背景技术
清洁产品应该清洁皮肤和头发。使用此类产品后,消费者会感到干净、神清气爽和安适。人类总是需要去除皮肤或头发上的污垢。随着时间流逝,清洁身体和头发的方式方法以及提供用来清洁的产品都发生了变化。如今盛行通过淋浴或沐浴来清洁身体和头发。头发可以单独清洗。
身体清洁产品主要用于去除皮肤表面的污垢。触及皮肤并沉积在皮肤上的外来固体或液体成分,或例如作为化妆品应用于皮肤的成分,都是要去除的皮肤污垢的一部分。此外,皮肤上的污垢还包括多余的皮肤脂质和死细胞。借助于清洁组合物中的表面活性剂,污垢的成分在冲洗期间被溶解并从皮肤表面去除。
头发由发干和发根组成。发干从皮肤上自由伸出,并且是头发的角质化(死)部分。发干代表头发的实际可见部分,并会不断更新。发根扎在皮肤内,是头发的活部分。发干由三层构成:中央部分,被称为毛髓(髓质),在人类中退化,经常完全消失;然后是髓,也称为皮质;和作为最外层的表皮,包含多达十个角质层。
处于新长出状态的人发实际上是不可能改善的。头皮附近的头发部分相应地具有实际上封闭的角质层。特别是,作为头发外鞘的角质层以及表皮下面的内部区域会受到特定的环境影响压力。

发明内容
然而,需要进一步改善以片剂或粉末形式提供的清洁组合物。片剂或粉末的溶解过程应迅速而容易。还希望生成足够量的迅速形成的小而多孔的泡沫。除清洁外,所述组合物也应提供皮肤和头发的护理。
具有良好的清洁性能并且同时易于使用的组合物是消费者期望的。另外,该产品本身应具有吸引力,并且操作应该简单。
意外地,下述粉末形式的固体美容清洁组合物可以带来所述改善,所述清洁组合物含有:
至少一种固体阴离子表面活性剂,所述至少一种固体阴离子表面活性剂优选选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚羧酸盐、羟乙磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐和/或基于氨基酸的表面活性剂,更优选烷基磺基琥珀酸盐和/或基于氨基酸的表面活性剂;

本发明的组合物是美容组合物。
本发明的组合物没有添加水;然而,在本发明的组合物中可能存在少量的水,这些水来自所使用的可能包含少量水的原材料。相对于组合物的总重量,本发明的组合物含有小于10重量%、优选小于3重量%的水。
本发明的组合物含有至少一种阴离子表面活性剂,其必须是固体。各种阴离子表面活性剂均可以使用,只要它以固体形式提供即可。实例是烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚羧酸盐、羟乙磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐。所述表面活性剂作为碱性的钠、镁、铵或链烷醇铵盐的形式被包含。
然而,优选本发明的组合物含有至少一种烷基磺基琥珀酸盐。更优选所述阴离子表面活性剂是月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠,其可以作为唯一的表面活性剂被包含,但也可以与其它表面活性剂、尤其是基于氨基酸的表面活性剂组合被包含。月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠可以从Evonik公司作为REWOPOL SB F 12P购买。
然而,同样优选的是,如果含有基于氨基酸的表面活性剂,那么其也必须可以固体形式得到。基于氨基酸的表面活性剂是阴离子表面活性剂。有利地,基于氨基酸的表面活性剂是酰基氨基酸(及其盐),实例在以下列举中给出:
-酰基谷氨酸盐,例如酰基谷氨酸钠,如月桂酰谷氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠和棕榈酰谷氨酸钠,
-肌氨酸盐,例如月桂酰肌氨酸钠和椰油酰肌氨酸钠,
-甘氨酸盐,例如椰油酰甘氨酸钠。
在分子的侧链处发生衍生化的氨基酸也是有利的。实例是氨基酸赖氨酸的衍生物,例如月桂酰赖氨酸。在本发明的组合物中,基于氨基酸的表面活性剂可作为单一表面活性剂被包含,但是也可与一种或多种烷基磺基琥珀酸盐组合和/或与一种或多种其它基于氨基酸的表面活性剂组合被包含。
在本发明的组合物中,相对于组合物的总重量,所述至少一种固体阴离子表面活性剂的含量为10至30重量%,优选10至25重量%。
另外,可含有其它表面活性剂,条件是其可作为固体得到。合适的实例是基于甜菜碱结构的表面活性剂,例如椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,或基于一个或多个葡萄糖残基和正烷基残基的表面活性剂,也称为烷基多葡糖苷。
