In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, the second driving device 403 includes a second cylinder 4031, a second piston rod 4032 and a second fixing plate 4033, the second cylinder 4031 is fixed in the second recess 4014a, one end of the second piston rod 4032 is connected to the second cylinder 4031, the other end of the second piston rod 4032 protrudes from the first recess 4013a and is inserted into the receiving slot 401, the second fixing plate 4033 is connected to the second piston rod 4032, and the second fixing plate 4033 is configured to abut against the display located in the receiving slot 401 to push the display to move in the second direction, so that the display is positioned in the second direction.
It is understood that the second driving device 403 is not limited to pushing the second fixing plate by using the air cylinder, and other structures are also possible as long as the second driving device 403 is sufficient to push the display to move in the second direction, for example: the second driving device 403 includes a second motor (not shown), a second reduction gearbox (not shown), a third connecting rod (not shown), and a fourth connecting rod (not shown), wherein one end of the third connecting rod is fixed to the second fixing plate 4033, one end of the fourth connecting rod is rotatably connected to the other end of the third connecting rod, the other end of the fourth connecting rod is connected to the second reduction gearbox, the second reduction gearbox is connected to the second motor, and the second fixing plate can be driven to move along the second direction by using the crank-slider principle, so that the display is pushed to move along the second direction.
As for the above warning light 50, as shown in fig. 1, the warning light 50 is disposed on the base 10, and the warning light 50 is connected to the controller. Wherein the first signal and the second signal are different. It is understood that the first signal may be that the indicator light 50 is displayed in green, the second signal may be that the indicator light 50 is displayed in red, and the first signal and the second signal are not limited as long as they are convenient for the user to understand.

For the above controller, the controller is connected to the first detection module 201, the second detection module 202, the third detection module 301, and the fourth detection module 302, and the controller is configured to receive detection signals of the first detection module 201, the second detection module 202, the third detection module 301, and the fourth detection module 302, and determine that the offset of the film on the LCD screen meets a preset condition when the first detection module 201 and the third detection module 301 detect an object and the second detection module 202 and the fourth detection module 302 do not detect an object, otherwise determine that the offset of the film on the LCD screen does not meet the preset condition.
It can be understood that, when the number of the first detection device 20 and the second detection device 30 is two, the controller determines that the offset of the film on the LCD screen meets the preset condition only when two of the first detection module 201 and the third detection module 301 detect an object and two of the second detection module 202 and the fourth detection module 302 do not detect an object, otherwise, determines that the offset of the film on the LCD screen does not meet the preset condition.

In the embodiment of the invention, by arranging a base, a first detection device, a second detection device, a positioning device and a controller, wherein the base is used for bearing a display, the first detection device comprises a first detection module and a second detection module, the first detection module and the second detection module are both arranged on the base, the second detection module and the first detection module are arranged at intervals along a first direction, the second detection device comprises a third detection module and a fourth detection module, the third detection module and the fourth detection module are both arranged on the base, the fourth detection module and the third detection module are arranged at intervals along a second direction, the first direction is vertical to the second direction, in addition, the positioning device is used for positioning the display, so that the first detection module and the second detection module are positioned at two sides of a first edge of a film along the second direction, and the third detection module and the fourth detection module are positioned at two sides of a second edge of the film along the first direction, when the display is positioned, the first edge is vertical to the second edge, the controller is respectively connected with the first detection module, the second detection module, the third detection module and the fourth detection module, the controller is used for receiving detection signals of the first detection module, the second detection module, the third detection module and the fourth detection module, a user sets the color of the adhesive film as detectable colors of the first detection module and the third detection module in advance, sets the color of the LCD screen as detectable colors of the second detection module and the fourth detection module, the user only needs to place the display on the base and then position the display by using the positioning device, when the display is positioned, the adhesive film attached on the LCD screen is in a corresponding position, the color of the adhesive film is detected by the first detection module and the third detection module, and when the color of the LCD screen is detected by the second detection module and the fourth detection module, confirm that the pad pasting is in the offset of LCD screen and accord with the preset condition, otherwise, confirm that the pad pasting is in the offset of LCD screen is not conform to the preset condition, sets up like this, not only can accomplish the detection to the offset of pad pasting on the LCD screen, compares with artifical visual inspection moreover, and this equipment efficiency is higher and detect more accurately.

the controller, respectively with first detection module, second detection module, third detection module and fourth detection module are connected, the controller is used for receiving first detection module, second detection module, third detection module and fourth detection module's detected signal, and first detection module and third detection module detect the colour of pad pasting, when second detection module and fourth detection module detected the colour of LCD screen, confirm the pad pasting is in the offset of LCD screen accords with the preset condition, otherwise, confirms the pad pasting is in the offset of LCD screen does not accord with the preset condition.
