Abstract
本发明涉及一种鲨鱼软骨素乳钙压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下原材料:鲨鱼软骨素68‑72%、乳钙13‑17%、稀释剂2‑4%、粘合剂2‑4%、崩解剂2‑3%、润滑剂1‑2%、甜味剂0.6‑1%、天然色素0.6‑1%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)混合:按照比例称取鲨鱼软骨素和乳钙后搅拌混合,再向混合物中加入稀释剂、粘合剂和甜味剂;(2)制粒:向混合后的鲨鱼软骨素和乳钙混合物中边搅拌边喷洒95%乙醇溶液,当混合物料能手捏成团、轻压即散的潮湿程度,将软材经摇摆式制粒机制粒。本发明在压片糖果中加入鲨鱼软骨素与乳钙,产品中的鲨鱼软骨素具有缓解风湿、关节炎、关节痛的作用,乳钙易于人体吸收,调节血钙平衡,是良好的补充钙的来源。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鲨鱼软骨素加工技术领域,具体是指一种鲨鱼软骨素乳钙压片糖果的制备方法。
背景技术
鲨鱼软骨素是一种从鲨鱼软骨中提取制备的硫酸软骨素。硫酸软骨素是与蛋白质相结合成糖蛋白的形式存在的,是葡萄糖醛酸和氨基己糖交替连结而成的一种双糖聚合物,是普遍存在于动物的喉骨、鼻中骨和气管等软骨中的一种酸性黏多糖。硫酸软骨素具有多种生物活性,在促进软骨再生、增强机体免疫力、治疗风湿、关节炎等疾病上具有显著的疗效;在临床应用上硫酸软骨素可以使动脉和静脉壁上沉积的脂肪有效地去除或减少从而达到预防动脉粥样硬化的目的;硫酸软骨素还具有降血脂、抗凝血、抗肿瘤等作用。硫酸软骨素在医药和保健方面有着广泛的应用前景,还常用于食品、保健品、化妆品中,可调节皮肤的细胞代谢,保持皮肤的水分抗衰老,促进营养的吸收达到美容的效果等。
乳钙是直接从牛奶中提取出来的纯天然活性高乳蛋白钙,其成分包括柠檬酸钙、磷酸钙、离子钙,还含有锌、磷、蛋白质、免疫球蛋白、生长因子、乳铁蛋白等丰富的营养成分。乳钙在人体内不需要太多胃酸参与即可分离呈现离子状态,进而被人体直接吸收利用,迅速调节血钙平衡,增强体质。乳钙是公认的已知钙质中“生物利用率”极高的食品级钙补充剂,乳钙中还有适量的蛋白和合理的钙磷比例2︰1;同时,因为其生产工艺过程中没有任何化学成分和工艺,对胃肠道没有任何负担,因此乳钙是较适合婴幼儿、孕乳母、儿童、老年人补充钙的来源。
近年来快节奏快速度的现代生活方式与状态引起健康问题的事件越来越多,与此同时人们的健康意识也越来越强,倾向性选择具有良好保健功能的各种食用产品。压片糖果作为我国零食市场中老少皆宜的产品,其样式新颖、形式多变且口感丰富,具有非常强的可塑性,使其在中国消费市场中拥有广阔的发展空间和商业价值,深受各年龄段人群的喜爱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鲨鱼软骨素乳钙压片糖果的制备方法,在压片糖果中加入鲨鱼软骨素与乳钙,产品中的鲨鱼软骨素具有缓解风湿、关节炎、关节痛的作用,乳钙易于人体吸收,调节血钙平衡,是良好的补充钙的来源。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种鲨鱼软骨素乳钙压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下原材料:鲨鱼软骨素68-72%、乳钙13-17%、稀释剂2-4%、粘合剂2-4%、崩解剂2-3%、润滑剂1-2%、甜味剂0.6-1%、天然色素0.6-1%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:按照比例称取鲨鱼软骨素和乳钙后搅拌混合,再向混合物中加入稀释剂、粘合剂和甜味剂;
(2)制粒:向混合后的鲨鱼软骨素和乳钙混合物中边搅拌边喷洒95%乙醇溶液,当混合物料能手捏成团、轻压即散的潮湿程度,将混合后的软材用手握成团,压过筛网,由筛孔落下的湿颗粒应无细粉和团块,将软材经摇摆式制粒机制粒;
(3)干燥:将湿颗粒均匀铺在不锈钢托盘上,置于60~65℃烘箱中干燥20~30min,干燥过程中每隔一段时间翻动一次颗粒;
(4)整粒:将干燥后的颗粒过14-18目筛除去大颗粒,然后加入崩解剂、润滑剂和天然色素混合均匀;
(5)压片:用75%乙醇擦拭压片冲头,调节压片机填充量至每片0.8-1.2g,控制压力使压片硬度在40-50N进行压片;
(6)包装:将压片好的片剂置于数片机中进行包装;
(7)杀菌:将包装后的产品进行杀菌。
进一步的,所述稀释剂为麦芽糊精、淀粉、糊精、可压性淀粉或硫酸钙中的一种。
进一步的,所述粘合剂为羟甲基纤维素钠、聚乙二醇、羟丙甲纤维素或明胶中的一种。
进一步的,所述崩解剂为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉或羧甲基淀粉钠中的一种。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为二氧化硅或硬脂酸镁中的一种。
进一步的,所述甜味剂为木糖醇、甜菊糖、三氯蔗糖或阿斯巴甜中的一种。
进一步的,所述天然色素为胡萝卜素、可可色素、栀子黄或甜菜红中的一种。

采用以上制备方法后,本发明具有如下优点:
