Abstract

本发明涉及造纸技术领域,具体为一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺;黑色涤纶和棉按质量比组成的起绒纱,由于在后续成品的起绒纱染色过程中,只是对于起绒纱中的棉进行染色,使在染布的过程中污水排放减少65%,大大的减少环境的污染,且市场前景广阔;本发明选用以无水偏硅酸钠、匀染剂所组成的助染剂通过分段式升温,提高了染料的上染率与固色率,使着色更加稳定;本发明工艺主要染色对象为黑色起绒纱,对固色性能的要求更为突出,本发明采用二次复染的工艺再加上适当温度下染色助剂的组合能更好的增强固色率,达到最好的染色效果。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺。
背景技术
由于国家对于环境整治要求越来越高,纺织业作为污染比较严重的产业,减少因染色对环境产生的污染成为纺织业的当务之急,且染色过程同一色泽的批量较大,几十缸、上百缸比比皆是。若能采用续缸染色,能节约染化料,又能节水、节电、省汽,同时还能减少污水排放,降低污水处理成本,有益于保护环境,且开发黑涤纶与棉混纺的起绒纱,具有上色率高、色牢度高的优点,用于休闲系列的绒衫、头套衫、运动衫等,市场前景广阔。
基于此,本发明提供了一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,本发明所制备的起绒纱具有上染率高、固色性强、色牢度高、节能减排的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ、开松工序:使用抓棉机将黑涤纶纤维与棉纤维进行抓棉,抓棉机将抓取的纤维进行打松,得到打松棉,混棉工序:打松棉输送到混棉机中进行混棉,使得黑涤纶纤维和棉纤维均匀混合,混棉结束后得到混合棉;
Ⅱ、使用强力除尘机对混合棉进行吸尘处理,将混合棉中的灰尘和颗粒物进行吸附,梳棉工序:将吸附完成的混合棉导入到梳棉机中,形成混合棉条,并条工序:将多个混合棉条通过并条机进行并条处理,得到混合熟条,气流纺工序:将混合熟条经过气流纺纱机进行气流纺织,得到起绒纱;
Ⅲ、将起绒纱在25~35℃的温度下充分浸润20~25min,在Ⅲ中的染色机温度以1℃/min的升温速率升至40℃,再添加促进剂以及匀染剂运转 15~20min;
IV、将Ⅲ中的染色机中加入黑色活性染料,运转20~25min,再以1℃/min 的升温速率将染色机温度升温至60℃,保温90min,得到首次染色的黑色织物;
Ⅴ、在续染缸将促进剂、匀染剂、黑色活性染料和净水按重量比在45~50℃充分搅拌15~20min,再将IV步骤得到的首次染色的黑色针织物放入续染缸内,进行二次固色,以2℃/min的升温速度将续染缸内温度升至50~60℃,保温 30~45min后出布。
Ⅵ、降温,将染色起绒纱进行多次水洗后烘干后入库。
更进一步地,所述黑涤纶纤维与棉纤维以重量比例为55~65%:45~35%。
更进一步地,所述开松工序和混棉工序采用FA002A圆盘抓棉机和FA022 多仓混棉机,所述FA002A圆盘抓棉机,打手速度900r/min,打手刀片伸出肋条的距离:棉纤维1mm,黑涤纤维1mm,抓棉打手间歇下降动程2.0mm,小车回转速度20r/min。
更进一步地,所述梳棉工序采用FA224梳棉机进行梳棉,黑涤纤维、面纤维的以下技术参数控制相同:刺辊速度748r/min,锡林速度354r/min,盖板速度201r/min。给棉板~刺辊隔距:0.8mm,刺辊~锡林隔距:0.2mm,锡林~道夫隔距0.12mm。盖板~锡林之间隔距,从进口~出口分四个档,分别为:0.4mm, 0.35mm,0.35mm,0.4mm。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中以黑色涤纶和棉按质量比组成的起绒纱,由于在后续成品的起绒纱染色过程中,只是对于起绒纱中的棉进行染色,使在染布的过程中污水排放减少65%,大大的减少环境的污染,且市场前景广阔。
2、本发明选用以无水偏硅酸钠、匀染剂所组成的助染剂通过分段式升温,提高了染料的上染率与固色率,使着色更加稳定,也使色牢度更高。
3、本发明工艺主要染色对象为黑色起绒纱,对固色性能的要求更为突出,本发明采用二次复染的工艺再加上适当温度下染色助剂的组合能更好的增强产品的色牢度,达到最好的染色效果。

实施例1
一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ、开松工序:使用抓棉机将黑涤纶纤维与棉纤维进行抓棉,抓棉机将抓取的纤维进行打松,得到打松棉,混棉工序:打松棉输送到混棉机中进行混棉,使得黑涤纶纤维和棉纤维均匀混合,混棉结束后得到混合棉;

Ⅴ、在续染缸将促进剂、匀染剂、黑色活性染料和净水按重量比在45℃充分搅拌20min,再将IV步骤得到的首次染色的黑色针织物放入续染缸内,进行二次固色,以2℃/min的升温速度将续染缸内温度升至55℃,保温30min 后出布。

Ⅴ、在续染缸将促进剂、匀染剂、黑色活性染料和净水按重量比在50℃充分搅拌20min,再将IV步骤得到的首次染色的黑色针织物放入续染缸内,进行二次固色,以2℃/min的升温速度将续染缸内温度升至60℃,保温30min 后出布。
Ⅵ、降温,将染色起绒纱进行多次水洗后烘干后入库。

