Abstract
An information acquisition method, an information providing device and an information providing system are provided. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first type of user input message, wherein the first type of user input message is a user input message carrying all ordering element information, and the ordering element information is necessary information required by online ordering of virtual resources; sending a first type of user input message to a server; and receiving virtual resource information sent by the server after acquiring the virtual resources matched with all the order factor information, wherein the virtual resource information is used for ordering the virtual resources on line. Technical Field

Background
With the development of the internet technology, a user can place an order on line through the internet to purchase an electronic ticket, so that the time cost required by the user to purchase the electronic ticket is reduced. The method comprises the steps that a user installs an application program client with the function of purchasing movie tickets on line in a terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer, then relevant information of movie tickets searched and selected by the user is sent to a server through the client, and a movie ticket order is generated by the server according to the relevant information of the movie tickets selected by the user. For example, the following operation steps are sequentially executed to obtain a movie ticket order: 1. selecting a cinema; 2. selecting a film; 3. selecting a projection field; 4. selecting a seat; 5. a movie ticket order is obtained. Alternatively, when the virtual resource is an electronic ticket, the server acquires an electronic ticket matching with all the ticket purchasing element information. For example, the server searches for and acquires electronic tickets that match all of the ticket purchase factor information. The server stores an electronic ticket database, and the electronic ticket database records the related data of the electronic ticket. Taking the example that the electronic ticket is a movie ticket, a movie ticket database is stored in the server, and movie ticket data is recorded in the movie ticket database. The movie ticket data may include: the individual movies currently being shown are in the theater runs, the show time for each show run and the seat order.
Alternatively, taking the example that the electronic ticket is a movie ticket, step 203 includes the following sub-steps:
step 203a, the server selects a showing field which is the same as the movie name and the cinema name, has the time interval between the showing time and the watching time smaller than a preset threshold value and has the number of the remaining tickets not smaller than the number of people watching the movie from the movie ticket database;
wherein the preset threshold is a preset empirical value, such as 60 minutes.
Alternatively, when there are a plurality of scenes satisfying the above condition, the server selects a scene in which the time interval between the presentation time and the viewing time is minimum.
And step 203b, the server selects seats which are consistent with the number of viewers from the selected optional seats of the showing scenes, and generates movie tickets according to the selected seats.
An optional seat in a show session refers to a seat in the show session that has not been temporarily ordered. In one example, the server randomly selects seats that match the number of viewers from the selected seats in the show session. In another example, the server selects the seat with the highest priority that matches the number of viewers from the optional seats in the selected show session. The server may prioritize the seats according to their location, e.g., higher for the center of the venue and lower for the surrounding seats. Through the mode, the optimal viewing seat can be automatically selected for the user, and the user experience can be improved while the system performance is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the movie ticket data is cached in the local database through the server, which is beneficial to improving the efficiency of searching and acquiring movie tickets by the server. In addition, the server can update the movie ticket database at regular time to ensure the accuracy and real-time performance of the movie ticket data stored in the movie ticket database. For example, the server acquires the latest movie ticket data at predetermined time intervals; comparing the latest movie ticket data with the movie ticket data cached in the movie ticket database; if the movie ticket data and the movie ticket data are different, updating the movie ticket data stored in the movie ticket database into the latest movie ticket data; if the two are the same, the updating operation is not executed. The predetermined time interval is set according to actual requirements, for example, 1 minute, 10 minutes, and the like.
Step 204, the server generates virtual resource information for ordering the virtual resource.
The virtual resource information includes related information of virtual resources, and the virtual resource information refers to a virtual resource order. When the virtual resource is an electronic ticket, the virtual resource information can be called electronic ticket information, the electronic ticket information includes related information of the electronic ticket, and the electronic ticket information refers to an electronic ticket order. Taking the example that the electronic ticket is a movie ticket, the movie ticket information (or called "movie ticket order") includes a movie name, a theater name, a showing time, a seat number and an order amount corresponding to the movie ticket.
Step 205, the server sends the virtual resource information to the client.
Accordingly, the client receives the virtual resource information sent by the server.
Optionally, step 205 further includes: and the client displays the virtual resource information.
