Example 1:
referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8 and fig. 9, a pretreatment device for enzyme-produced fruit raw materials comprises a cleaning device 1 for cleaning raw materials, a pretreatment assembly and a transmission assembly 3, wherein the pretreatment assembly is arranged on one side of a feeding end of the cleaning device 1, the transmission assembly 3 is arranged on a discharging end of the cleaning device 1, and two ends of the cleaning device 1 are fixedly connected with the adjacent pretreatment assembly and the transmission assembly 3.
Please refer to fig. 6, the cleaning apparatus 1 includes a cleaning assembly 11, a pressing assembly 12 and a filtering assembly 13, the pressing assembly 12 is horizontally disposed right above the cleaning assembly 11, the fruit raw material is squeezed downwards by the pressing assembly 12 to be soaked, it is ensured that the fruit is cleaned thoroughly, the filtering assembly 13 is horizontally disposed right below the cleaning assembly 11, the bottom end of the cleaning assembly 11 is connected with the adjacent filtering assembly 13 in a penetrating manner, the filtering assembly is used for filtering and circulating by using the water cleaned by the filtering assembly, and the cleaning effectiveness is improved while the cleaning effect is ensured.
Referring to fig. 7, the cleaning assembly 11 includes a cleaning box 111, an anti-sinking mesh 113 and brushes 114, the upper and lower end surfaces of the cleaning box 111 are all arranged in a penetrating manner, the upper side of the inside of the cleaning box 111 is horizontally provided with the anti-sinking mesh 113 for preventing fruits from sinking too deeply and being inconvenient for catching in later period, the end surface of the anti-sinking mesh 113 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the adjacent cleaning box 111, the inside of the cleaning box 111 is uniformly and horizontally provided with a plurality of brushes 114 along the horizontal direction, the brushes 114 are horizontally arranged in a penetrating manner through the anti-sinking mesh 113, the rotating shafts at two ends of the brushes 114 are rotatably installed on the adjacent side walls of the cleaning box 111 through sealing bearings for brushing the sunk fruits, and simultaneously the brushing effectiveness is ensured, the outer end surface of the cleaning box 111 is uniformly fixed with a plurality of brush motors 115 along the horizontal direction, one end rotating shaft of the brush motor 115 is connected with the output end of the adjacent brush motor 115 for driving the brushes 114 to rotate, the effectiveness of brushing is ensured. A plurality of spraying plates 1163 are uniformly and horizontally arranged right below the anti-sinking net 113 in the cleaning box 111 along the horizontal direction, air outlet rods are uniformly and penetratingly connected to the side end faces of the spraying plates 1163 and the fixed top face of the inner wall of the cleaning box 111, so that air can be uniformly guided, an air box 1162 is horizontally communicated to the bottom end face of the spraying plates 1163, an air inlet pipe 116 is penetratingly connected to one side of the air box 1162, the air inlet pipe 116 penetrates through the outer wall of the cleaning box 111 and extends to the outside of the cleaning box 111, a barrel 1161 is penetratingly connected to the outer end of the air inlet pipe 116, the barrel 1161 at the end of the air inlet pipe 116 in the cleaning box 11 is communicated with the air outlet end of an external ozone generator, ozone is guided to be sprayed from the spraying plates 1163 into water in the cleaning box 11 through the air box 1162, and soaked fruit raw materials are soaked and sterilized.
Referring to fig. 6, two sliding frames 112 are vertically fixed on two sides of the top surface of the cleaning box 111, the sliding frames 112 are vertically arranged in a U shape, a sliding groove is vertically formed in the vertical surface of each sliding frame 112 in a penetrating manner, a return spring 1121 is vertically fixed at the top end of each sliding frame 112, a support cylinder 1122 is vertically fixed at the bottom end of each sliding frame 112, a support 117 is horizontally fixed on the end surface of the side of the discharge end of the cleaning box 111, and is used for supporting the transmission assembly 3 which is obliquely arranged in the later period, so that the material loading is convenient to lift, a water receiving plate 118 is upwards obliquely fixed at the discharge end of the cleaning box 111, and the material lifting water is convenient to flow downwards.
