In the configuration shown in fig. 7, the dinner plate 20 is placed in the placement position of the transfer bucket 34, and when the first sensor detects that the placement position has the meal box 20, the soup pump 43 is started to drive the soup in the soup barrel 41 to be transferred to the meal box 20 through the soup pipe 42, and when the amount of the transferred soup reaches the set amount, the soup pump 43 stops running.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, a filter screen 121 is disposed at the second through hole of the soup bucket 12. It can be understood that the mesh size of the filter screen 121 is smaller than that of the separating funnel 11, thereby realizing a further filtering effect on the soup.
In another embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 2, the soup bucket 12 is connected with a three-way joint 44 at the second through hole, the other two ends of the three-way joint 44 are respectively connected with the soup barrel 41 and a drain pipe 45, and a stop valve is arranged between the drain pipe 45 and the three-way joint 44. During the dish distribution operation, the stop valve is closed, the soup separated by the separating funnel 11 enters the soup barrel 41 through the three-way joint 44, and then is transferred to the lunch box 20 through the soup pipe 42. After the dish distribution operation is finished, the separating bucket 11 can be returned to the accommodating state, the stop valve is opened, the washing water is poured into the separating bucket 11, the separating bucket 11 and the soup bucket 12 are cleaned, and the cleaned washing water is directly discharged from the three-way joint 44 and the water discharge pipe 45.
In the illustrated structure, the three-way joint 44 has a first joint and a second joint which are disposed opposite to each other in a vertical direction, and a third joint perpendicular to the first joint, the first joint is connected to the second through hole, the second joint is connected to the drain pipe 45, and the third joint is connected to the soup tub 41 through a pipe, and since the first joint and the third joint are opposite to each other in a vertical direction, in a case where the cut-off valve is opened, the washing water substantially leaves the three-way joint 44 from the second joint and does not substantially enter the soup tub 41 from the second joint, and thus, the cut-off valve may not be disposed between the third joint and the soup tub 41. In other embodiments, a stop valve may be disposed between the third connector and the soup barrel 41
When the soup tub 41 is cleaned, the stop valve is closed, and the washing water is introduced into the soup tub 41 from the soup bucket 12 and discharged through the soup pipe 42 to be cleaned.
For cleaning the hopper 13 and the dish distribution structure 30, the hopper 13 is cleaned by directly pouring washing water into the hopper 13. After the hopper 13 is cleaned, the rotation of the rotary 31 discharges the washing water or cleans the storage tank 301. When the closing plate 342 closes the lower end port of the transfer bucket 34, the washing water enters the transfer bucket 34 through the rotary 31 to wash the transfer bucket 34, and then the closing plate 342 is opened to discharge the washing water.

the solid-liquid separation structure comprises a separation hopper, a soup hopper and a hopper, wherein the soup hopper is positioned at the soup distribution station, the hopper is positioned at the vegetable distribution station, the separation hopper has a holding state and a dumping state, and the separation hopper is rotationally connected with the soup hopper or the hopper and is switched between the holding state and the dumping state; when the separating hopper is in the accommodating state, the separating hopper is sleeved on the soup hopper, the separating hopper receives dishes and filters soup in the dishes into the soup hopper, and when the separating hopper is in the pouring state, the dishes separated by the separating hopper are poured into the hopper;
the dish distributing structure is arranged at the dish distributing station and is used for quantitatively transferring dishes in the hopper into the dish box;
and the soup distribution structure is arranged on the soup distribution station and is used for quantitatively transferring the soup in the soup bucket into the dinner box.
2. The dish distribution mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the hopper is provided with a first cavity for placing dishes and a first through hole formed in the bottom of the first cavity;
the dish distributing structure comprises a sleeve which is communicated up and down, a rotating part which is rotatably arranged in the sleeve and a driver which is used for driving the rotating part to rotate, wherein the outer surface of the rotating part is provided with at least one accommodating groove, the rotating part is provided with a feeding state in which any accommodating groove is opposite to the first through hole so that dishes can enter the accommodating groove, a material clamping state which is opposite to the wall of the sleeve so as to limit the dishes to leave the accommodating groove and a material discharging state which is opposite to the lunch box, and the rotating part rotates to sequentially pass through the feeding state, the material clamping state and the material discharging state.
3. The dish distribution mechanism of claim 2, wherein the receiving slots are two and located on opposite sides of the rotating member.
4. The dish dispensing mechanism of claim 2, wherein the hopper is provided with a first vibration motor, and when the rotary member is in the feeding state, the first vibration motor vibrates to urge the dish in the hopper into the containing groove.
5. The dish distribution mechanism as claimed in claim 2, wherein a transfer bucket is arranged below the rotary member, and the transfer bucket is used for receiving the dish falling from the containing groove and transferring the dish to the lunch box.

The dish distribution mechanism as claimed in claim 5, wherein the transfer bucket is provided at a lower end port thereof with a closing plate for opening or closing the lower end port, a placement position for placing a meal box is below the transfer bucket, and the closing plate opens the lower end port when the meal box is at the placement position and closes the lower end port when the meal box leaves the placement position or after all the dishes in the transfer bucket are transferred to the meal box.
7. The food dispensing mechanism of claim 6, wherein the transfer bucket is provided with a second vibrating motor, and when the sealing plate opens the lower port, the second vibrating motor vibrates to promote the transfer of the food in the transfer bucket to the meal box.
8. The dish distribution mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the soup bucket is provided with a second cavity for placing soup and a second through hole formed in the bottom of the second cavity;
the soup distribution structure comprises a soup barrel, a soup pipe and a soup pump, the soup barrel is connected with the soup bucket to receive soup, the soup pipe is connected with the soup barrel, and the soup pump acts on the soup pipe to drive the soup in the soup barrel to be quantitatively transferred to a lunch box.
9. The dish distribution mechanism according to claim 8, wherein the soup bucket is provided with a three-way joint at the second through hole, the other two ends of the three-way joint are respectively connected with the soup bucket and the drain pipe, and a stop valve is arranged between the drain pipe and the three-way joint.