Taking the electronic ticket information as an example, after receiving the electronic ticket information, the client displays the electronic ticket information and the corresponding payment control. After confirming that all items of information in the electronic ticket information are correct, the user triggers the payment control to complete the online payment process, so that online purchase of the electronic ticket is completed.
In summary, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, all the order factor information is collected at one time, the client sends all the order factor information to the server, and the server searches for the virtual resource matched with the order factor information and generates the corresponding virtual resource order, so that the number of interactions between the client and the server in the whole order process is reduced, which is beneficial to improving the operation efficiency of online ordering of the virtual resource, and the transmission resource between the client and the server is saved.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of another information obtaining method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The method may be applied in the implementation environment shown in fig. 1. The method may include the steps of:
step 401, the client obtains the user input message.
The user input message refers to a message input by the user. In the embodiment of the present invention, the manner in which the user inputs the message is not limited. The user can input a voice-form user input message through the microphone, can also input a text-form user input message through the input method program, and can also trigger a preset button displayed by the client to take the preset message corresponding to the preset button as the user input message. For example, the client displays a "i want to watch a movie" button, and the user clicks the button to trigger the input of a user input message "i want to watch a movie".
Step 401 includes several possible scenarios as follows:
1. the client acquires a first type of user input message, wherein the first type of user input message is a user input message carrying all the ordering factor information;
for example, taking the example of obtaining a movie ticket order, the first type of user input message is: help me order 2 movie tickets for doctor X who is 8 xx theaters in the evening today.
2. The client acquires a second type of user input message, wherein the second type of user input message is a user input message carrying part of order element information;
for example, taking the example of obtaining a movie ticket order, the second type of user input message is: i want to see deep sea X at 3 pm today. The second type of user input message, exemplified above, includes only the movie name and viewing time, but not the theater name and the number of viewers.
3. The client acquires a third type of user input message, wherein the third type of user input message is a user input message which does not carry ordering element information;
for example, a third type of user input message is: what is eaten today.
Optionally, the client obtains the user input message input in the chat conversation interface in a chat conversation mode. For example, when the client is an AI-enabled client, the chat session interface may be a chat session interface between the user and an AI robot, and the AI robot may be regarded as a client or a server providing a background service for the client. By the method, the virtual resource ordering requirement of the user is acquired by adopting a friendly interaction mode with the user, and a brand-new scene and a brand-new mode for online ordering of the virtual resource are provided.
At step 402, the client sends a user input message to the server.
Accordingly, the server receives the user input message sent by the client.
Optionally, in a case that the client acquires a user input message input in a voice form, the client may convert the user input message in the voice form into a user input message in a text form, and send the user input message in the text form to the server; or, the client may also directly send the user input message in the voice form to the server, and the server converts the user input message in the voice form into the user input message in the text form. The voice recognition technology can be adopted to convert the user input message from the voice form to the text form.
In step 403, the server determines the type of the user input message.
The type of the user input message is any one of the first type, the second type, and the third type described above. The server identifies the order factor information from the user input message and determines the type of the user input message according to the identification result. If the server identifies all the order element information from the user input message, determining that the type of the user input message is a first type; if the server identifies part of order element information from the user input message, determining that the type of the user input message is a second type; and if the server does not identify the order element information from the user input message, determining that the type of the user input message is a third type.
The server may employ keyword recognition techniques, semantic analysis techniques, or a combination of both techniques to identify order element information from the user input message.
Optionally, the server detects whether the user input message matches the basic message template; if the user input message is matched with the basic message template, the server adopts a message variable template generated based on the basic message template to identify and obtain order element information from the user input message; and if the user input message is not matched with the basic message template, the server determines that the user input message does not carry the order element information, namely determines that the type of the user input message is a third type.
The basic message template is used for judging whether the user input message carries order element information. When the user input message is matched with the basic message template, the fact that the user input message carries at least one item of order element information is indicated, the server identifies the order element information from the user input message by adopting the message variable template, and then the type of the user input message is determined to be the first type or the second type according to the number of items of the identified order element information. The message variable template is used to identify and extract order element information from a user input message. The basic message template and the message variable template can be constructed by adopting regular expressions, whether the user input message carries the order element information or not is determined by the regular expressions, and the order element information is identified and extracted from the user input message under the condition that the user input message is determined to carry the order element information.