Referring to fig. 5, the pressing assembly 12 includes a pressing frame 121 and a conveyor belt 124, the pressing frame 121 is horizontally disposed right above the cleaning box 111, the top end of the pressing frame 121 is fixed to the bottom end of the adjacent return spring 1121, the bottom end of the pressing frame 121 is fixed to the top end of the adjacent support cylinder 1122, slide bases 122 are vertically fixed to both sides of the pressing frame 121, the slide bases 122 are vertically slidably connected to the slide slots of the slide frame 112, so as to vertically adjust the downward moving height of the pressing frame 121 according to the actual cleaning requirement, and adapt to different pressing depths, bearing seats 123 are vertically and symmetrically fixed to both sides of the bottom surface of the pressing frame 121, the conveyor belt 124 is horizontally disposed on the bottom surface of the pressing frame 121, the rotating shafts at both ends of the conveyor belt 124 are rotatably mounted in the bearing seats 123 through bearings, and a material-poking plate 125 is vertically fixed to the end surface of the outer side of the conveyor belt 124, so that the material-poking plate 125 on the conveyor belt 124 not only pokes the fruit raw material forward, meanwhile, the fruit can be pressed downwards to sink, and the fruit can be soaked comprehensively.
Referring to fig. 7, the filtering assembly 13 includes a filtering drawer frame 131 and a filtering drawer 132, the top surface of the filtering drawer frame 131 is disposed in a penetrating manner, the top end of the filtering drawer frame 131 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the cleaning assembly 11 in a penetrating manner, one side end surface of the filtering drawer frame 131 is disposed in a penetrating manner, the filtering drawer 132 is horizontally installed in the filtering drawer frame 131, a circulating water pipe 133 is connected to the bottom end surface of the filtering drawer frame 131 in a penetrating manner, a circulating water pump is installed on the circulating water pipe 133, the upper portion of the circulating water pipe 133 is connected to a charging barrel 1331 in a penetrating manner, a charging assembly 4 is installed on the charging barrel 1331, the charging assembly 4 includes a storage barrel 41, a perforated plate 42, a pull rod 43 and a blocking plate 44, an installation screw 411 is connected to the bottom end of the storage barrel 41 in a penetrating manner, the installation screw 411 is connected to the charging barrel 1331 in a threaded manner in a penetrating manner, the perforated plate 42 is horizontally fixed to the bottom end inside of the charging barrel 41, the blocking plate 44 is horizontally arranged right above the perforated plate 42 inside the charging barrel 41, a rubber plug is vertically arranged on the bottom surface of the plugging plate 44, the rubber plug of the plugging plate 44 is inserted into an insertion hole of the orifice plate 42, a pull rod 43 is vertically fixed at the top end of the plugging plate 44, the pull rod 43 vertically slides to penetrate through the top surface of the feeding cylinder 41, a downward pressing spring 45 is vertically sleeved at the top end of the pull rod 43, the bottom end of the downward pressing spring 45 is fixed on the top surface of the feeding cylinder 41, a feeding hole is vertically and continuously formed in the top surface of the feeding cylinder 41, when the feeding cylinder is used, cleaning agents such as alkali and the like are added from the feeding hole in the feeding cylinder 41, when the feeding is needed, the rubber plug of the plugging plate 44 is pulled by lifting the pull rod 43 upwards to fall from a blanking hole of the orifice plate 42, then the cleaning agents enter the circulating water pipe 133 from the mounting screw cylinder 411 and then flow into the cleaning box 111, the cleaning water is driven by the circulating water pump to pass through the filtering drawer 132, after impurities are filtered and removed, water flows through the circulating water pipe 133 and is added from the top of the cleaning box 111, the cleanliness of the water source is convenient to clean. The upper end face and the lower end face of the filter drawer 132 are all arranged in a penetrating manner, a first filter screen 134, a second filter screen 135, filter cloth 137 and barrier strips 136 are sequentially arranged inside the filter drawer 132 from top to bottom in parallel, the outer end faces of the first filter screen 134, the second filter screen 135 and the barrier strips 136 are fixed with the inner end faces of the adjacent filter drawer 132, the aperture of the first filter screen 134 is larger than that of the second filter screen 135, the impurities in water can be filtered in a layering manner conveniently, meanwhile, the filter cloth 137 and the barrier strips 136 can be used for filtering the impurities in water in a fine manner, a sealing strip frame 138 is bonded at the end part, close to the drawer groove, of the filter drawer frame 131, the filter cloth 137 and the barrier strips 136 are bonded and fixed, and the connection tightness between the filter drawer frame 131 and the filter drawer 132 is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 3, the pretreatment module includes a branch 21, two conveying chains 22 and a high pressure air pump 24, the branch 21 is vertically and symmetrically arranged, the branch 21 is arranged at the feeding end of the cleaning device 1, the branch 21 is fixed to the end surface of the side of the cleaning box 111 of the adjacent cleaning device 1, the conveying chains 22 are horizontally arranged between the branches 21, the conveying chains 22 are made of a plurality of rubber strips, the rotating shaft of the conveying chains 22 is rotatably arranged on the branch 21 through a bearing, a motor is fixed to one side of the branch 21, the output end of the motor on the branch 21 is connected to the rotating shaft of the conveying chains 22 for later delivery, the high pressure air pump 24 is arranged at the bottom of the branch 21, air injection plates 26 are arranged on the end surface and the top surface of the branch 21, the air injection plates 26 are communicated through air ducts 25, one end of the air duct 25 is communicated with the air outlet end of the high pressure air pump 24, a guide plate 23 is arranged at the feeding end of the branch 21 close to the cleaning device 1, on the pretreatment assembly of the feed end of the cleaning equipment 1, the motor on the side of the starting branch 21 drives the conveying chain 22 to rotate, so that the fruit raw materials are pushed to move towards the feed end of the cleaning equipment 1.
