It comprises the following steps: selecting the thickness and the stretching ratio of bamboo fiber yarns, chinlon covered yarns and spandex; weaving yarns by adopting a 360-needle high-density silk stocking machine to prepare cut pieces, wherein a four-way yarn feeding mode is adopted during weaving; weaving by adopting plain weave to prepare a cylindrical cloth cutting piece; vacuumizing, and pre-shrinking and shaping; dyeing treatment is carried out under the conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure; napping the dyed tubular fabric; inspecting the napped tubular cloth, cutting and splicing to obtain a semi-finished product; carrying out shaping treatment; inspecting and packaging to obtain the final product. The invention is knitted by adopting a 360-needle high-density silk stocking machine, and the stocking surface is fine, smooth, soft and comfortable; the panty-hose is made of bamboo fiber yarns mixed with chinlon covered yarns and spandex, so that the panty-hose has the functions of resisting bacteria and inhibiting bacteria while the elasticity and the comfort degree of the panty-hose are ensured; the inner wall of the pantyhose is napped, so that the pantyhose has heat retention property.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bamboo fiber products, in particular to a method for manufacturing bamboo fiber napped panty-hose.
Background
The fabric in the textile industry is more in variety, for example nylon, dacron, cotton material, bamboo fibre etc. wherein the preparation result of bamboo fibre is liked by many people, and bamboo fibre has following advantage:
(1) the summer sleeping mat made of the bamboo fiber is popular with many people, and because the material has very good moisture absorption, the summer sleeping mat can be used in summer and autumn, so that people can feel cool and breathable; the textile made of the fiber can be used in winter and spring, can remove water and hot air in the body, and is more comfortable for people.
(2) The bamboo fiber has remarkable antibacterial and bactericidal effects. The bamboo contains natural materials named as jade bamboo, and has the functions of preventing mites and insects, so that the towel made of the bamboo fibers does not have the phenomena of mildew, smell change and the like even in a warm and humid environment.
(3) The clothes made of any fabric can be liked by consumers only with comfortable feeling, and the product made of the bamboo fiber is fine, smooth, refreshing and fitting, has bright appearance and is not easy to fade, and gives people a elegant and elegant visual effect.
(4) The bamboo fiber is made of bamboo as a raw material, and the bamboo has short growth period, can be naturally degraded and has no pollution to the environment, so the bamboo fiber is a green and environment-friendly textile.
At present, panty-hose on the market is made of a lot of materials, such as cotton, nylon, wool blended yarn and the like. The panty-hose made of nylon or spandex keeps the original elasticity and shaping properties. However, nylon is easily broken, and is often scratched on a sharp object to break. The pantyhose blended by cotton and cotton wool has better warm-keeping effect. The pantyhose are manufactured by a traditional stocking machine with a thick needle (below 200 stitches), the pantyhose surface is rough, the texture is sparse, the comfort level is poor, the appearance is not attractive enough, and the requirements of consumers cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing pantyhose with bamboo fiber napped, which aims to solve the problems that the pantyhose provided by the background art is manufactured by a traditional thick-stitch hosiery machine, the pantyhose surface is rough, the texture is sparse, the comfort level is poor, the pantyhose is not attractive enough, the requirements of consumers cannot be met, and the pantyhose with bamboo fiber materials rarely exist in the market at present.
(II) technical scheme
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a method for manufacturing bamboo fiber napped pantyhose comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting the thickness and the stretching ratio of bamboo fiber yarns, chinlon covered yarns and spandex;
(2) weaving yarns by adopting a 360-needle high-density silk stocking machine to prepare cut pieces, wherein a four-way yarn feeding mode is adopted during weaving;
(3) weaving the fabric into a cylindrical cloth cutting piece by adopting plain weave through a 360-needle high-density silk stocking machine;
(4) vacuumizing at 85-90 ℃, and pre-shrinking and shaping to ensure that the fiber state is more stable and the fabric surface is uniform and flat;
(5) dyeing treatment is carried out under the conditions of normal temperature and normal pressure;
(6) napping the dyed tubular fabric to destroy the 70D/48f nylon on the surface of the 4070/48f nylon covered yarn so as to fluff the interior of the tubular fabric;
(7) inspecting the napped tubular cloth, cutting and splicing to obtain a semi-finished product;
(8) carrying out shaping treatment on the spliced semi-finished product for 25-30 seconds by using a steam shaping machine under the steam pressure of 1.0-1.2 mpa;
(9) inspecting and packaging to obtain the final product.
As a further improvement of the invention, the four-path yarn feeding mode is that the four paths use 4070/48f chinlon covered yarns as bottom yarns, the four paths use 40 bamboo fiber yarns as surface yarns, and the other two paths use 140D spandex.
As a further improvement of the invention, the bamboo fiber yarn is made of bamboo fibers with fineness of 1.2D, dry strength of 2.6cN/dtex, wet strength of 1.4cN/dtex, dry-wet ratio of 54%, wet elongation of 17%, modulus of 0.3 and bacteriostasis of 95%.
(III) advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, after the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the sock is knitted by a 360-needle high-density silk stocking machine, and the sock surface is fine, smooth, soft and comfortable.
2. The bamboo fiber pantyhose have the characteristics of antibiosis, bacteriostasis, softness and comfort.
3. The napping process enables the pantyhose to have the warm-keeping performance.