If the type of the user input message is the first type, the server starts to execute from the following step 404; if the type of the user input message is the second type, the server starts from the following step 408; if the type of the user input message is the third type, the server starts from step 410 described below.
In step 404, if the type of the user input message is the first type, the server obtains the virtual resource matched with all the order element information carried in the user input message.
In step 405, the server generates virtual resource information for ordering the virtual resource.
Step 406, the server sends the virtual resource information to the client.
Accordingly, the client receives the virtual resource information sent by the server.
Optionally, step 406 is followed by step 407 of:
step 407, the client displays the virtual resource information.
The steps 404 to 406 are the same as or similar to the steps 203 to 205 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and for details, refer to the explanation in the steps 203 to 205, which is not repeated herein.
Step 408, if the type of the message input by the user is the second type, the server sends an information collection page to the client.
Accordingly, the client receives the information collection page sent by the server.
When the user inputs a message that only carries part of the order element information, the server cannot accurately search and acquire the virtual resource according to the part of the order element information. For example, the user inputs a message "i want to see deep sea X at 3 pm today", and the server can recognize only 2 ticket purchasing element information, that is, the movie name and the viewing time, but does not determine the cinema name and the number of viewing people, so the server cannot accurately search for a movie ticket.
In this case, the server transmits an information collection page for collecting all the order element information to the client. Optionally, the information collecting page includes the above-mentioned part of the order element information identified from the second type of user input message. Still referring to the above example, in the information collection page sent by the server to the client, "deep sea X" has been filled in the movie input box, "today 15: 00" has been filled in the time input box, and the corresponding ticket purchasing element information has not been filled in the cinema input box and the people number input box, and the user is waited for replenishment.
In step 409, the client displays an information collection page.
The client displays the information collection page to the user, so that the user can input all the ordering element information in the information collection page according to the actual ordering requirement. For example, the user inputs "xx cinema" in the cinema input box, inputs "3 people" in the people number input box, and confirms submission, and then the client acquires all 4 pieces of ticket purchasing element information.
Then, the client and the server perform the following steps (not shown in the figure) to obtain the virtual resource information (i.e. the virtual resource order): the client acquires all the ordering element information input in the information collection page, generates a first type of user input message according to all the acquired ordering element information, and sends the first type of user input message to the server; the method comprises the steps that a server receives a first type of user input message sent by a client, acquires virtual resources matched with all ordering element information carried in the first type of user input message, generates virtual resource information used for ordering the virtual resources, and sends the virtual resource information to the client; and the client receives the virtual resource information sent by the server.
Optionally, before the server sends the information collection page to the client, the following steps are further performed:
1. the server acquires the characteristic information of a user account of a login client;
the characteristic information of the user account is used for indicating the personal characteristics of the user corresponding to the user account. The characteristic information obtained by the server is different according to the ordering requirements of different types of virtual resources. For example, when ordering a movie ticket, the characteristic information obtained by the server includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: current geographic location, commonly used theater names, commonly used number of viewing people, commonly used viewing times, preferred film types, historical viewing records, and the like. For another example, when ordering a concert ticket, the characteristic information obtained by the server includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: preferred stars, historical ticketing records, current geographic location, number of commonly used observers, etc. As another example, when ordering an electronic ticket, the characteristic information obtained by the server includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: common flight number, common ticket purchasers, common airline bunkers, preferred airlines, historical airline records, and the like. For another example, when subscribing to a home service, the characteristic information obtained by the server includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: common household service organizations, common service items, common service times, historical household service subscription records, and the like.
2. And the server generates at least one item of recommendation information of the ordering factor information according to the characteristic information of the user account.
