The whole fixed rod 51 is set as the fixed rod 51 with adjustable length, the length is changed when external force is applied, and the length is fixed when external force is not applied, similar to the pull rod principle of a trunk.
The head support pad 23 is arranged at the upper end of the second support pad 2 to better support the head and neck of the patient. The head support pad 23 is an arc support pad bent backward, and a stabilizer 24 for supporting the arc support pad is provided behind the arc support pad; the arrangement effectively ensures the fixity of the head of the patient when the head of the patient leans backwards, and also can ensure the comfort and the stability.
The first supporting pad 1 and the second supporting pad 2 respectively comprise hard supporting blocks arranged inside and elastic packaging pads arranged outside; the inner layer and the outer layer are arranged, so that the stability of the back supporting part and the comfort degree of a patient during use can be effectively guaranteed. One side of the second supporting pad 2, which is far away from the first supporting pad 1, is set to be in an arc shape conforming to the physiological curve of the waist and the back of a human body; the comfort level of the patient in use is effectively guaranteed by the arrangement.
The chest support 3 is provided as a backward curved arc-shaped sheet support to ensure the comfort of the patient's chest. A lower jaw supporting pad 31 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the chest supporting piece 3, and the lower jaw supporting pad 31 corresponds to the position of the lower jaw when the human body sits up; the arrangement can effectively ensure the comfort of the lower jaw of the patient. The upper end surface of the lower jaw support is a concave surface which is concave downwards.
The lower end of the chest support piece 3 is provided with an abdomen support piece 4, the abdomen support piece 4 is provided with a sheet type support pad, the first end of the sheet type support pad is integrally connected with the lower end of the chest support piece 3, the second end of the sheet type support pad is movably connected with the chest support piece 3, and a plane boss 41 is formed when the second end of the sheet type support pad is connected with the chest support piece 3; during the use, need to encircle when keeping flat with piece formula supporting pad second end and chest support piece 3 when patient's two upper limbs, both hands are placed on plane boss 41, tile the piece formula supporting pad on the bed surface when not needing, and is more dexterous, convenient.
The part of the sheet-type supporting pad forming the plane boss 41 is a hard part when being folded, and the other part is a soft or hard part with a supporting function; a retention space for the sheet-type supporting pad to extend into is arranged at the joint of the chest support 3 and the abdomen support 4; in this way, the second end of the sheet-type supporting pad is inserted into the remaining space to form the planar boss 41.
The second end of the sheet type supporting pad is set as a friction surface, the inner side wall of the remaining space is set as a friction surface, the sheet type supporting pad is taken out of the remaining space when external force is applied, and the sheet type supporting pad remains in the remaining space when external force is not applied; or, two ends of the connection part are respectively provided with a locking structure 15, and the sheet type supporting pad extending into the retention space is effectively fixed by the locking structures 15. When the second end of the sheet type supporting pad extends into the retention space, the sheet type supporting pad is formed into a square shape, a triangular shape, an arc shape and the like; when the sheet-type supporting pads are all hard parts, each corner is of a foldable structure.
The lower end of the abdomen supporting piece 4 is provided with a notch 42 for placing two legs, and the position of the notch 42 corresponds to the position of the two legs of the human body; the arrangement ensures that the patient can not squeeze the legs when sitting up, thereby ensuring the comfort of the whole body. The notch 42 is configured as a circular arc-shaped notch 42 to conform to the shape of the legs of the patient when sitting up.
The connecting part is a connecting rod 52 arranged at the upper end of the chest supporting part, and the connecting rods 52 are symmetrically arranged at the edges of two ends of the chest supporting part; a connecting structure for movably connecting the connecting rod 52 with the back support part is also arranged at the outer side of the connecting rod 52; when the neck-supporting device is used, the connecting rods 52 are connected with the back supporting part by using the connecting structure, and the head of a patient is positioned between the two connecting rods 52, so that the device is simpler and more flexible, the moving space of the head of the patient is effectively ensured, and the neck is not easy to clamp; the range of motion of patient's both arms also can be guaranteed, patient's conflict psychology is reduced. The connecting structure is provided with a connecting band 55, and the connecting band 55 is connected with the second supporting pad 2 by a hook-and-loop fastener or other convenient dismounting and stability guarantee modes.
The deadlocking structure 15 is configured as a thread deadlocking mode, and may be other structures that facilitate deadlocking.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4 to 5, the technical feature of the present embodiment is that the connecting portion is disposed:
the connecting part is a connecting sheet 53 arranged at the upper end of the chest supporting part, and a round hole 54 for ensuring the head to extend into and extend out is arranged in the middle of the connecting sheet 53; the connecting piece 53 is movably connected with the back supporting part through a magic tape or a fastener or other modes which are convenient to disassemble and ensure the stability; or, the two ends of the connecting piece 53 are respectively provided with a connecting band 55, and the connecting band 55 is connected with the second supporting pad 2 by a magic tape, a fastener or other convenient dismounting and stability ensuring modes.