本发明的组合物含有泡腾体系。一般而言,泡腾体系产生气体,在本发明中产生二氧化碳。因此,所述泡腾体系含有生成二氧化碳的组分和酸,这二者在水相中相互反应。在本发明中,二氧化碳生成组分是碳酸氢钠。根据本发明,所述酸选自有机酸,优选柠檬酸和/或乳酸。最优选含有柠檬酸。
在本发明中,相对于组合物的总量,碳酸氢钠和/或碳酸钠的含量为15至50重量%,优选20至45重量%。
在本发明中,相对于组合物的总量,所述至少一种有机酸的含量为20至45重量%,优选20至30重量%。
本发明的组合物含有崩解体系,所述崩解体系的组分也可以称为填充剂。
已经描述了若干充当崩解助剂的组分,其中一些是多糖或其衍生物。所述组分可以是淀粉或纤维素本身,或通过淀粉或纤维素分子的羟基基团的酯化或醚化而获得的衍生物。
随着吸收和/或吸附水,充当崩解剂的物质的迅速体积增加;这些物质是溶胀性的。
根据本发明,所述崩解体系优选含有两种不同的淀粉衍生物。更优选含有羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯和羧甲基淀粉钠。更优选羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯与羧甲基淀粉钠之间的重量比为0.1:1至5:1、优选0.5:1至2:1。最优选本发明的组合物仅含有羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯和羧甲基淀粉钠。羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯可从AkzoNobeland作为STRUCTURE XL购买,而羧甲基淀粉钠可从J.Ret-tenmaier&作为VIVASTAR CS INSTANT POWDER购买。
在本发明的组合物中,相对于组合物的总重量,所述两种不同淀粉衍生物的组合的含量为7.0至25重量%,优选9.5至20重量%。
如果本发明的组合物以片剂形式提供,则所述组合物必须含有至少一种聚合物,所述聚合物必须可以固体形式得到。
有利地,所述至少一种固体聚合物是合成来源的。
所述至少一种聚合物可以由选自以下的单体构建:丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、衣康酸单酯和二酯、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基醚和乙烯基酯。优选所生成的聚合物是非离子聚合物。更优选所述至少一种聚合物含有至少乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体。
仅含乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体的聚合物被称为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)。所述聚合物可从BASF公司作为Luviskol K 90Pulver购买。
同样,更优选所述至少一种聚合物含有乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体和其它非离子单体,尤其是主要含有乙烯基吡咯烷酮和乙酸乙烯酯(PV/VA)的聚合物。PVP/VA聚合物可从BASF公司作为Luviskol VA64Powder购买。
在本发明的组合物中,相对于总组成,所述至少一种含乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体的均聚物和/或共聚物的含量为0.5至8.0重量%,优选1.0至5.0重量%。
此外,所述至少一种聚合物可以由许多乙二醇残基和/或丙二醇残基构建。所生成的分子是聚乙二醇(PEG)或聚丙二醇(PPG)或泊洛沙姆。根据本发明,优选含有仅由乙二醇残基组成的聚合物。术语PEG后面给出的数字表明平均分子量。一个乙二醇残基的分子量为约44g/mol。例如,如果聚合物含有平均9个乙二醇残基,则所生成的分子量为约400g/mol,该聚合物被称为PEG 400。
根据本发明,优选含有PEG 6000。PEG 6000可从DOW Chemical购买。
在本发明的组合物中,相对于组合物的总重量,所包含的至少一种由乙二醇残基组成的合成聚合物、优选PEG 6000的含量为0.05至10.0重量%,优选1.0至5.0重量%。