Ⅱ、使用强力除尘机对混合棉进行吸尘处理,将混合棉中的灰尘和颗粒物进行吸附,梳棉工序:将吸附完成的混合棉导入到梳棉机中,形成混合棉条,并条工序:将多个混合棉条通过并条机进行并条处理,得到混合熟条,气流纺工序:将混合熟条经过气流纺纱机进行气流纺织,得到起绒纱;
Ⅲ、将起绒纱在35℃的温度下充分浸润25min,在Ⅲ中的染色机温度以 1℃/min的升温速率升至40℃,再添加促进剂以及匀染剂运转20min;
IV、将Ⅲ中的染色机中加入黑色活性染料,运转25min,再以1℃/min的升温速率将染色机温度升温至60℃,保温90min,得到首次染色的黑色织物;
Ⅴ、在续染缸将促进剂、匀染剂、黑色活性染料和净水按重量比在50℃充分搅拌20min,再将IV步骤得到的首次染色的黑色针织物放入续染缸内,进行二次固色,以2℃/min的升温速度将续染缸内温度升至50℃,保温30min 后出布。
Ⅵ、降温,将染色起绒纱进行多次水洗后烘干后入库。
黑涤纶纤维与棉纤维以重量比例为65%:35%。
促进剂为无水偏硅酸钠。
匀染剂是由N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、十八烷基异氰酸酯、无水硫酸纳、氯化苄、乙氧基化羊毛脂以及甲苯按重量比4:12:4:6:1:22混合而成。
促进剂、匀染剂、黑色活性染料和净水重量比3:3:8:75。
步骤Ⅵ中的降温速度以1.5℃/min进行降温。
对比例:河南郑州某纺织有限公司生产的起绒纱。
性能测试
将通过本发明中实施例1~3制备的起绒纱记做实验例1~3;然后对实施例1~3和对比例提供的起绒纱进行性能检测,并将所得的每组测试数据记录于下表:

由表中的相关数据可知,根据本发明所制备的起绒纱具有很好的固色性能。本发明中以黑色涤纶和棉按质量比组成的起绒纱,具有高耐水洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度,在上色的时也具有出色的固色率和上色率,本款起绒纱的市场前景广阔。

Claims (10)

1.一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
Ⅰ、开松工序:使用抓棉机将黑涤纶纤维与棉纤维进行抓棉,抓棉机将抓取的纤维进行打松,得到打松棉,混棉工序:打松棉输送到混棉机中进行混棉,使得黑涤纶纤维和棉纤维均匀混合,混棉结束后得到混合棉;
Ⅱ、使用强力除尘机对混合棉进行吸尘处理,将混合棉中的灰尘和颗粒物进行吸附,梳棉工序:将吸附完成的混合棉导入到梳棉机中,形成混合棉条,并条工序:将多个混合棉条通过并条机进行并条处理,得到混合熟条,气流纺工序:将混合熟条经过气流纺纱机进行气流纺织,得到起绒纱;
Ⅲ、将起绒纱在25~35℃的温度下充分浸润20~25min,在Ⅲ中的染色机温度以1℃/min的升温速率升至40℃,再添加促进剂以及匀染剂运转15~20min;
IV、将Ⅲ中的染色机中加入黑色活性染料,运转20~25min,再以1℃/min的升温速率将染色机温度升温至60℃,保温90min,得到首次染色的黑色织物;
Ⅴ、在续染缸将促进剂、匀染剂、黑色活性染料和净水按重量比在45~50℃充分搅拌15~20min,再将IV步骤得到的首次染色的黑色针织物放入续染缸内,进行二次固色,以2℃/min的升温速度将续染缸内温度升至50~60℃,保温30~45min后出布。
Ⅵ、降温,将染色起绒纱进行多次水洗后烘干后入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述黑涤纶纤维与棉纤维以重量比例为55~65%:45~35%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述开松工序和混棉工序采用FA002A圆盘抓棉机和FA022多仓混棉机,所述FA002A圆盘抓棉机,打手速度900r/min,打手刀片伸出肋条的距离:棉纤维1mm,黑涤纤维1mm,抓棉打手间歇下降动程2.0mm,小车回转速度20r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述梳棉工序采用FA224梳棉机进行梳棉,黑涤纤维、面纤维的以下技术参数控制相同:刺辊速度748r/min,锡林速度354r/min,盖板速度201r/min。给棉板~刺辊隔距:0.8mm,刺辊~锡林隔距:0.2mm,锡林~道夫隔距0.12mm。盖板~锡林之间隔距,从进口~出口分四个档,分别为:0.4mm,0.35mm,0.35mm,0.4mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述混合工序采用FA022多仓混棉机,多仓混棉机的任务是将原料充分混和,生产黑涤、棉时,各箱的存储量要达到95%以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在,所述并条工序采用末道RSB-22立达并条机,进行并条;头道并条:头道用5根黑涤生条+2根棉生条,共7根并合;头道定量5g/m、总牵伸倍数:6.5;主牵伸对牙齿数:44/54齿,罗拉隔距分两档,分别为:10mm、20mm;后区牵伸对牙齿数:63/71齿;二道并条:二道并条的定量为5g/m,7根并合;总牵伸倍数:6.3,牵伸对牙齿数:50/50齿,罗拉隔距分两档,分别为:36mm、40mm;后区牵伸倍数为1.4。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述促进剂为无水偏硅酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述匀染剂是由N,N-二甲基乙醇胺、十八烷基异氰酸酯、无水硫酸纳、氯化苄、乙氧基化羊毛脂以及甲苯按重量比4:12:4:4~6:1:22混合而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述促进剂、匀染剂、黑色活性染料和净水重量比3:3:7:75。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高色牢度色纺纱及其制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤Ⅵ中的降温速度以1.5℃/min进行降温。
