The medicinal preparation can be in various dosage forms, as long as the Mongolian medicine composition for treating joint swelling and pain is contained, and various medicinal preparations can be prepared by adding different medicinal auxiliary materials according to different medicinal preparations. The solid preparation is convenient to carry, the powder is convenient to dissolve, and the gas preparation is suitable for trauma.

Example 2
230 parts by weight of shinyleaf yellowhorn, 90 parts by weight of myrobalan, 90 parts by weight of large-leaved gentian and 90 parts by weight of amur corktree bark are crushed into medium powder, the crushed shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, large-leaved gentian and amur corktree bark are sieved by an 80-mesh sieve, and then the sieved shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, large-leaved gentian and amur corktree bark are uniformly mixed to obtain the mongolian medicine composition in the embodiment 2.
Example 3
690 parts by weight of shinyleaf yellowhorn, 270 parts by weight of myrobalan, 270 parts by weight of large-leaved gentian and 270 parts by weight of amur corktree bark are crushed into medium powder, the crushed shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, large-leaved gentian and amur corktree bark are sieved by an 80-mesh sieve, and then the sieved shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, large-leaved gentian and amur corktree bark are uniformly mixed to obtain the mongolian medicine composition in the embodiment 3.
Example 4
690 parts by weight of shinyleaf yellowhorn, 180 parts by weight of myrobalan, 180 parts by weight of large-leaved gentian and 180 parts by weight of amur corktree bark are crushed into medium powder, the crushed shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, large-leaved gentian and amur corktree bark are sieved by an 80-mesh sieve, and then the sieved shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, large-leaved gentian and amur corktree bark are uniformly mixed to obtain the mongolian medicine composition of the embodiment 4.
Example 5
460 parts by weight of shinyleaf yellowhorn, 180 parts by weight of myrobalan, 270 parts by weight of large-leaved gentian and 180 parts by weight of amur corktree bark are crushed into medium powder, the crushed shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, large-leaved gentian and amur corktree bark are sieved by an 80-mesh sieve, and then the sieved shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, large-leaved gentian and amur corktree bark are uniformly mixed to obtain the mongolian medicine composition in the embodiment 5.

Crushing 180 parts by weight of myrobalan, 180 parts by weight of gentiana macrophylla and 180 parts by weight of phellodendron amurense into medium powder, sieving the crushed myrobalan, gentiana macrophylla and phellodendron amurense by using an 80-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing the sieved myrobalan, gentiana macrophylla and phellodendron amurense to obtain the Mongolian medicine composition of the comparative example 1. Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 only in that the feedstock components of comparative example 1 do not contain xanthoceras sorbifolia.
Comparative example 2
460 parts by weight of shinyleaf yellowhorn, 180 parts by weight of myrobalan and 180 parts by weight of amur corktree bark are crushed into medium powder, the crushed shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan and amur corktree bark are sieved by an 80-mesh sieve, and the sieved shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan and amur corktree bark are uniformly mixed to obtain the Mongolian medicine composition of the comparative example 2. Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 only in that gentiana macrophylla is not contained in the raw material components of comparative example 2.
Comparative example 3
Pulverizing 460 parts by weight of shinyleaf yellowhorn, 180 parts by weight of myrobalan and 180 parts by weight of gentiana macrophylla into medium powder, sieving the pulverized shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan and gentiana macrophylla by using an 80-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing the sieved shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan and gentiana macrophylla to obtain the Mongolian medicine composition of the comparative example 3. Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 only in that no phellodendron bark is present in the raw material components of comparative example 3.
Comparative example 4
Pulverizing 460 parts by weight of shinyleaf yellowhorn, 180 parts by weight of golden cypress and 180 parts by weight of large-leaved gentian into medium powder, sieving the pulverized shinyleaf yellowhorn, golden cypress and large-leaved gentian by using an 80-mesh sieve, and uniformly mixing the sieved shinyleaf yellowhorn, golden cypress and large-leaved gentian to obtain the Mongolian medicine composition of the comparative example 4. Comparative example 4 differs from example 1 only in that myrobalan is not included in the raw material components of comparative example 4.
Test examples
The Mongolian medicine compositions of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 4 are respectively crushed into medium powder, the mesh number after sieving is 80 meshes, and the medium powder is mixed evenly and then subpackaged. Adding 50ml of water into every 5g of the medicine composition, decocting for 10-15 minutes, separating dregs of a decoction, and then taking supernatant liquid orally.
1100 patients with knee joint rheumatism with heat are randomly selected, 100 patients are divided into one group, the oral liquid obtained according to the oral administration embodiment and the comparative example scheme is used for treatment, 1-2 times per day and 15 days of treatment course are carried out, the cure rate after 15 days is counted, and the statistical result is shown in the following table.
1100 patients with shoulder joint febrile rheumatism were randomly selected, and each 100 patients were divided into one group, and the oral liquid obtained according to the oral example and comparative example was treated 1 to 2 times a day for 15 days as a treatment course, and the cure rate after 15 days was counted, and the statistical results are shown in table two below.

