Abstract
The invention relates to a sharp instrument box suitable for collecting a sharp instrument of an infusion set, which comprises a box body (10), a cover body (20) and a cutter (30) used for cutting off an infusion tube, wherein the cover body (20) is provided with a feeding port (21), an extraction hole (22) and a sliding cover (23) used for exposing or shielding the feeding port (21), the extraction hole (22) is communicated with the feeding port (21), the cutter (30) is a blade arranged at the bottom of the sliding cover (23), the cover body (20) is provided with a slide way (24) for the cutter (30) to pass through, and the rotation of the sliding cover (23) enables the cutter (30) to advance along the slide way (24); the pulling-out hole (22) is positioned at one side of the slideway (24); a leading pressing area (25) is arranged in the cutting advancing direction of the cutter (30). The invention can lead the needle head of the transfusion external member to be conveniently and laborsavingly cut in the sharp instrument box, the cut needle head is not easy to bounce outside the sharp instrument box, and the probability of the residual injection splashing is relatively less.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical waste centralized treatment, in particular to a sharp instrument box suitable for collecting sharp instruments of an infusion apparatus.
Background
The sharp instrument box is a special container for collecting medical sharp instruments such as infusion tube needles, syringe needles, blood collection needles, blades and the like. The common sharp instrument box in the hospital is cylindrical, and a throwing hole and a pulling hole are arranged on a cover body at the top. The sharp instrument box is often required to be additionally provided with a pair of scissors, the scissors are used for shearing the infusion tube needle from the infusion tube, and the infusion tube needle enters the sharp instrument box from the putting hole. When the infusion tube is cut off, the needle head often cannot fall into the feeding hole as desired, but bounces to other places. In addition, when the infusion tube is cut off by scissors, residual injection often splashes out to cause pollution. The pulling hole is used for separating the syringe needle, when in use, the syringe needle is required to be inserted into the pulling hole, then the syringe is pulled outwards, and the syringe needle enters the sharp instrument box after being separated from the syringe.
Chinese patent document CN 209347812U discloses a novel sharp instrument box, which comprises a sharp instrument putting main opening, a shear blade, an upper sharp instrument box cover layer, a leather strip hole, a lower sharp instrument box cover layer, a box cover screw, a scissors pinching handle, a sharp instrument box body, a sharp instrument box bottom, and a scissors fixing shaft. When the sharp instrument is used, the sharp instruments with the strips, such as the infusion strip needle head, the blood taking needle head and the like, are placed into the strip hole of the sharp instrument box only by pressing the scissors pinching handle of the sharp instrument box, the needle head and the infusion strip are cut and separated, the needle head falls into the sharp instrument box, and the infusion strip is additionally placed in medical waste. The disadvantages of the scheme are that: the aperture of the leather strap hole is small, although the cut sharp device cannot be ejected, the action of putting the sharp device with the leather strap into the leather strap hole is more labor-consuming, and the action of cutting the transfusion leather strap by the pinching handle of the scissors is also more labor-consuming.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a sharp instrument box suitable for collecting sharp instruments of an infusion apparatus, which can conveniently cut off an infusion tube connected with the sharp instrument, the sharp instrument separated from the infusion tube cannot bounce outside the sharp instrument box, and the probability of splashing of an injection is relatively low.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the sharp instrument box suitable for collecting the sharp instruments of the infusion apparatus comprises a box body, a cover body and a cutter used for cutting off an infusion tube, wherein a feeding port, a pulling-out hole and a sliding cover used for exposing or shielding the feeding port are formed in the cover body; the pulling-out hole is positioned at one side of the slide way; the cutting advancing direction of the cutter is provided with a first pressing area.
The infusion set described in this application mainly comprises an infusion set and a syringe, the sharps of which need to be separated first before being thrown into the sharps container. The needle of the syringe needs to be pulled out first, and the needle of the infusion set needs to be cut off with scissors first.