The server generates at least one item of recommendation information of the ordering factor information by analyzing the characteristic information of the user account. The recommendation information of the order element information refers to order element information recommended to the user based on the personal characteristics of the user. For example, the server selects a cinema closest to the current geographical location as recommendation information of a cinema name according to the current geographical location of the user. For another example, the server sets the number of commonly used viewers as the recommendation information of the number of viewers, based on the number of viewers commonly used by the user. For another example, the server uses, as recommendation information of a movie name, a movie belonging to the preferred movie type among movies currently being shown, according to the movie type preferred by the user. For example, the server determines at least one item of information of a name of a common cinema, the number of persons who view the common cinema, the number of times of viewing the common cinema and the type of a preferred movie according to the historical viewing record, and further generates recommendation information of the ticket purchasing element information according to the determined information.
The information collection page sent by the server to the client also comprises the recommendation information of the order element information, so that the client displays the recommendation information of the order element information in a corresponding input box while displaying the information collection page, and if the recommendation information of the order element information just meets the actual order requirement of the user, the user does not need to manually input the order element information, and the user operation is simplified.
It should be noted that, for any item of order element information, if the item of order element information is already identified from the user input information, the server sends an information collection page to the client, which includes the identified item of order element information, but does not include the recommendation information of the item of order element information; if the item of order element information is not identified from the user input information, the recommendation information of the item of order element information can be included in the information collection page sent by the server to the client.
And step 410, if the type of the user input message is a third type, the server sends the user input message to at least two intelligent chat systems.
Under the condition that the user input message does not carry the ordering element information, the user input message is not related to ordering the virtual resource, and at the moment, the server calls the intelligent chat system to carry out artificial intelligent conversation with the user.
The server interfaces with one or more intelligent chat systems. Optionally, the server interfaces with at least two intelligent chat systems. The message reply strategy differs for different intelligent chat systems. For example, for the same sentence of user input message "what to eat today", the reply message generated by the intelligent chat system a is "eat old beijing fried bean sauce noodles today", and the reply message generated by the intelligent chat system B is "i do not eat, i have charged me and have gone. Alternatively, different intelligent chat systems may also have different styles, for example being able to imitate the sound of different people, e.g. maids, warm men, great uncles, etc.
In step 411, the server receives reply messages corresponding to the third type of user input messages sent by the respective intelligent chat systems.
In step 412, the server obtains the matching degree between each reply message and the third type of user input message.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a manner of calculating the matching degree between the reply message and the third type of user input message is not limited. For example, the server performs semantic analysis on the third type of user input message and the reply message based on a semantic analysis algorithm, and calculates a semantic matching degree between the reply message and the third type of user input message.
In step 413, the server determines a final reply message corresponding to the third type of user input message according to the matching degree.
Optionally, the server selects the reply message with the highest matching degree as the final reply message.
Step 414, the server sends the final reply message to the client.
Accordingly, the client receives the final reply message sent by the server.
And then, the client displays the final reply message. For example, when the final reply message is in a text form, the client displays the final reply message; and when the final reply message is in a voice form, the client plays the final reply message.
In the embodiment of the invention, the server is in butt joint with at least two intelligent chat systems, so that more diversified artificial intelligent chat experiences are provided for users.
Optionally, the message acquired by the client may also be a preset message. The preset message refers to a preset message. The preset message is used for expressing the requirement of ordering the virtual resource, but the preset message does not carry ordering element information. Taking the example of obtaining a movie ticket order, the preset message includes "i want to watch a movie", "i want to order a movie ticket", "i want to buy a movie ticket", and so on. The number of the preset messages may be one or multiple, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit this.
After acquiring a preset message, the client sends the preset message to the server; after receiving the preset message, the server sends an information collection page to the client; and the client receives the information collection page sent by the server and displays the information collection page. As described above, the information collection page is used to collect all the order element information. Optionally, the information collection page includes recommendation information of at least one item of order element information. Then, the client and the server obtain the virtual resource information (i.e. the virtual resource order) according to the above described steps, which is not described again in this embodiment, see the description after step 409.
After receiving any message from the client, the server may first determine whether the message is a preset message; if the message is a preset message, the server starts to execute the step of sending an information collection page to the client; if the message is not a preset message, the message is indicated to be any type of user input message, and the server starts from the step of determining the type of the user input message.
Through the method, after receiving any message sent by the client, the server firstly judges whether the message is a preset message, and sends an information collection page to the client under the condition that the message is the preset message, so that the response efficiency of the server to the preset message is improved.