As can be seen from the therapeutic effects of the examples 1-7 in the tables I-III on rheumatism and oral ulcer of knee joints and shoulder joints, the pharmaceutical composition of the invention is suitable for a plurality of parts of the body, can achieve better curative effects on knee joints, shoulder joints and oral diseases, and has a cure rate of over 90 percent.
According to the results of comparative examples 1 to example 4 in tables one to three, the therapeutic effects on knee joints, shoulder joints and oral ulcers are seen, and the lack of any one of wenguanmu, gentiana macrophylla, phellodendron amurense and myrobalan leads to low cure rate, poor therapeutic effect, failure to comprehensively solve the problems of swelling, fever or pain, and failure to cure the symptoms left at a large rate.
As can be seen from the treatment effects of examples 1 to 3 in tables one to three, the adjustment of the parts of the drugs within a certain range can achieve a better treatment effect, and the drug has a better treatment effect on the symptoms of knee joint, shoulder joint or oral ulcer, and has a higher cure rate for swelling, fever and pain.
According to the comparison of the healing results of the example 1 and the example 4 in the table I to the table III, the change of the parts of the monarch drug xanthoceras sorbifolia has little influence on the healing rate, and the similar healing rate can be achieved by adjusting the parts within a proper range.
According to the comparison of the healing results of the example 5 and the comparative example 2 in the first to third tables, the addition of the ministerial drug gentiana macrophylla plays a role in adjuvant therapy, and the healing rate can be improved.
According to the comparison of the cure results of the first to third tables of the table, the change of the parts of gentiana macrophylla of the ministerial drug can be adjusted within a proper range, and the similar cure rate can be achieved.
As can be seen from the comparison of the cure results of example 6 and comparative example 3 in tables I to III, the addition of cortex Phellodendri, which is an adjuvant drug, can improve the cure rate.
As can be seen from the comparison of the cure results of example 1 and example 6 in tables I to III, the dose of the adjuvant drug phellodendron bark can be adjusted within the range of the present invention to achieve similar cure rate, and the dose of the adjuvant drug has little influence on the cure rate.
According to the comparison of the healing results of the example 1 and the example 7 in the table I to the table III, under the condition that the formula contains the adjuvant drug of phellodendron amurense, the medicine myrobalan is added to play the role of adjuvant therapy only, and the achieved healing rate is similar.

1. A preparation method of a Mongolian medicine composition for treating joint swelling and pain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
pulverizing lignum Xanthoceratis, fructus Chebulae, radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae and cortex Phellodendri;
sieving pulverized lignum Xanthoceratis, fructus Chebulae, radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae and cortex Phellodendri;
and uniformly mixing the sieved shiny-leaved yellowhorn, myrobalan, gentiana macrophylla and phellodendron bark to obtain the mongolian medicine composition.
2. The method of claim 1,
the method comprises the following steps of crushing shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, large-leaved gentian and amur corktree bark:
pulverizing lignum Xanthoceratis, fructus Chebulae, radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae and cortex Phellodendri to obtain middle powder;
the screening treatment of the smashed shinyleaf yellowhorn, myrobalan, gentiana macrophylla and phellodendron bark comprises the following steps:
sieving pulverized lignum Xanthoceratis, fructus Chebulae, radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae and cortex Phellodendri with 80 mesh sieve.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of pulverizing xanthoceras sorbifolia, myrobalan, gentiana macrophylla and phellodendron amurense comprises:
pulverizing 230-690 parts by weight of lignum Xanthoceratis, 90-270 parts by weight of fructus Chebulae, 90-270 parts by weight of radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae and 90-270 parts by weight of cortex Phellodendri.

The Mongolian medicinal composition as claimed in claim 3, wherein 230-690 parts by weight of lignum Xanthoceratis, 90-270 parts by weight of fructus Chebulae, 90-270 parts by weight of radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae and 90-270 parts by weight of cortex Phellodendri are pulverized, and the process comprises:
pulverizing 460 parts by weight of shinyleaf yellowhorn, 180 parts by weight of myrobalan, 180 parts by weight of gentiana macrophylla and 180 parts by weight of phellodendron.
5. A Mongolian medicinal composition for treating joint swelling and pain, which comprises: lignum Xanthoceratis, fructus Chebulae, radix Gentianae Marcrophyllae and cortex Phellodendri.
6. The Mongolian medicinal composition as claimed in claim 5, wherein the weight parts of the plant Wenchui wood are 230-690, the weight parts of the myrobalan fruit are 90-270, the weight parts of the gentiana macrophylla are 90-270 and the weight parts of the phellodendron bark are 90-270.
7. The Mongolian medicinal composition as claimed in claim 6, wherein the weight parts of the shinyleaf yellowhorn is 460, the weight parts of the myrobalan fruit is 180, the weight parts of the gentiana macrophylla is 180 and the weight parts of the phellodendron bark is 180.
8. A pharmaceutical formulation for the treatment of joint pain, comprising a Mongolian composition prepared by the process of any one of claims 1 to 4 or a Mongolian composition according to any one of claims 5 to 7;
the dosage form of the pharmaceutical preparation comprises a liquid dosage form, a solid dosage form, a semi-solid dosage form or a gas dosage form.
9. The pharmaceutical formulation of claim 8,
the liquid dosage form comprises a solution or an injection; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the solid dosage form comprises a tablet, a pill, a capsule or a powder; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the semisolid dosage form comprises an ointment, gel, or cream medicament; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the gaseous dosage form comprises an aerosol or spray.
10. Use of a Mongolian composition prepared by a process according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or a Mongolian composition according to any one of claims 5 to 7 for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of joint pain.
