技术领域
本发明涉及适合于制造纤维的聚丙烯组合物。本发明还涉及由所述聚丙烯组合物制造的纤维和由所述纤维制造的纺粘非织造织物。
背景技术
纺粘非织造织物由于其优异机械性能如高拉伸强度和透气性而广泛用于许多应用中。它还确保了高效生产基于连续纺制纤维的织物。
已经应用聚酰胺和聚酯来制造这种纺粘非织造织物。但在用于纺粘非织造织物的聚合物材料中,聚丙烯变得越来越突出。
曾经尝试赋予聚丙烯纤维柔软性。例如,US6740609公开了在聚丙烯中使用至少0.02%的硬脂酰胺和芥酸酰胺的掺混物作为熔体添加剂。US2003157859公开了含有0.05-1.0wt%芥酸酰胺的聚烯烃树脂基非织造织物,其中它的静电摩擦系数为0.1-0.4。US5244724公开了由聚丙烯与聚丁烯和/或LLDPE以及作为抗静电剂添加的单硬脂酸甘油酯的掺混物制造的纤维非织造织物。
本领域仍需要可用于生产制造高柔软性纺粘非织造织物的纤维的组合物。所述组合物优选可以以高通量制成纤维。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供一种组合物,其包含:(A)丙烯基聚合物、(B)C10-C30脂族羧酸酰胺和(C)丁烯-1的均聚物或共聚物,其中以总组合物计(B)的量为1000-5000ppm和(C)的量为5000-50000ppm。
已经令人惊奇地发现,由本发明组合物制成的纤维制造的纺粘非织造织物具有高的柔软性。所述织物还表现出可接受的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。
(A)丙烯基聚合物
相对于总组合物,组分(A)的量优选为至少90.0wt%,优选至少95.0wt%,例如96.0-99.0wt%。
组分(A)可以为丙烯均聚物或丙烯α-烯烃的无规共聚物。以无规共聚物的总重量计,所述无规共聚物由至少70.0wt%的丙烯衍生单元和至多30.0wt%的共聚单体衍生单元组成。例如,以无规共聚物的总重量计,共聚单体衍生单元的量为1.0-20.0wt%、2.0-10.0wt%或3.0-5.0wt%。
共聚单体优选选自乙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯,1-己烯、1-庚烯和1-辛烯。共聚单体最优选为乙烯。
按ASTM D1238-13(2.16kg/230℃)测量,组分(A)的熔体流动速率优选为5.0-100dg/min,例如为10.0-50.0dg/min或15.0-40.0dg/min。
(B)酰胺
本发明组合物还包含C10-C30脂族羧酸酰胺。C10-C30脂族羧酸酰胺具有酰胺基团CONH2和长的烷基尾。C10-C30羧酸酰胺由通式R1-CONH2表示,其中R1为直链或支链C9-C29烷基。C10-C30脂族羧酸酰胺可以为饱和的C10-30羧酸酰胺或不饱和的C10-C30羧酸酰胺或它们的混合物。在不饱和羧酸酰胺中,在长的烷基尾中存在至少一个碳-碳双键。