Referring to fig. 9, the conveying assembly 3 includes two conveying frames 31, two conveying belts 32 and two drying racks 34, the two conveying frames 31 are vertically and symmetrically arranged, one end of each conveying frame 31 is obliquely inserted into the discharge end of the cleaning device 1, the conveying belts 32 are arranged between the conveying frames 31, a plurality of material blocking plates 33 are uniformly arranged on the upper surfaces of the conveying belts 32, the conveying frames 31 are rotatably connected with the rotating shafts of the conveying belts 32 through bearings, a motor connected with the rotating shaft of the conveying belt 32 is installed on one side of the outer end face of each conveying frame 31, the bottom end of each conveying frame 31 is fixed to the discharge end of the cleaning device 1, a plurality of drying racks 34 are uniformly arranged on the top surface of each conveying frame 31, air coolers 35 are fixed on the top surfaces of the drying racks 34, air boards 36 are fixed on the bottom surfaces of the drying racks 34, the air boards 36 are communicated with the air outlets of the air coolers 35 through ducts, the fruit raw materials pass through, air-cooler 35 through drying on the frame 34 drives outside air and gets into aerofoil 36, evenly dries the fruit raw materials through the spray lance to the completion is to the washing of fruit.
The working principle is as follows: when the fruit raw material pretreatment device for enzyme production is used for treating fruit raw materials produced by enzyme, firstly, sorted fruit raw materials with proper size, maturity, sweetness and the like are removed, large-volume foreign matters such as leaves and the like are put on a pretreatment assembly at the feeding end of cleaning equipment 1, a motor at the side of a branch 21 is started to drive a conveying chain 22 to rotate, the fruit raw materials are pushed to move towards the feeding end of the cleaning equipment 1, a high-pressure air pump 24 is started simultaneously, compressed external air enters an air injection plate 26, impurities such as dust and the like adhered to the outside of the fruit raw materials are cleaned through high-pressure air, then the fruit raw materials fall into a cleaning assembly 11 of the cleaning equipment 1 from a guide plate 23, the fruit raw materials enter a cleaning box 111, a screw tube 1161 at the end part of an air inlet pipe 116 in the cleaning box 11 is communicated with an air outlet end of an external ozone generator, ozone is guided to be injected into water in the cleaning box 11 from the air injection plate 1163 through an air box 1162, soak the sterilization to the fruit raw materials that soak, then start the last support cylinder 1122 of balladeur train 112, the drive pushes down subassembly 12 and moves down, the drive pushes down frame 121 at balladeur train 112 downstream, then the motor on subassembly 12 is pushed down in the start, it rotates to drive conveyer belt 124, then it sinks fruit raw materials to push down through switch-plate 125 on the conveyer belt 124, then brush motor 115 in the start washing case 111 drives brush 114 and rotates, scrub fruit raw materials surface, then fruit raw materials are through stoving frame 34 under the transport of transmission band 32 in transmission subassembly 3, air-cooler 35 through on the stoving frame 34 drives outside air and gets into aerofoil 36, evenly dry fruit raw materials through the spray lance, thereby accomplish the washing to fruit.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 10 and 11, a pretreatment device for a raw fruit material produced by ferment comprises a cleaning device 1 for cleaning the raw material, a pretreatment assembly and a transmission assembly 3, wherein the pretreatment assembly is arranged on one side of a feeding end of the cleaning device 1, the transmission assembly 3 is arranged on a discharging end of the cleaning device 1, and two ends of the cleaning device 1 are fixedly connected with the adjacent pretreatment assembly and the transmission assembly 3.
