Abstract

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an information interaction system to which an information interaction method according to an embodiment of the present invention is applied. As shown in fig. 1, the information interaction system of the embodiment of the present invention includes a user terminal 10 and a server 11 connected through a network. The server 11 is configured to receive a reservation request sent by the user terminal 10, and return, to the user, a corresponding first virtual scene and a first voice interaction request matched with the first virtual scene according to the content of the reservation request. Further, the server 11 is further configured to determine, after receiving the voice information returned by the user terminal 10 based on the first voice interaction request, a second virtual scene matching the user requirement, and send the second virtual scene to the user terminal 10 for display. After receiving the confirmation information returned by the user terminal 10 according to the second virtual scene, reservation information is generated. The user terminal 10 is configured to generate a reservation request, voice information, and acknowledgement information by performing man-machine interaction with a user, and to transmit the generated information to the server 11.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal 10 may be a general intelligent terminal device having a data processing function, a voice interaction function, and a communication function, such as a smart phone, a notebook computer, and the like. The embodiment of the invention can be applied to any application scene of online reservation of offline service for users. For example, in a restaurant reservation platform, a user can browse the virtual reality scene of a target merchant directly through a user terminal and make a restaurant reservation when a restaurant seat matching the own needs is included therein. When a user wants to reserve the offline service, the embodiment of the invention enables the user to intuitively acquire the situation of the scene which wants to reserve by displaying the virtual reality scene to the user, and simultaneously naturally and quickly matches the user with the reserved scene which is required by the user by a voice interaction mode, thereby simplifying the operation flow of online service reservation under the online service, and improving the reservation efficiency, the immersion feeling of the user in the reservation process and the user experience.

Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an information interaction method at a user terminal side according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the information interaction method at a user terminal side according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:

Specifically, the reservation request is generated and transmitted by the user terminal, and received by the server. The server determines an attribute information set by analyzing the voice information, and ends voice interaction when the attribute information set comprises necessary attribute information preset by all the servers. And continuing to perform voice interaction when all necessary attribute information is not included in the attribute information set or at least one necessary attribute information is not in accordance with a preset format, so as to update the attribute information set through multiple rounds of voice interaction until all necessary attribute information is included in the attribute information set. The multi-round voice interaction mode is that request voice for requesting to acquire necessary attribute information is sent to the user terminal, and the user terminal returns corresponding first supplementary voice information according to the request voice. The server determines the supplementary attribute information by analyzing the first supplementary voice information, and updates the supplementary attribute information to the attribute information set.
And step S1000, responding to receiving second virtual scene data returned by the server based on the voice information, and displaying the second virtual scene.
Specifically, after the server performs voice interaction with the user through the user terminal, the server determines the requirement information according to the voice information, matches the requirement information to the second virtual scene according to the requirement information, and sends the second virtual scene to the user terminal. And the user terminal switches the first virtual scene displayed currently to display the second virtual scene. In the embodiment of the present invention, the manner of scene change display may include various manners, which are not limited herein. For example, a scene switching control is displayed in the first virtual scene, a second virtual scene is displayed when the user triggers the scene switching control, or the currently displayed first virtual scene is directly switched to the second virtual scene when the second virtual scene is received. Optionally, the second virtual scene may further include a target facility that the user desires to reserve. For example, in a restaurant reservation scenario, a table and chair or a package that the user desires to reserve is also included in the second virtual scenario.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a first virtual scene according to another alternative implementation of the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, when the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a restaurant reservation scene, the user terminal displays a scene switching control 72 in the first virtual scene 70 after receiving the second virtual scene, for switching to the second virtual scene if triggered by the user. Specifically, the second virtual scene is further provided with a corresponding reservation confirmation control and a reservation cancellation control, which are respectively used for sending confirmation information and cancellation information to the server under the triggered condition. The confirm appointment control and cancel appointment control may be triggered by user gestures such as voice messages or clicks. When the user views the second virtual scene through the user terminal, if the second virtual scene or target facilities included in the second virtual scene meet the user requirement, the user triggers a reservation confirmation control to send confirmation information so as to complete reservation through the server.