在另一个优选的实施方式中,本发明的组合物含有选自含乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体的均聚物或共聚物的聚合物和PEG 6000。更优选选自含乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体的均聚物或共聚物的聚合物与PEG 6000的重量比为30:1至1:1,优选10:1至2:1。更加优选含有PVP或PVP/VA和PEG 6000。
另外,可以含有其它组分。
有利地,可含有调理剂。根据其化学性质,调理剂属于不同的化学类别。所有调理剂都与皮肤和头发表面接触,并可与所述表面相互作用。对于头发,调理剂应至少部分停留在头发表面上。结果,改善了头发的梳理性、结构和光泽,仅举几例。
调理剂可分为水溶性和非水溶性剂。阳离子表面活性剂和聚合物可归类为水溶性调理剂。脂质组分,例如油、脂肪、蜡和聚硅氧烷,可归类为非水溶性的。
有利地,本发明的组合物含有阳离子聚合物,尤其是源自于天然聚合物的阳离子聚合物。这样的聚合物的实例是淀粉、纤维素或瓜尔胶分子。
天然来源的阳离子聚合物可按这样的方式改性:引入永久性阳离子取代基,或引入在特定的pH值下、特别是在本发明的组合物溶解时会调节的那些pH值下是阳离子性的取代基。改性瓜尔胶分子的实例是瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵。改性纤维素分子的实例是羟乙基纤维素的季铵盐。瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵可从Rhodia作为Jaguar C162、JaguarExcel、Jaguar C17、Jaguar C14、Jaguar 13购买。INCI名称为聚季铵盐-10的羟乙基纤维素季铵盐可从Dow作为Ucare Polymer JR 125、Ucare Polymer JR 400购买。如果本发明的组合物含有一种或多种天然基阳离子聚合物,则所述聚合物必须可以固体形式得到。
在本发明的组合物中,相对于组合物的总重量,一种或多种天然基阳离子聚合物的含量为0.1至10.0重量%。
本发明的组合物可含有聚硅氧烷。
聚硅氧烷是含有经由氧原子连接的硅原子的合成聚合物。由硅原子和氧原子组成的官能单元称为硅氧烷,其通式为:RnSiO(4-n)/2(n=0,1,2,3)。从该式得出,很明显所述硅氧烷单元可以具有四组不同的残基,用以下注释说明:
M(单),M对应于R3SiO1/2,
D(二),D对应于R2SiO2/2,
T(三),T对应于RSiO3/2和
Q(四),Q对应于SiO4/2。
所述硅氧烷单元以许多不同的方式连接,通常以线性或交联的方式连接或将线性结构的一部分和交联结构的一部分合并在一个分子中。可以将聚硅氧烷区分为四大类:
·由双官能硅氧烷单元Dn构建的环状聚硅氧烷。
·具有MDnM结构、相应地为R3SiO[R2SiO]nSiR3的线性聚硅氧烷,例如聚二甲基硅氧烷。
·交联的聚硅氧烷是线性或环状的分子,通过并入三官能和四官能硅氧烷单元构建二维或三维网络。
·支化聚硅氧烷含有三官能和四官能硅氧烷单元并具有式MnDmTn。支化点位于聚硅氧烷链或环中。
此外,聚硅氧烷可以通过不同的取代基来区分。各式各样的聚硅氧烷取代基及其组合已有记载。
本发明的组合物可包含的合适的聚硅氧烷组分是聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物,其可以从Dow Corning以商品名DOWSIL 9701购买。
其它合适的组分是二氧化硅,其可以从JGC Catalysts Chemicals Ltd.作为Satinier购买或者从Wacker公司作为Hydrophilic HDK 20购买。
有利地,本发明的组合物可含有固体形式的水溶性维生素或其天然或合成衍生物。这些维生素包括维生素B(硫胺素,核黄素,烟酸,泛酸,生物素,氰钴胺素,吡哆醇,叶酸,肌醇);维生素C(抗坏血酸);及其组合。生物素可作为D-Biotin购买,烟酰胺可作为Niacinamide PC购买,抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠可作为Stay-C 50购买,全部来自DSM公司。
此外,本发明的组合物中可含有着色剂。如果着色剂是水溶性的且以固体形式提供,则它们全部是合适的。例如,着色剂可以从Inter-Harz公司作为Norit SX Super E 153(Cl 77268.1)购买,从上海染料研究所有限公司作为食品添加剂–亮蓝85(INCI:CI42090,酸性蓝9)购买,以及从Sensient公司作为Unicert Yellow 08005-J(黄5)购买。
本发明的组合物可通过已知或有效地制备粉末或片剂形式的清洁组合物的任何技术来制备。制备本发明组合物的方法包括常规的配制和混合技术。然而,优选使用以下方法制造本发明的组合物:
为了制备本发明的组合物,温度为25℃或更低,空气湿度为30%或更低。
制备方法:
·将所有粉末形式的必需原材料分别在烘箱中在50-55℃下干燥约24小时。
·混合所有的粉末成分。
·将香料喷洒到粉末混合物中并混合,直至所有成分均匀分布。
·如果本发明的组合物是粉末,则在30%湿度和25℃下将粉末装填到合适的包装装置中。
·如果本发明的组合物是片剂,将所述粉末压成片剂并将其放入合适的包装装置中。
本发明的片剂容纳在合适的包装装置中,所述包装装置优选是泡罩包装(pressthrough package)、条形包装或小袋。
每个单个片剂可单独容纳在小袋或条形包装中。
小袋是小而封闭的塑料袋或纸袋,容纳少量的内容物。优选地,小袋是单剂量包装单元。小袋通常可以塑料制成,如有必要,以可气密密封版本提供。可以容纳少量的美容品例如洗发剂或淋浴凝胶、用于醒神的毛巾、眼镜清洁布,以及食品,例如较少量的芥末或番茄酱。广告样品也以小袋提供。如果小袋用于药物,药物也可以粉末或颗粒形式,以及以液体、乳膏和凝胶形式包装在小袋中,确保提供剂量适当的量。用于此目的的小袋可以是聚酯-铝-聚乙烯层压材料。
本发明的粉末组合物容纳在合适的包装装置中,所述包装装置优选是泡罩包装、条形包装或小袋。优选地,容纳本发明的粉末组合物的小袋或条形包装是气密小袋,更优选用内塑料片密封的气密小袋。

·打湿头发,将该溶液倒在头发上,用洗发剂洗发1-3分钟,然后冲洗掉,或将该溶液分配在身体上并清洁身体,然后冲洗掉。
*搅拌和/或振摇将有助于加速溶解本发明的组合物,并促进生成更高的泡沫量。
适量的粉末组合物或片剂溶解后,以充足且令人满意的方式形成泡沫。在使用溶解的本发明组合物后,会注意到护理效果。
所述粉末或片剂溶解后获得的溶液也可用于清洁面部。所述溶液旨在用于人的皮肤和头发。
Claims (22)
1.一种粉末形式的固体美容清洁组合物,所述清洁组合物含有:
至少一种固体阴离子表面活性剂,所述至少一种固体阴离子表面活性剂优选选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚羧酸盐、羟乙磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐和/或基于氨基酸的表面活性剂,更优选烷基磺基琥珀酸盐和/或基于氨基酸的表面活性剂;
产生气体例如CO2的泡腾体系,所述泡腾体系优选含有生成CO2的组分和酸,其中所述生成CO2的组分是碳酸氢盐和/或碳酸盐,例如碳酸氢钠和/或碳酸钠,并且所述酸选自至少一种有机酸,例如柠檬酸和/或乳酸;以及
崩解体系,所述崩解体系优选选自多糖或其衍生物,例如淀粉、纤维素和/或其衍生物,更优选两种不同淀粉衍生物的组合,尤其是羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯和羧甲基淀粉钠的组合。
2.一种片剂形式的固体美容清洁组合物,所述清洁组合物含有:
至少一种固体阴离子表面活性剂,所述至少一种固体阴离子表面活性剂优选选自烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚羧酸盐、羟乙磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐和/或基于氨基酸的表面活性剂,更优选烷基磺基琥珀酸盐和/或基于氨基酸的表面活性剂;
产生气体例如CO2的泡腾体系,所述泡腾体系优选含有生成CO2的组分和酸,其中所述生成CO2的组分是碳酸氢盐和/或碳酸盐,例如碳酸氢钠和/或碳酸钠,并且所述酸选自至少一种有机酸,例如柠檬酸和/或乳酸;
崩解体系,所述崩解体系优选选自多糖或其衍生物,例如淀粉、纤维素和/或其衍生物,更优选两种不同淀粉衍生物的组合,尤其是羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯和羧甲基淀粉钠的组合;以及
至少一种固体合成聚合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,相对于所述组合物的总重量,所述组合物含有小于10重量%、优选小于3重量%的水。
