Abstract
The invention relates to an intelligent vegetable washing and cutting method and an intelligent vegetable washing and cutting all-in-one machine, which comprise: acquiring image information of food materials; determining type information and position information of the food material according to the image information; acquiring cleaning parameters and/or cutting parameters based on the type information; outputting a cleaning control signal and/or a cutting control signal according to the position information, the cleaning parameter and/or the cutting parameter of the food material; and executing the vegetable washing and/or cutting work according to the cleaning control signal and/or the cutting control signal. According to the food material cleaning and cutting device, the type and the position of the food material can be automatically identified, the cleaning parameter and the cutting parameter are obtained according to the type and the position of the food material, and the food material is automatically cleaned and cut according to the cleaning parameter and the cutting parameter, so that the time for washing and cutting vegetables is greatly saved, and the manpower input is reduced.

Specifically, according to the washing parameters of the food materials, corresponding washing control signals are output, and the angle, the position and the like of the execution device are adjusted according to the position information of the food materials, so that the execution device is controlled to wash the food materials. And outputting a corresponding cutting control signal according to the cutting parameters of the food materials, and adjusting the angle, the position and the like of the executing device according to the position information of the food materials so as to control the executing device to cut the food materials.