鲨鱼软骨素具有促进软骨再生、治疗关节炎等功效,市面上硫酸软骨素产品大多忽视了补钙在缓解关节炎过程中人体补钙和增加骨密度的重要性,本发明中加入鲨鱼软骨素和乳钙使二者相互作用,发挥更好的保健效果;许多补钙产品用碳酸钙作为原料,而人体对碳酸钙的吸收率仅为40%,乳钙作为从牛乳中提取的天然补钙源,除含有檬酸钙、磷酸钙等,还含有锌、磷、蛋白质、免疫球蛋白、生长因子、乳铁蛋白等丰富的营养成分,不仅成分更加安全,而且人体对乳钙的吸收率高达80%;本发明中以木糖醇等代替蔗糖作为甜味剂,木糖醇无需胰岛素的消化,不会引起人体血糖的升高,也避免龋齿的产生;所用色素均为天然提取色素,成分更加健康安全;片剂包装后再进行辐照杀菌处理,与先杀菌再包装相比,能够有效防止包装过程中产生的二次污染;除补钙与缓解关节炎的功效,本发明还具有降血脂、抗凝血、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力等保健作用;产品加工成压片糖果,口感丰富,方便携带,适合于各个年龄段的人群食用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例一
一种鲨鱼软骨素乳钙压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下原材料:鲨鱼软骨素68%、乳钙17%、糊精2%、聚乙二醇4%、羧甲基淀粉钠5%、二氧化硅2%、木糖醇1%、胡萝卜素1%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:按照比例称取68%鲨鱼软骨素和17%乳钙后搅拌混合,再向混合物中加入2%糊精、4%聚乙二醇和1%木糖醇;
(2)制粒:向混合后的鲨鱼软骨素和乳钙混合物中边搅拌边喷洒95%乙醇溶液,当混合物料能手捏成团、轻压即散的潮湿程度,将混合后的软材用手握成团,压过筛网,由筛孔落下的湿颗粒应无细粉和团块,将软材经摇摆式制粒机制粒;
(3)干燥:将湿颗粒均匀铺在不锈钢托盘上,置于60℃烘箱中干燥30min,干燥过程中每隔一段时间翻动一次颗粒;
(4)整粒:将干燥后的颗粒过14目筛除去大颗粒,然后加入5%羧甲基淀粉钠、2%二氧化硅和1%胡萝卜素混合均匀;
(5)压片:用75%乙醇擦拭压片冲头,调节压片机填充量至每片0.8g,控制压力使压片硬度在40N进行压片;
(6)包装:将压片好的片剂置于数片机中进行包装;
(7)杀菌:将包装后的产品进行辐照杀菌。
实施例二
一种鲨鱼软骨素乳钙压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下原材料:鲨鱼软骨素72%、乳钙17%、可压性淀粉2%、羟甲基纤维素钠4%、玉米淀粉3%、硬脂酸镁1%、木糖醇0.6%、甜菜红0.4%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:按照比例称取72%鲨鱼软骨素和17%乳钙后搅拌混合,再向混合物中加入2%可压性淀粉、4%羟甲基纤维素钠和0.6%木糖醇;
(2)制粒:向混合后的鲨鱼软骨素和乳钙混合物中边搅拌边喷洒95%乙醇溶液,当混合物料能手捏成团、轻压即散的潮湿程度,将混合后的软材用手握成团,压过筛网,由筛孔落下的湿颗粒应无细粉和团块,将软材经摇摆式制粒机制粒;
(3)干燥:将湿颗粒均匀铺在不锈钢托盘上,置于65℃烘箱中干燥20min,干燥过程中每隔一段时间翻动一次颗粒;
(4)整粒:将干燥后的颗粒过18目筛除去大颗粒,然后加入3%玉米淀粉、1%硬脂酸镁和0.4%甜菜红混合均匀;
(5)压片:用75%乙醇擦拭压片冲头,调节压片机填充量至每片1.2g,控制压力使压片硬度在50N进行压片;
(6)包装:将压片好的片剂置于数片机中进行包装;
(7)杀菌:将包装后的产品进行辐照杀菌。
实施例三
一种鲨鱼软骨素乳钙压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下原材料:鲨鱼软骨素72%、乳钙17%、硫酸钙4%、明胶3%、马铃薯淀粉2%、二氧化硅1%、阿斯巴甜0.5%、可可色素0.5%,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)混合:按照比例称取72%鲨鱼软骨素和17%乳钙后搅拌混合,再向混合物中加入4%硫酸钙、3%明胶和0.5%阿斯巴甜;
(2)制粒:向混合后的鲨鱼软骨素和乳钙混合物中边搅拌边喷洒95%乙醇溶液,当混合物料能手捏成团、轻压即散的潮湿程度,将混合后的软材用手握成团,压过筛网,由筛孔落下的湿颗粒应无细粉和团块,将软材经摇摆式制粒机制粒;
(3)干燥:将湿颗粒均匀铺在不锈钢托盘上,置于65℃烘箱中干燥20min,干燥过程中每隔一段时间翻动一次颗粒;
(4)整粒:将干燥后的颗粒过18目筛除去大颗粒,然后加入2%马铃薯淀粉、1%二氧化硅和0.5%可可色素混合均匀;
(5)压片:用75%乙醇擦拭压片冲头,调节压片机填充量至每片1g,控制压力使压片硬度在40N进行压片;
(6)包装:将压片好的片剂置于数片机中进行包装;
(7)杀菌:将包装后的产品进行辐照杀菌。

(5)压片:用75%乙醇擦拭压片冲头,调节压片机填充量至每片0.8-1.2g,控制压力使压片硬度在40-50N进行压片;
(6)包装:将压片好的片剂置于数片机中进行包装;
(7)杀菌:将包装后的产品进行杀菌。