4.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述烷基磺基琥珀酸盐是月桂基磺基琥珀酸二钠。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述至少一种基于氨基酸的表面活性剂是酰基氨基酸或其盐,优选选自酰基谷氨酸盐,例如月桂酰谷氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰谷氨酸钠、棕榈酰谷氨酸钠;肌氨酸盐,例如月桂酰肌氨酸钠、椰油酰肌氨酸钠;甘氨酸盐,例如椰油酰甘氨酸钠;和/或赖氨酸的衍生物,例如月桂酰赖氨酸。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,相对于所述组合物的总重量,所述至少一种固体阴离子表面活性剂的总含量为10至30重量%,优选10至25重量%。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,相对于所述组合物的总量,碳酸氢钠和/或碳酸钠的含量为15至50重量%,优选20至45重量%。
8.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,相对于所述组合物的总量,所述至少一种有机酸的总含量为20至45重量%,优选20至30重量%。
9.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述两种不同淀粉衍生物的组合含有羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯和羧甲基淀粉钠,优选只含有羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯和羧甲基淀粉钠。
10.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,羟丙基淀粉磷酸酯与羧甲基淀粉钠之间的重量比为0.1:1至5:1、优选0.5:1至2:1。
11.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,相对于所述组合物的总重量,所述两种不同淀粉衍生物的组合的含量为7.0至25重量%,优选9.5至20重量%。
12.根据权利要求2至11中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,以片剂形式提供的所述清洁组合物含有至少一种合成来源的固体聚合物,所述聚合物优选是非离子聚合物,更优选含有选自以下的单体:丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、衣康酸单酯和二酯、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、乙烯基醚和乙烯基酯。
13.根据权利要求12所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述至少一种非离子聚合物含有乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体,优选所述至少一种非离子聚合物是聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和/或乙烯基吡咯烷酮/乙酸乙烯酯聚合物(PVP/VA)。
14.根据权利要求12或13所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,相对于总组成,含有乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体的所述至少一种非离子聚合物的总含量为0.5至8.0重量%,优选1.0至5.0重量%。
15.根据权利要求12所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述至少一种固体合成聚合物由许多乙二醇残基和/或丙二醇残基构建。
16.根据权利要求12所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述至少一种固体合成聚合物由乙二醇残基组成,称为聚乙二醇(PEG)。
17.根据权利要求16所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,由乙二醇残基组成的所述至少一种固体合成聚合物是PEG 6000。
18.根据权利要求16所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,相对于所述组合物的总重量,由乙二醇残基组成的所述至少一种固体合成聚合物的含量为0.05至10.0重量%,优选1.0至5.0重量%。
19.根据权利要求2至18中的任一项所述的清洁组合物,其特征在于,所述清洁组合物含有至少一种选自含乙烯基吡咯烷酮单体的均聚物或共聚物的非离子聚合物和PEG 6000。
