技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,主要涉及一种凹球面调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
常规调心滚子轴承设计的零件包括外圈、内圈、凸球面滚子、保持架等,外圈滚道呈球面形,内圈具有双凹曲率滚道,保持架通常由冲压钢板、尼龙或黄铜材质制成,允许自动调心,受结构设计限制,其内外圈相对倾斜角度最大值为2度;内圈通常设计有两到三个挡边结构,其目的是对滚子进行限位,为防止与滚子倒角产生干涉以及方便磨加工内滚道,必须加工相应的越程槽,当轴向载荷较大时,极易在挡边越程槽位置出现裂纹,甚至挡边局部断裂现象,加大了加工难度,降低了可靠性;运转时,需要借助保持架中筋结构对滚子位置进行定位,增大了轴承运转时的摩擦阻力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种凹球面调心滚子轴承,内外圈极限相对倾斜角度可达8度,其具有高转速、易加工、低摩擦、高可靠性、大倾斜角度的显著优点。
本发明的目的可采用如下技术方案来实现:本发明的凹球面调心滚子轴承,零件包括外圈、内圈、滚子、保持架。
所述外圈为圆环形结构,具有左右双曲率滚道,分别为左侧滚道曲率、右侧滚道曲率,两侧滚道均为凸球面形状;所述内圈为圆环形结构,内圈滚道为凸球面形状,内圈滚道圆心与轴承几何中心相聚为一点;所述滚子滚动面为凹球面,轴承钢材质或陶瓷材质;所述保持架为环形结构,尼龙材质或黄铜材质。
所述外圈左侧滚道曲率、右侧滚道曲率分别与滚子滚动面曲率相匹配,两者半径曲率比值为1.02~1.04。
所述外圈滚道中间区域为与外圈回转轴线平行的圆柱面。
所述内圈滚道与滚子滚动面曲率相匹配,两者半径曲率比值为1.04~1.06。
所述保持架兜孔直径与滚子直径相匹配,两者比值为1.005~1.008。
所述保持架兜孔长度与滚子长度相匹配,两者比值为1.006~1.009。
所述保持架内径圆柱面、保持架内径锥面的交点与滚子外侧端面对齐。
所述保持架外径圆柱面、保持架外径锥面的交点与滚子内侧端面对齐。
所述保持架外径锥面、保持架内径锥面分别关于滚子回转轴线对称,外径锥面、内径锥面之间的保持架壁厚与滚子直径的比值为0.49~0.51。

所述外圈左侧滚道曲率1.1、右侧滚道曲率1.2分别与滚子3滚动面3.1曲率相匹配,两者半径曲率比值为1.02~1.04。

本发明的有益效果是:
外圈采用左右双曲率滚道,且设置为凸球面形状,配合滚子滚动面凹球面设计及保持架设置,使外圈、滚子、保持架装配后成为组件,内圈滚动面凸球面设置,使得轴承的离心距较原设计有了明显的缩短,有效降低了轴承高速运转时的离心力,且取消了原设计的内圈两侧的挡边以及保持架的中筋结构,进一步降低了运转时的摩擦阻力,摩擦阻力更低,允许更高的极限转速;原设计的内圈两侧的挡边以及保持架的中筋结构的取消,极大降低了加工难度,并从根本上解决了挡边易破裂的难题,提高了轴承的运转的可靠性;内圈滚道设置为球面,且滚道圆心与轴承几何中心相聚为一点,使得轴承在运转时允许内圈与外圈组件之间有大的倾斜角度。综上所述,本发明的凹球面调心滚子轴承,具有高转速、易加工、低摩擦、高可靠性、大倾斜角度的显著优点。

1.一种凹球面调心滚子轴承,其零件包括外圈、内圈、滚子、保持架,其特征在于:
所述外圈为圆环形结构,具有左右双曲率滚道,分别为左侧滚道曲率、右侧滚道曲率,两侧滚道均为凸球面形状;所述内圈为圆环形结构,内圈滚道为凸球面形状,内圈滚道圆心与轴承几何中心相聚为一点;所述滚子滚动面为凹球面,轴承钢材质或陶瓷材质;所述保持架为环形结构,尼龙材质或黄铜材质。