Referring to fig. 6 to 14, the technical feature of the present embodiment is the arrangement of the fixing structure: the fixing structure comprises T-shaped connecting pieces 14 respectively arranged at the first end and/or the second end of the first supporting pad 1 and the second supporting pad 2, and a fixing rod 51 used for connecting the single end 2T-shaped connecting pieces 14; the length of the fixing rod 51 is adjustable and can be fixed; adjust first supporting pad 1 and second supporting pad 2 to suitable angle and effectively fixed through this kind of mode to the realization is fixed the effect with the position of first supporting pad 1 and second supporting pad 2. An insertion hole for the first fixing rod 16 to extend into is arranged at one end of the second fixing rod 17 facing the first supporting pad 1, and a locking structure 15 is arranged at the outer side of the second fixing rod 17; the position of the first fixing lever 16 relative to the second fixing lever 17 is fixed by the deadlocking structure 15 to ensure relative fixation of the positions of the first support pad 1 and the second support pad 2. The deadlocking structure 15 is disposed proximate the insertion aperture.
The technical feature of this embodiment is that a fixing structure is provided, and other structures are the same as those in embodiment 1, and the description of the same structure is omitted in this embodiment.
Example 4
Referring to fig. 13 to fig. 15, the following technical features are added to the embodiments 1, 2 or 3 in this embodiment: the inner parts of the first supporting pad 1 and/or the second supporting pad 2 are respectively provided with a stabilizing structure, and the stabilizing structures can move relative to the first supporting pad 1 and/or the second supporting pad 2; when the angle between the first supporting pad 1 and the second supporting pad 2 is increased, the central height of the upper end rotating shaft is reduced, and the stabilizing structure moves downwards and is fixed to ensure the stability of the back supporting part; when the angle diminishes between first supporting pad 1 and the second supporting pad 2, the high height in center of upper end rotation axis increases, and stable structure rebound is fixed, realizes the stability of back supporting part. This kind of setting has ensured the steadiness when first supporting pad 1 and second supporting pad 2 position change better.
The stabilizing structure comprises a movable rod 18 movably arranged inside the first supporting pad 1 and the second supporting pad 2, and a circular rod 19 arranged at the lower end of the movable rod 18; an accommodating space 110 for accommodating the movable rod 18 and the circular rod 19 is provided inside the first support pad 1 and the second support pad 2, and the bottom end of the accommodating space 110 is communicated with the outside; the positions of the movable rod 18 and the circular rod 19 are moved up and down in this way, and are fixed; the stable structure can flexibly move up and down, and the arrangement of the bottom round rod 19 effectively ensures the stable supporting function of the back supporting part. 1-2 movable rods 18 are arranged in the first supporting pad 1 or the second supporting pad 2, and are positioned in the middle when 1 movable rod is arranged; when 2 are arranged, the two sides are symmetrically positioned.
The movable rod 18 is configured to be similar to a pull rod of a luggage case, and the length of the movable rod is changed when external force is applied, and the movable rod is fixed and is locked by itself when external force is not applied. Referring to fig. 6 to 15, the following technical features are added to embodiment 4 of the present embodiment: the connecting part comprises a first connecting piece 25 arranged at two ends of one side of the second supporting pad 2 far away from the first supporting pad 1 and a second connecting piece 43 arranged at one side of the chest and abdomen supporting part facing the back supporting part; the first connecting piece 25 and the second connecting piece 43 are movably connected through a fixing part; the distance between back supporting part and chest abdomen supporting part can be rationally adjusted according to patient's size to this kind of setting to make the patient obtain effectively fixedly through the fixed part.
The fixing portion includes an insert plate 44 provided at the free end of the second connecting member 43, and an insertion hole 26 provided at the free end of the first connecting member 25 into which the insert plate 44 is inserted; a locking structure 15 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the jack 26, on the outer side of the first connecting piece 25; the distance between the back support part and the chest and abdomen support part is adjusted by controlling the depth of the inserting plate 44 inserted into the inserting hole 26; the setting operation is simple, convenient and fast. The cuffs 27 are respectively arranged at the positions of the 2 first connectors 25 close to the upper ends, the size of each cuff 27 is larger than the arm circumference of a patient, and the size of each cuff 27 not only enables the two arms of the patient to flexibly extend out of the cuffs 27, but also ensures that the two arms have enough wide space so as to facilitate the movement of the patient. The part of the free end of the first connecting piece 25, which is provided with the jack 26, is thickened, so that the jack 26 is conveniently arranged. Length scale values 45 are arranged on the inner surface and/or the outer surface of the first connecting piece 25 and the second connecting piece 43, and length scale values 45 are also arranged on the inner surface and/or the outer surface of the insert plate 44; the zero scale of the length scale value 45 provided on the surface of the insert plate 44 is located at the position where the second connecting member 43 is connected. This arrangement facilitates recording data for the same patient.