In addition, it should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a manner of inputting the preset message by the user is not limited, for example, the user may input the preset message in a text form, may input the preset message in a voice form, may input the preset message by using a preset button, and the like.
In summary, in the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, all the order factor information is collected at one time, the client sends all the order factor information to the server, and the server searches for the virtual resource matched with the order factor information and generates the corresponding virtual resource order, so that the number of interactions between the client and the server in the whole order process is reduced, which is beneficial to improving the operation efficiency of online ordering of the virtual resource, and the transmission resource between the client and the server is saved.
In addition, under the condition that the server acquires part of order element information, the information collection page is sent to the client, so that all order element information is collected at one time, the client and the server only need to interact twice to generate the virtual resource order, and the interaction frequency is also shortened compared with that of the related technology.
In addition, the server acquires the characteristic information of the user account of the login client, generates the recommendation information of at least one item of order element information according to the characteristic information of the user account, and displays the recommendation information of the order element information in the information collection page, so that the appropriate order element information is automatically recommended to the user, the input operation of the user is reduced, and the order efficiency is further improved.
In the above method embodiments, the description is only made from the perspective of interaction between the client and the server. The steps related to the client side can be separately implemented as the information acquisition method of the client side, and the steps related to the server side can be separately implemented as the information providing method of the server side.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of another information obtaining method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, the client obtains the virtual resource ordering requirement of the user in a chat conversation manner. The method may include the steps of:
The chat conversation interface is a user interface for acquiring the virtual resource ordering requirement of the user in a chat conversation mode. Alternatively, the chat conversation interface may be a chat conversation interface between a client (i.e., user) and a subscription server. The subscription server is a server that provides a background service for the client, i.e. the server in the embodiments of fig. 2 and 4 described above. The order server may be referred to as an order robot, which is AI-enabled.
In one example, assume that the client is an "intelligent assistant" client and the subscription server is a ticket ordering server. The intelligent assistant client acquires the movie ticket ordering requirement of the user in a chat conversation mode. As shown in part (a) of fig. 6, the user opens the "intelligent assistant" client, which displays a chat conversation interface 60 with the ticket ordering server. Chat conversation interface 60 includes welcome 61, text entry field 62, and voice entry buttons 63. The text entry field 62 is used to trigger the invocation of the input method program to enable the user to enter a text form of the user input message. The voice input button 63 is used to trigger the microphone to be invoked so that the user can input a user input message in voice form. Optionally, a plurality of shortcut function buttons are also included in the chat conversation interface 60, such as an "i'm want to watch movie" shortcut function button 64 for online purchasing movie tickets, an "i'm want to order restaurant" shortcut function button (not numbered) for online booking of restaurants, and an "i'm want to taxi" shortcut function button (not numbered) for online taxi calling, as shown in the figure.
At step 502, a client obtains a first type of user input message entered in a chat conversation interface.
The first type of user input message is a user input message carrying all the order factor information, and the order factor information is necessary information required for online ordering of the virtual resource.
Illustratively, the client acquiring the first type of user input message input in the chat conversation interface includes the following possible implementations:
in a first possible implementation, a client obtains a first type of user input message entered in text form in a chat conversation interface.
For example, the user may enter the text "8 pm today, 4 people going to xx theaters watching me not panx lotus" in the text entry field 62 of the chat conversation interface 60 and submit to the "intelligent assistant" client. Accordingly, the "intelligent assistant" client obtains a first type of user input message entered in text form in the chat conversation interface 60.
In a second possible implementation, a client obtains a first type of user input message entered in voice form in a chat conversation interface.
For example, the user clicks the voice input button 63 in the chat conversation interface 60, and triggers the "intelligent assistant" client to call the microphone, and the following voice information is collected through the microphone: i want to go to xx theaters to watch X-Chi doctor today at 8 pm to help I show 2 movie tickets. Accordingly, the "intelligent assistant" client obtains a first type of user input message that is entered in voice form in the chat conversation interface 60.
In a third possible implementation manner, the client acquires all the order element information input in an information collection page of the chat conversation interface; a first type of user input message carrying all of the subscription element information is generated.
