thoroughly removed. Meanwhile, if the eucommia leaves are used as tea or eucommia leaf food, a small amount of salt is added in the preparation process, so that the taste of the eucommia tea or the eucommia leaf food can be greatly improved, and the health-care components of the eucommia leaf tea can be conveniently exuded.
The eucommia ulmoides leaf essential oil prepared by pretreating the eucommia ulmoides leaves in the invention removes bitter and spicy tastes, has aromatic and unique smell and good taste, and ensures that the finally obtained electronic atomized liquid has good taste and is easily accepted by people.
The third object of the present invention is to provide a method for using the electronically atomized liquid according to one of the objects of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment, the electronic atomization liquid is used as base oil of an electronic smoking set, and is heated and atomized by the electronic smoking set; and/or ultrasonic atomization is carried out by adopting an electronic smoking set; preferably, the base oil of the electronic smoking set is optionally added with concentrated spray for treating certain diseases, such as spray for treating oral ulcer like watermelon frost spray, toothache spray, analgesic spray and the like for treating periodontitis, spray for treating rhinitis like throat panacea, spray for treating scaphium scaphigerum, fructus momordicae and the like, and spray for treating rhinitis like Yunnan herbal rhinitis. VC, VB, VA and other vitamins and natural plant extracts.
The electronic atomization liquid is used as base oil of the electronic smoking set, and is heated and atomized or ultrasonically atomized by the electronic smoking set, so that the atomized liquid is heated and atomized into droplets of micron-sized or nano-sized active ingredients, and the droplets directly act on respiratory tracts and oral cavities, and the effect of acting parts and absorbing parts is obvious; the combination mode of ultrasonic atomization and heating atomization can be used, and the optimized atomization effect can be achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, the electronic atomization liquid is mixed by one or more of pressure atomization, rotary disc atomization, gas atomization and ultrasonic atomization by using an atomizer. Optionally concentrated spray for treating certain diseases can be added, such as watermelon frost spray for treating oral ulcer, toothache spray, analgesic spray for treating periodontitis, pharyngolaryngitis spray, semen Scaphii Lychnophori, fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii spray, yunnan herbal rhinitis spray, etc. VC, VB, VA and other vitamins and natural plant extracts, and achieves the purpose of treating or health care of diseases such as oral ulcer, periodontitis, gingivitis, rhinitis and the like.