不饱和羧酸酰胺的实例有油酰胺、亚油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、十四烯酸酰胺、棕榈烯酸酰胺、杉皮酸酰胺、反油酸酰胺、十八碳烯酸酰胺、花生四烯酸酰胺、二十碳五烯酸酰胺和二十二碳六烯酸酰胺。
羧酸酰胺中的碳原子数为10-30,优选为12-28,更优选为14-26,最优选为16-24。
羧酸酰胺优选为不饱和C10-C30羧酸酰胺,羧酸酰胺更优选选自芥酸酰胺和油酰胺。
相对于总组合物,组合物中酰胺(B)的量优选为1000-5000ppm,更优选为1200-3000ppm,更优选为1500-2500ppm。
(C)丁烯-1的聚合物
本发明组合物还包含丁烯-1的均聚物或共聚物。以丁烯-1共聚物的总重量计,共聚单体衍生单元的量例如为0-20.0wt%或1.0-15.0wt%。
丁烯-1共聚物中共聚单体优选选自乙烯、丙烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯和辛烯-1。丁烯-1共聚物中的共聚单体优选为乙烯或丙烯,最优选为乙烯。
按ISO1133-1(2011)测量,(C)的熔体流动速率优选为0.1-10dg/min,优选为1.0-5.0dg/min。
(C)的优选实例为按ISO1133-1(2011)(2.16kg/190℃)测量熔体流动速率为0.1-10dg/min的丁烯-1均聚物。这种丁烯-1均聚物的可商购实例为由Lyondellbasell获得的Toppyl PB 0110M。
(C)的优选实例为按ISO1133-1(2011)(2.16kg/190℃)测量熔体流动速率为0.1-10dg/min的丁烯-1与乙烯的共聚物。这种丁烯-1共聚物的商购实例为由Lyondellbasell获得的PB 8220M。
相对于总组合物,组合物中(C)的量为5000-50000ppm,优选为8000-40000ppm,更优选为10000-30000ppm。
(D)添加剂
本发明组合物还包含(D)添加剂。添加剂可以包括成核剂、稳定剂如热稳定剂、抗氧化剂、UV稳定剂、着色剂如颜料和染料、澄清剂、表面张力调节剂、润滑剂、脱模剂、流动改进剂、增塑剂和抗静电剂。
相对于总组合物,组合物中(D)的量可以为0-10wt%,例如0.03-5.0wt%、0.05-1.0wt%或0.10-0.50wt%。
组合物
在本发明方法中添加形成包含(A)、(B)、(C)和任选的组分(D)的组合物中的所有组分的总量应该为总组合物的至多100wt%。
组分(A)、(B)和(C)的总量优选为总组合物的至少90.0wt%、至少95.0wt%、至少98.0wt%或至少99.0wt%。
制备组合物的方法

组合物按ASTM D785测量的Rockwell硬度(L)优选为至多50,优选为至多40。
组合物按ASTM D256-10e1在23℃下测量的Izod抗冲击强度优选为至少20J/m2

在一些实施方案中,纤维的平均直径为约5-20μm。

实施例
模塑组合物
将按ASTM D1238-13(2.16kg/230℃)测量MFR为25dg/min的丙烯均聚物(由Sabic获得的PP511A)与表1和表2中所示的组分掺混。所述量为相对于总组合物的ppmw。除了在表2中给出的添加剂,实施例1-11还包含Irganox 3114(400ppm)、Irgafos 168(800ppm)和硬脂酸钙(350ppm)。
在直径为25mm的双螺杆配混机KraussMaffei(KM)上,在226℃的熔体温度和100rpm的螺杆速度下熔融配混各样品。挤出前用Henshel混合器使S1至S7配混15分钟。S8至S11用V-搅拌机混合。
随后将用于测量弯曲模量、Izod抗冲击强度和Rockwell硬度的样品应用具有通用螺杆直径的Battenfield注塑机进行注塑。

6.前述权利要求任一项的组合物,其中相对总组合物,(C)的量为8000-40000ppm,优选为10000-30000ppm。
7.前述权利要求任一项的组合物,其中(A)为丙烯均聚物或丙烯无规共聚物,所述丙烯无规共聚物由基于其总重量计至少70.0wt%的丙烯衍生单元和至多30.0wt%的共聚单体衍生单元组成,其中所述共聚单体选自乙烯和具有4-10个碳原子的α-烯烃。
8.前述权利要求任一项的组合物,其中按ASTM D1238-13(2.16kg/230℃)测量,(A)的熔体流动速率为5.0-100dg/min,例如为10.0-50.0dg/min或15.0-40.0dg/min。
9.前述权利要求任一项的组合物,其中(A)、(B)和(C)的总量为总组合物的至少90.0wt%、至少95.0wt%、至少98.0wt%或至少99.0wt%。
10.前述权利要求任一项的组合物,其中按ASTM D1238-13(2.16kg/230℃)测量,所述组合物的熔体流动速率为5.0-100dg/min,例如为10.0-50.0dg/min或15.0-40.0dg/min。
11.前述权利要求任一项的组合物,其中按ASTM D790 A测量,所述组合物的弯曲模量为至多2000MPa,优选为至多1500MPa。
12.前述权利要求任一项的组合物,其中按ASTM D785-08测量,所述组合物的Rockwell硬度(L)为至多50,优选为至多40。
13.由前述权利要求任一项的组合物制成的纤维。
14.应用权利要求13的纤维制成的纺粘非织造织物。
15.包含权利要求14的纺粘非织造织物的用品,其中所述用品优选选自卫生用品例如一次性尿裤和女性保健用品的内衬和防护用品的内衬。
