在最优选的实施方式中,化妆品组合物是防晒组合物。防晒组合物是光防护制剂(防晒产品),例如防晒乳(sun protection milks)、防晒乳液、防晒霜、防晒油、防晒乳(sunblocks)或具有SPF(防晒系数)的日霜。特别令人感兴趣的是防晒霜、防晒乳液、防晒乳(sunprotection milks)和防晒制剂。
根据本发明的化妆品组合物可以是溶剂或脂肪物质中的悬浮液或分散体的形式,或者乳液或微乳液(特别是水包油(O/W)或油包水(W/O)型、水包硅氧烷(Si/W)或硅氧烷包水(W/Si)型、PIT乳液、多重乳液(例如油包水包油(O/W/O)或水包油包水(W/O/W)型)、皮克林乳液、水凝胶、醇凝胶、脂凝胶、单相或多相溶液或囊状分散体的形式或其他常用形式,所述形式也可以用笔型器作为面膜或喷剂施加。
在本发明的所有实施方式中优选的化妆品组合物是含有油相和水相的乳液,例如特别是O/W、W/O、Si/W、W/Si、O/W/O、W/O/W多重或皮克林乳液。
基于化妆品组合物的总重量,这种乳液中存在的油相总量优选为至少10重量%,例如在10重量%至60重量%的范围内,优选在15重量%至50重量%的范围内,最优选在15重量%至40重量%的范围内。
基于化妆品组合物的总重量,这种乳液中存在的水相的量优选为至少20重量%,例如在40重量%至90重量%的范围内,优选在50重量%至85重量%的范围内,最优选在60重量%至85重量%的范围内。
更优选地,根据本发明的化妆品组合物为水包油(O/W)乳液的形式,所述水包油(O/W)乳液包含在O/W乳化剂或Si/W乳化剂存在下分散在水相中的油相,因为此类组合物显示出显著降低的相应组合物向表面的转移。此类水包油乳液的制备是本领域技术人员熟知的。
根据本发明的O/W乳液形式的组合物可以例如以O/W乳液的所有制剂形式提供,例如以精华液、乳剂或乳膏剂的形式提供,并且它们是根据常用方法制备的。作为本发明主题的组合物优选地旨在用于局部应用,并且可以特别地构成皮肤病学组合物或美容组合物,所述皮肤病学组合物或美容组合物例如旨在用于保护人皮肤免受紫外线辐射的不利影响(抗皱、抗衰老、保湿、防晒等)。
已经发现,当特定超支化共聚物与至少一种阴离子乳化剂一起使用时,化妆品组合物具有强烈降低的向接触表面的材料转移,所述超支化共聚物是以下单体的超支化共聚物
(i)十二烯基琥珀酸酐
(ii)二异丙醇胺
(iii)双二甲基氨基丙胺
并具有下式的端基
且分子量Mn在1200 g/mol和4000 g/mol之间。
因此,本发明的另一个方面是超支化共聚物在包含至少一种阴离子乳化剂的化妆品组合物中用于减少向接触表面的材料转移的用途,所述超支化共聚物是以下单体的超支化共聚物
(i)十二烯基琥珀酸酐
(ii)二异丙醇胺
(iii)双二甲基氨基丙胺
并具有下式的端基
并且分子量Mn在1200 g/mol与4000 g/mol之间。
材料转移的量是通过确定接触之前和之后的物体(第二物体)的重量来确定的。接触后的任何重量增加都是由于材料从第一物体转移至第二物体。通过将根据本发明的组合物与不含有上述超支化共聚物或阴离子乳化剂的相应(不是根据本发明的)组合物进行比较来确定材料转移的减少。减少以两次测量的材料转移%表示。
已经发现,可以获得超过40%,甚至超过45%,特别是超过50%的降低。
将化妆品组合物施加至第一表面。所述表面优选是皮肤,特别是人皮肤。已经发现,使用多孔海绵代替皮肤是模拟从皮肤至另一表面的材料转移的良好方法。
接触物体(第二物体)的表面优选是玻璃表面或塑料或织物的表面。
在表面是织物的情况下,这非常有利于避免化妆品组合物向织物,特别是向衣服的不希望转移,因为美容组合物可能玷污织物。
具体地,接触表面(即第二物体的表面)是玻璃表面。
最优选地,接触表面(即,第二物体的表面)是光学玻璃,所述光学玻璃例如用于老花镜或太阳镜,或移动电话的智能手机显示器、计算机设备或平板电脑的屏幕显示器。
通过减少化妆品组合物的材料转移,特别是当所述玻璃表面与手指接触时,可减少或甚至避免留在玻璃(例如仪器的光学玻璃,或视觉玻璃)上的痕迹,特别是指印的问题。具体地,这可以极大地减少或甚至避免由留在表面上的所述材料对穿过所述玻璃透射的光射线的任何不希望的影响。
此外,可以极大地减少留在例如镜子的美学表面或例如汽车或家具或艺术品的面漆的高光泽度或高度哑光表面上的痕迹。这是非常有利的,因为如果使此类表面与上面已经施加了化妆品组合物的皮肤接触,特别是如果用先前已经与化妆品组合物接触的手指触摸此类表面,则此类表面需要大量的清洁维护。
可以大大减少留在显示单元的表面上的痕迹,所述显示单元为例如移动电话的显示器,或监视器、笔记本电脑、移动电话或平板电脑的屏幕或触摸屏。因此,可以提高可读性。由于触摸屏的功能取决于各表面方面,因此本发明还有助于在没有对清洁所述玻璃表面的过度需求的情况下改善恒定的触摸屏功能。
当所述表面与皮肤接触时,减少材料转移还极大降低了清洁所述表面所涉及的劳动力和成本。
实施例
通过以下实验来进一步说明本发明。这些实施例仅是说明性的,并不意图以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