Optionally, the information collection page includes an input box for the user to input all the order element information, and the user can input all the order element information in the input box. An exemplary schematic of the information collection page can be seen in fig. 3.
For example, as shown in part (b) of FIG. 6, the "Intelligent Assistant" client displays an information gathering page 65 in the chat conversation interface 60. The user fills in all the ticket purchase factor information including the movie name, the theater name, the viewing time, and the number of persons viewing the movie in the information collection page 65. As shown in part (c) of fig. 6, the user populates the information collection page 65 with a movie name "i'm is not panx lotus", a theater name "xx movie city (deep big store)", a viewing time "today 17: 00", and a number of viewers "2". After the user inputs all the ticket purchasing element information, the user clicks a 'confirm' button in the information collection page 65 to trigger the 'intelligent assistant' client to send a first type of user input message to the ticket booking server, wherein the first type of user input message carries all the ticket purchasing element information.
In addition, the user can directly input order element information in an input box of the information collection page; alternatively, the user may trigger display of candidates corresponding to the order factor information, and select order factor information to be input from the candidates.
The information collection page is sent by the subscription server to the client. Alternatively, the client acquires the information collection page from the subscription server and displays it in both cases.
In a possible situation, the client acquires a second type of user input message input in the chat conversation interface, wherein the second type of user input message is a user input message carrying part of order element information; sending a second type of user input message to the subscription server; receiving an information collection page sent by an ordering server; an information collection page is displayed in the chat conversation interface.
For example, the second type of user input message is "i want to watch deep sea X at 9 pm today", and the ticket ordering server can only recognize 2 pieces of ticket purchasing element information, that is, movie name and viewing time, but does not determine the cinema name and the number of viewers, so the ticket ordering server cannot accurately search for movie tickets. In this case, the ticket booking server transmits an information collection page for collecting all the ticket purchasing element information to the client. And after receiving the information collection page, the client displays the information collection page in the chat conversation interface.
Optionally, the information collecting page includes the above-mentioned part of the order element information identified from the second type of user input message. Still in connection with the above example, the ticket booking server sends the information collection page to the client, which has filled in "deep sea X" in the movie input box, "today 21: 00" in the time input box, and has not filled in the corresponding ticket buying element information in the cinema input box and the people number input box, and waits for the user to replenish.
Under another possible condition, the client acquires a preset message input in the chat conversation interface; sending a preset message to an ordering server; receiving an information collection page sent by an ordering server; an information collection page is displayed in the chat conversation interface.
The preset message refers to a preset message. The preset message is used for expressing the requirement of ordering the virtual resource, but the preset message does not carry ordering element information. Taking the example of obtaining a movie ticket order, the preset message includes "i want to watch a movie", "i want to order a movie ticket", "i want to buy a movie ticket", and so on. The number of the preset messages may be one or multiple, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit this.
Referring to fig. 6 in combination, after the user clicks the "i'm want to watch a movie" shortcut function button 62, the "smart assistant" client sends a preset message to the ticket ordering server, and the content of the preset message is "i'm want to watch a movie".
In other possible implementations, the user may also input a preset message for expressing the subscription requirement by text or voice. For example, the user inputs text information of "i want to watch a movie" in the text input field 62 of the chat conversation interface 60, or the user clicks the voice input button 63 in the chat conversation interface 60 to input voice information of "i want to order movie tickets".
And the ordering server sends an information collection page to the client after detecting that the user input message sent by the client is a preset message, and the information collection page is used for collecting all ordering element information. And after receiving the information collection page, the client displays the information collection page in the chat conversation interface.
Optionally, the information collection page includes recommendation information of at least one item of order element information. For description of the recommendation information, reference may be made to the embodiment of fig. 4, which is not described in detail herein.
In step 503, the client sends a first type of user input message to the subscription server.
After receiving a first type of user input message sent by a client, an ordering server acquires virtual resources matched with all ordering factor information, then generates virtual resource information (namely a virtual resource order) for ordering the virtual resources, and sends the virtual resource information to the client. The above process can be referred to as step 202-205 in the embodiment of fig. 2, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
In step 504, the client receives the virtual resource information sent by the subscription server.
