It should be noted that: the rotary motor 24 and the transmission motor 22 are both (model is GM25-25 BY), the water discharge electromagnetic valve 25, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 27 and the air inlet electromagnetic valve 30 are both (model is HOPE 81), and the vacuum pump 29 is (model is YX-51D).
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, the device is connected with a power supply, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 27 on the water inlet pipe 6 is controlled to be opened through the control box 5, the cleaning box 1 is injected with water through the water spraying head 26, when the water injection liquid level reaches a limit value, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 27 is closed, fruits to be cleaned are guided into the cleaning box 1 through the feed hopper 3, the fruits in the guiding process are buffered by water liquid in the cleaning box 1 to avoid the risk of touching and breaking a material guide plate on the conveying belt 19, then, the control box 5 controls the rotating motor 24 to operate, the rotating motor 24 drives the hairbrush roller 20 to rotate to scrub the fruits in the cleaning box 1, after the fruits are brushed, the drainage electromagnetic valve 25 on the water outlet pipe 7 is opened to discharge sewage, the transmission motor 22 operates to drive the rotating roller 21 to rotate through the transmission belt 23, the rotating roller 21 drives the conveying belt 19 to operate, the fruits in the cleaning box 1 are transmitted into, the water inlet electromagnetic valve 27 is opened to spray water liquid through the water spraying head 26 to wash fruits conveyed by the conveying belt 19, the vacuum pump 29 is operated, the air inlet electromagnetic valve 30 is opened to blow air through the air spraying head 28 to dry the fruits conveyed by the cleaning box 1, larger fruits roll into the first cart 10 through the first sorting net 17 and the first discharging hopper 8, small fruits fall onto the upper surface of the second sorting net 18 through meshes on the first sorting net 17, small fruits roll into the second cart 11 through the second sorting net 18 and the second discharging hopper 9, fruit residues fall into the residue collecting tank 4 through meshes on the second sorting net 18, finally, the push handle 13 on the first cart 10 is held by hand, the second magnetic absorption block 15 on the first cart 10 absorbs the third magnetic absorption block 16 on the second cart 11, the first cart 10 is moved to a large fruit containing position through the universal wheel 12 on the first cart 10, the pushing handle 13 on the second cart 11 is held by hand, the second magnetic block 15 on the second cart 11 is separated to adsorb the first magnetic block 14 on the residue collecting pool 4, and the second cart 11 is moved to a small fruit storage place through the universal wheel 12 on the second cart 11.

Claims (9)
1. The cleaning and sorting integrated equipment for the fruits comprises a cleaning box (1) and is characterized in that a feed hopper (3) is welded to one side of the upper surface of the cleaning box (1) in a penetrating mode, a water outlet pipe (7) is welded to the lower surface of the cleaning box (1) in a penetrating mode, a water inlet pipe (6) is installed to the other side of the upper surface of the cleaning box (1) in a penetrating mode, a sorting box (2) is welded to the outer surface of one side of the cleaning box (1) in a penetrating mode, a first sorting net (17) is welded to the upper end of the inside of the sorting box (2), a second sorting net (18) is welded to the lower surface of the sorting box (2), a first discharge hopper (8) is welded to the position, close to the first sorting net (17), of the outer surface of one side of the sorting box (2), a second discharge hopper (9) is welded to the position, close to, second shallow (11) have been placed to the below that the second goes out hopper (9), first shallow (10) have been placed to the below that the second goes out hopper (9), the welding of the below of separation box (2) has residue collecting pit (4), one side surface mounting of residue collecting pit (4) has control box (5), the upper surface one end of separation box (2) is run through and is installed intake pipe (31), the inside lower extreme of wasing case (1) rotates and installs conveyer belt (19), the top position department that the inside lower extreme of wasing case (1) is located conveyer belt (19) rotates and installs brush roller (20).

The integrated fruit washing and sorting device according to claim 1, characterized in that two groups of brush rollers (20) are provided, and the two groups of brush rollers (20) are rotatably mounted inside the washing tank (1) at a position above a conveyor belt (19) at one end adjacent to the feed hopper (3), and a material push plate is welded on the outer surface of the conveyor belt (19).
