本申请提供了一种蓝牙定位方法和蓝牙设备,该蓝牙定位方法应用于第一设备,该第一设备采用蓝牙低功耗BLE模式与第二设备通信,该蓝牙定位方法包括:该第一设备采用第一帧格式向该第二设备发送第一数据,其中,该第一帧格式包括蓝牙数据帧和第一子帧,该第一子帧用于承载该第一设备的到达角度AoA/出发角度AoD信息;在信号质量满足预设条件时,该第一设备采用第二帧格式向该第二设备发送第二数据,该第二帧格式包括该第一子帧和经过编码处理的该蓝牙数据帧。本申请的技术方案能够实现提高定位的效率。