超支化共聚物(HBC1)的制备
单体十二碳烯基琥珀酸酐和二异丙醇胺以及双二甲基氨基丙胺的超支化共聚物HBC1已经根据EP 2 794 729B1中的实施例3,使用237.59g的N,N-双(N'N'-二甲基氨基丙基)胺和112.6g的二异丙醇胺以及426.89g的十二碳烯基琥珀酸酐制备。在加热和真空后,获得了残余羧酸含量<0.3meq/g(滴定分析),AV=9.8mg KOH/g,并且胺含量为2.99meq/g(滴定分析),并且分子量Mn=2240。该产物已与氯乙酸钠在水中反应并在80℃下搅拌,直到1H-NMR分析显示氯乙酸根完全转化,以获得超支化共聚物HBC1,该超支化共聚物具有下式的端基
超支化共聚物HBC1在以下实验中以45%的水溶液使用。
材料转移
通过如下所示的海绵测试来确定材料转移:
-将一块海绵布(来自Weita AG的Weitawip Claire:纤维素/棉纤维混合物,200g/m2,厚度5mm)切成76mm×26mm的碎片
-称量海绵样品的皮重
-施加350mg的相应样品(=化妆品组合物)并全部均匀分布在76mm×26mm的海绵表面上
-称量具有施加的样品的海绵
-称量显微镜载玻片(玻璃板76mm×26mm×1mm)的皮重
-将显微镜载玻片(玻璃板)放在海绵的顶部上,将500g的砝码(高度:6.3cm,接触区域的直径:3.7cm)在所述载玻片上放置10秒以对样品施加特定压力
-小心地竖直取下显微镜载玻片
-称量取出的显微镜载玻片,并相应地测定转移到玻璃板上的样品的量
-对每种组合物重复测试10次,以得到每个样品的均值(平均值)。
化妆品组合物的制备
将根据表1的油相的成分(以重量%计)混配并加热至85℃。将根据表1的水相的成分(以重量%计)混配,搅拌直到黄原胶完全溶解,然后加热至80℃。将两相混配并以10'000rpm均质化1分钟。在适度搅拌下,将乳液冷却至35℃。在实施例中使用超支化共聚物的情况下,现在在搅拌下将相应超支化聚合物(以重量%计)加入乳液中。持续搅拌,直到乳液达到室温。所使用的组合物的成分的量(总和为100重量%)经选择为使得每种组合物的总重量为70克。

表1的结果清楚地表明,具有特定超支化共聚物的样品比没有所述共聚物的相应参考实施例(“参考”)具有显著更高的材料转移减少(1对比参考1,2对比参考2)。此外,表1的结果也清楚地显示了阴离子乳化剂的影响。其表明,与非离子型乳化剂(参考3-参考8)相比,阴离子乳化剂显示出显著更高的材料转移减少。
当将上述组合物施加至指尖并用这样的手指触摸Samsung S9显示器的触摸屏,并且视觉评定屏幕上留下痕迹的量时,也可以发现上述实验的根据本发明的组合物对材料转移减少的积极结果和效应。
Claims (13)
3.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述单体(ⅰ)与单体(ⅱ)的摩尔比在5:1与0.5:1之间,尤其是在4:1与1:1之间,优选地在3:1与3:2之间。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述单体(ⅰ)与单体(ⅲ)的摩尔比在5:1与0.5:1之间,尤其是在3:1与1:1之间,优选地在2.5:1与1.1:1之间。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述超支化共聚物的数均分子量Mn在1400g/mol与3000g/mol之间,优选地在2100g/mol与2300g/mol之间。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述阴离子乳化剂选自由以下项组成的组:鲸蜡基磷酸钾、鲸蜡硬脂基磺基琥珀酸二钠、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、硬脂酰乳酸钠、甘油硬脂酸酯柠檬酸酯、和椰油酰基羟乙基磺酸钠。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品组合物,其中所述阴离子乳化剂的总量选自0.1重量至6重量%的范围,优选地0.25重量%至5重量%的范围,最优选地0.5重量%至4重量%的范围。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述化妆品组合物是皮肤护理组合物,优选防晒组合物。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述组合物是不含硫酸盐的化妆品组合物。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的化妆品组合物,其特征在于所述组合物不含阳离子乳化剂。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用途,其特征在于所述接触表面是玻璃表面。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的用途,其特征在于所述接触表面是移动电话、计算机设备或平板电脑的显示器。
