Claims (15)

1. A method of controlling a cooking appliance, comprising:
responding to the cooking instruction, and controlling the cooking appliance to perform blanching work according to a first working parameter;
sending out prompt information after the blanching work is finished;
and responding to the continuous cooking instruction, and controlling the cooking appliance to perform cooking operation at the second operation parameter.
2. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the cooking appliance comprises: steam generating device and/or microwave generating device, respond to cooking instruction, control cooking utensil scalds the step of water work with first working parameter, specifically includes:
responding to a cooking instruction, and controlling the steam generation device and/or the microwave generation device to work with a first working parameter so as to perform the blanching work.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the first operating parameter comprises a first preset power and a first preset duration;

4. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the step of sending a prompt message after the blanching operation is completed specifically includes:
sending the prompt information once after the blanching work is finished;
timing, and sending the prompt information once every preset time period until the timing duration is greater than or equal to the preset total timing duration.
5. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the step of sending a prompt message after the blanching operation is completed further includes:
sending a continuous cooking request when the timing duration is greater than or equal to the preset total timing duration;
and responding to a re-timing instruction, re-timing, and sending the prompt message once every other preset time period until the timing duration is greater than or equal to the preset total timing duration.
6. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the step of sending a prompt message after the blanching operation is completed further includes:
and responding to a timing ending instruction, and issuing the continuous cooking request.

The method of controlling the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein the cooking appliance includes: door body and door body detection device, respond to and continue the culinary art instruction, control cooking utensil and carry out the step of culinary art work with second working parameter, specifically include:
responding to closing information of the door body and the continuous cooking request sent by the door body detection device;