The invention concept created by the invention is as follows: the hole is pulled out for two purposes. First, it can be used to separate the needle of a syringe. Because the extraction hole is communicated with the putting-in hole, the needle head of the syringe can be firstly inserted into the putting-in hole and then clamped into the extraction hole, so that the operation is convenient and fast. Second, the pull-out holes can also be used to position the infusion set. When the infusion set is used, the needle head part of the infusion set is firstly thrown into the sharp instrument box, then the infusion tube connected with the needle head is pulled into the pulling-out hole, so that the infusion tube is positioned, and the positioned infusion tube is crossed with the slide way for the cutter to pass through. At the moment, the sliding cover is rotated, the cutter at the bottom of the sliding cover is contacted with the infusion tube and cuts off the infusion tube when passing through the slideway, and the sharp device falls into the sharp device box and cannot bounce outside the sharp device box. Compared with a scissor cutting mode, the cutting mode is convenient and labor-saving. The advancing direction of the cutter is also provided with a prior pressing area, namely, the transfusion tube is pressed by the prior pressing area before being cut off. During pressing, residual injection liquid takes the pressed area as the center and moves towards the needle head end or the far end of the infusion tube, so that little injection liquid splashes out when the infusion tube is cut. Wherein, the cutting advancing direction of the cutter refers to the moving direction of the blade when the transfusion tube is cut.
Obviously, the sharp instrument box can also be used for collecting other medical sharp instruments such as blades.
As a refinement, the extraction hole is located on the inner side of the slideway.
As an improvement, the pulling hole is a strip-shaped hole, and the width of the pulling hole is gradually reduced from the edge of the putting-in opening along the length direction of the putting-in opening. The pulling-out hole with the variable width is convenient for separating the syringe needle and clamping the infusion tube into the pulling-out hole.
As a further improvement, the advanced pressing area is positioned at the bottom of the edge of the sliding cover.
As a further improvement, the first pressing area is a strip-shaped bulge.
As a further improvement, the sliding cover is connected to the center position of the cover body through a locking knob. The distance between the sliding cover and the cover body can be adjusted by rotating the locking knob. When the sharp instrument box is filled with sharp instruments, the sliding cover is used for covering the throwing-in opening and the pulling-out hole, and then the locking knob is rotated to enable the sliding cover to be pressed on the cover body, so that the throwing-in opening and the pulling-out hole are sealed.
As an improvement, the sliding cover is provided with an anti-slip outer edge which is wrapped on the edge of the cover body. The anti-skid outer edge is used for being held by a user, and the force is convenient for the user to apply, so that the infusion tube can be cut off easily.
As the improvement, the number of slide is 2 sections, is located the both sides of putting in the mouth respectively.
As an improvement, the cover body is in threaded connection with the box body.
In conclusion, the invention has the advantages of novel structure, convenient and simple use. This arrangement allows the needle of the syringe to be relatively quickly separated from the syringe. The structure can also ensure that the needle head of the infusion set can be conveniently and laborsavingly cut into the sharp instrument box, the cut needle head is not easy to bounce outside the sharp instrument box, and the probability of splashing residual injection is relatively low.

Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the sharps container suitable for collecting sharps of an infusion set according to the present invention comprises a container body 10 and a cover body 20 which are made of polypropylene plastic. The box body 10 is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the cover body 20 is in threaded connection with the box body 10. The lid body 20 is provided with an input port 21, an extraction hole 22, and a slide cover 23 for exposing or shielding the input port 21. The throwing opening 21 is in a sector shape, the pulling hole 22 is a strip-shaped hole, the pulling hole 22 is communicated with the throwing opening 21, and the width of the pulling hole 22 is gradually reduced from the edge of the throwing opening 21 along the length direction of the pulling hole. The sliding cover 23 has an anti-slip outer edge 231 wrapped around the edge of the cover body 20, and the sliding cover 23 can be conveniently rotated by pressing the anti-slip outer edge 231 with both hands.
As shown in fig. 2, the slide cover 23 is provided with a cutter 30 for cutting the infusion tube. The cutter 30 is a blade provided at the bottom of the slide cover 23. The cover 20 is provided with a slide 24 through which the cutter 30 passes. Rotation of the slide cover 23 causes the cutter 30 to travel along the slide 24. The number of the slide ways 24 is 2 sections, which are arc-shaped and are respectively positioned at two sides of the throwing port 21. The extraction aperture 22 is located inside the slideway 24. The extraction aperture 22 has its smallest width end adjacent the slideway 24.
The slide cover 23 is connected to a central position of the cover body 20 by a locking knob 26. The locking knob 26 is threadedly coupled to the cover 20.
As shown in fig. 3, the cutter 30 is provided with a preceding pressing zone 25 in the cutting advancing direction. The first pressing area 25 is located at the bottom of the edge of the sliding cover 23, is a strip-shaped protrusion, and is arranged along the radius of the sliding cover 23. As a obvious modification, the advance compression region 25 may be provided on the upper surface of the cover body 20 as long as the pressing of the infusion tube can be achieved.