A portable adjustable support frame comprises a back support part and a chest and abdomen support part, and is characterized in that the back support part is an opening and closing adjusting type which can adjust a backward tilting angle; the chest and abdomen supporting part comprises a chest supporting part and an abdomen supporting part, and the abdomen supporting part is of a foldable type; the back supporting part and the chest and abdomen supporting part are movably connected through a connecting part, and a fixing part for fixing the body of a patient is arranged at the connecting part; the back supporting part comprises a first supporting pad and a second supporting pad, and the top ends of the first supporting pad and the second supporting pad are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft; the lower ends of the first supporting pad and the second supporting pad are provided with fixing structures for fixing the positions of the first supporting pad and the second supporting pad; the inner parts of the first supporting pad and/or the second supporting pad are respectively provided with a stabilizing structure, and the stabilizing structures can move relative to the first supporting pad and/or the second supporting pad; the rotating shaft comprises a first rotating shaft fixedly arranged at the upper end of the first supporting pad and second rotating shafts respectively arranged at two ends of the first rotating shaft, and the second rotating shaft is sleeved outside the first rotating shaft; angle structures for displaying the relative rotation angle between the first supporting pad and the second supporting pad are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft; the angle structures comprise first angle structures which are arranged at two ends of the first rotating shaft and are used for displaying the rotating angle of the first supporting pad, and second angle structures which are arranged at two ends of the second rotating shaft and are used for displaying the rotating angle of the second supporting pad; the first angle structure is a first angle scale value arranged at two ends of the first rotating shaft, and the first angle scale value is positioned at the side of the second supporting pad; the second angle structure is a second angle scale value arranged at two ends of the second rotating shaft, and the second angle scale value is positioned at the side of the first supporting pad; when the angle between the first supporting pad and the second supporting pad is increased, the central height of the upper rotating shaft is reduced, and the stabilizing structure moves downwards and is fixed to ensure the stability of the back supporting part; when the angle between the first supporting pad and the second supporting pad is reduced, the central height of the upper rotating shaft is increased, and the stabilizing structure moves upwards and is fixed, so that the stability of the back supporting part is realized; the patient is positioned between the back supporting part and the chest and abdomen supporting part, the backward tilting angle of the back supporting part and whether the abdomen supporting part is in a folding state are adjusted according to the requirement of the patient, and the body of the patient is effectively fixed through the fixing part, so that the sitting and lying position angle is more personalized and stable, and the patient can adapt to patients with different body types and sitting and lying angles; the support frame realizes the effect of stably supporting the upper half of the body of a patient by 360 degrees, achieves the effect of stably maintaining the lying position of the patient, effectively relieves the fatigue and pain of the patient caused by breathing difficulty, and improves the comfort level.

The portable adjustable support stand of claim 1 wherein said first angle scale value ranges from 0 degrees to 180 degrees; the second angle scale value ranges from 0 degree to 180 degrees; the first angle scale value and the second angle scale value share the same 0 degree and the same 180 degrees, wherein the 0 degree is positioned below the first angle scale value, and the 180 degrees is positioned above the first angle scale value.

The portable adjustable support stand of claim 2, wherein the indicating pins are respectively arranged at two ends of the first rotating shaft, the indicating pins do not rotate along with the rotation of the first rotating shaft and/or the second rotating shaft, and the indicating pins are always vertically downward.

The portable adjustable support stand of claim 1, wherein the fixing structure comprises T-shaped connectors respectively provided at first ends and/or second ends of the first support pad and the second support pad, and a fixing rod for connecting 2T-shaped connectors at a single end; the length of the fixing rod is adjustable and fixable.

The portable adjustable support stand of any one of claims 1-4, wherein the lower end of the chest support is provided with an abdomen support, the abdomen support is provided with a sheet-type support pad, a first end of the sheet-type support pad is integrally connected with the lower end of the chest support, a second end of the sheet-type support pad is movably connected with the chest support, and the second end of the sheet-type support pad forms a planar boss when being connected with the chest support.

The portable adjustable support stand of claim 5 wherein the attachment portion comprises a first attachment member disposed at each end of the second support pad on a side thereof remote from the first support pad and a second attachment member disposed on a side of the thoracoabdominal support portion facing the back support portion; the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are movably connected through the fixing part.