Please refer to fig. 6, the cleaning apparatus 1 includes a cleaning assembly 11, a pressing assembly 12 and a filtering assembly 13, the pressing assembly 12 is horizontally disposed right above the cleaning assembly 11, the fruit raw material is squeezed downwards by the pressing assembly 12 to be soaked, it is ensured that the fruit is cleaned thoroughly, the filtering assembly 13 is horizontally disposed right below the cleaning assembly 11, the bottom end of the cleaning assembly 11 is connected with the adjacent filtering assembly 13 in a penetrating manner, the filtering assembly is used for filtering and circulating by using the water cleaned by the filtering assembly, and the cleaning effectiveness is improved while the cleaning effect is ensured.
Referring to fig. 7, the cleaning assembly 11 includes a cleaning box 111, an anti-sinking mesh 113 and brushes 114, the upper and lower end surfaces of the cleaning box 111 are all arranged in a penetrating manner, the upper side of the inside of the cleaning box 111 is horizontally provided with the anti-sinking mesh 113 for preventing fruits from sinking too deeply and being inconvenient for catching in later period, the end surface of the anti-sinking mesh 113 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the adjacent cleaning box 111, the inside of the cleaning box 111 is uniformly and horizontally provided with a plurality of brushes 114 along the horizontal direction, the brushes 114 are horizontally arranged in a penetrating manner through the anti-sinking mesh 113, the rotating shafts at two ends of the brushes 114 are rotatably installed on the adjacent side walls of the cleaning box 111 through sealing bearings for brushing the sunk fruits, and simultaneously the brushing effectiveness is ensured, the outer end surface of the cleaning box 111 is uniformly fixed with a plurality of brush motors 115 along the horizontal direction, one end rotating shaft of the brush motor 115 is connected with the output end of the adjacent brush motor 115 for driving the brushes 114 to rotate, the effectiveness of brushing is ensured. A plurality of spraying plates 1163 are uniformly and horizontally arranged right below the anti-sinking net 113 in the cleaning box 111 along the horizontal direction, air outlet rods are uniformly and penetratingly connected to the side end faces of the spraying plates 1163 and the fixed top face of the inner wall of the cleaning box 111, so that air can be uniformly guided, an air box 1162 is horizontally communicated to the bottom end face of the spraying plates 1163, an air inlet pipe 116 is penetratingly connected to one side of the air box 1162, the air inlet pipe 116 penetrates through the outer wall of the cleaning box 111 and extends to the outside of the cleaning box 111, a barrel 1161 is penetratingly connected to the outer end of the air inlet pipe 116, the barrel 1161 at the end of the air inlet pipe 116 in the cleaning box 11 is communicated with the air outlet end of an external ozone generator, ozone is guided to be sprayed from the spraying plates 1163 into water in the cleaning box 11 through the air box 1162, and soaked fruit raw materials are soaked and sterilized.
Referring to fig. 6, two sliding frames 112 are vertically fixed on two sides of the top surface of the cleaning box 111, the sliding frames 112 are vertically arranged in a U shape, a sliding groove is vertically formed in the vertical surface of each sliding frame 112 in a penetrating manner, a return spring 1121 is vertically fixed at the top end of each sliding frame 112, a support cylinder 1122 is vertically fixed at the bottom end of each sliding frame 112, a support 117 is horizontally fixed on the end surface of the side of the discharge end of the cleaning box 111, and is used for supporting the transmission assembly 3 which is obliquely arranged in the later period, so that the material loading is convenient to lift, a water receiving plate 118 is upwards obliquely fixed at the discharge end of the cleaning box 111, and the material lifting water is convenient to flow downwards.
Referring to fig. 5, the pressing assembly 12 includes a pressing frame 121 and a conveyor belt 124, the pressing frame 121 is horizontally disposed right above the cleaning box 111, the top end of the pressing frame 121 is fixed to the bottom end of the adjacent return spring 1121, the bottom end of the pressing frame 121 is fixed to the top end of the adjacent support cylinder 1122, slide bases 122 are vertically fixed to both sides of the pressing frame 121, the slide bases 122 are vertically slidably connected to the slide slots of the slide frame 112, so as to vertically adjust the downward moving height of the pressing frame 121 according to the actual cleaning requirement, and adapt to different pressing depths, bearing seats 123 are vertically and symmetrically fixed to both sides of the bottom surface of the pressing frame 121, the conveyor belt 124 is horizontally disposed on the bottom surface of the pressing frame 121, the rotating shafts at both ends of the conveyor belt 124 are rotatably mounted in the bearing seats 123 through bearings, and a material-poking plate 125 is vertically fixed to the end surface of the outer side of the conveyor belt 124, so that the material-poking plate 125 on the conveyor belt 124 not only pokes the fruit raw material forward, meanwhile, the fruit can be pressed downwards to sink, and the fruit can be soaked comprehensively.