And after receiving the virtual resource information, the client displays the virtual resource information and the corresponding payment control. And after the user confirms that the information in the virtual resource information is correct, triggering the payment control to complete the online payment process, thereby completing online ordering of the virtual resources.
As shown in part (d) of fig. 6, the client displays the movie ticket order 66 in the chat conversation interface 60, and after the user checks that the information in the movie ticket order 66 is correct, the user clicks the "payment" button to complete the online payment process, thereby completing online purchase of the movie ticket.
By means of the intelligent assistant client, the service provider and the user are connected in series in a chat interaction mode, and the intelligent assistant can provide corresponding information and services (including but not limited to movie ticket ordering services) according to the requirements of the user in the process of using the intelligent assistant client and the intelligent assistant for chatting, so that the interestingness is enhanced, and the service utilization rate can be effectively improved. In addition, after the user purchases movie tickets online, the "intelligent assistant" can also provide some associated services for the user, such as recommending restaurants near the movie theatre for the user, planning a route to the movie theatre in advance for the user and providing a taxi calling service, and the like.
In summary, the method provided in this embodiment obtains the virtual resource ordering requirement of the user by using a friendly interaction with the user, and provides a novel scenario and a novel manner for online ordering of virtual resources.
In one example, referring to fig. 7 in combination, a schematic diagram of a server's processing flow of a message received from a client is shown. The server 70 includes: a messaging module 71, a message identification module 72, a message distribution module 73, and a message filtering module 74.
The messaging module 71 is used for messaging, including receiving messages from and sending messages to clients.
The message identification module 72 is configured to determine whether the message received from the client is a preset message, and further identify and determine the type of the message if the message is not the preset message. The message identification module 72 provides two functions of basic service identification and message variable identification.
The basic service identification function is used for judging whether a message received from the client is a preset message, if the message is the preset message, acquiring a response message corresponding to the preset message according to the message template file, sending the response message to the message transceiver module 71, and sending the response message to the client through the message transceiver module 71; if the message is not the preset message, the message is delivered to the message variable identification function for processing. The message template file includes a correspondence between at least one set of preset messages and response messages, for example, the message template file includes a correspondence between a preset message "i want to watch a movie" and an information collection page.
The message variable identification function is to determine whether the message is a first type of user input message, a second type of user input message, or a third type of user input message. Optionally, the message variable identification function is specifically configured to: detecting whether the user input message is matched with a basic message template; if the user input message is matched with the basic message template, determining that the type of the user input message is a first type or a second type, further identifying and obtaining order element information from the user input message by adopting a message variable template generated based on the basic message template, when all the order element information is identified and obtained, indicating that the user input message is the first type, calling a search service to obtain virtual resources, when part of the order element information is identified and obtained, indicating that the user input message is the second type, and generating and sending an information collection page to a client; if the user input message does not match the basic message template, it indicates that the user input message is of the third type, and the user input message of the third type is delivered to the message distribution module 73 for further processing.
The message distribution module 73 is interfaced with the intelligent chat systems, and configured to distribute the user input messages of the third type to one or more intelligent chat systems, obtain reply messages corresponding to the user input messages of the third type sent by each intelligent chat system, and calculate a matching degree between each reply message and the user input message of the third type. The message distribution module 73 is further configured to send each reply message and the corresponding matching degree to the message filtering module 74.
The message filtering module 74 is configured to determine a final reply message corresponding to the third type of user input message according to the matching degree, send the final reply message to the messaging module 71, and send the final reply message to the client through the messaging module 71.
The modules referred to in the above examples are functional modules divided by function. In the embodiment of the present invention, only the division of the above functional modules is exemplified, and in practical applications, the function distribution of the server may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the server is divided into different functional modules, so as to complete all or part of the functions described above.
Alternatively, when the server is a server cluster consisting of multiple servers, an exemplary server architecture may be as shown in fig. 8. The server cluster includes: message server 81, processing server 82, resolution server 83, and proxy server 84. The processing server 82 and the message server 81, the resolution server 83 and the proxy server 84 respectively have communication connections therebetween, and the communication connections may be established based on a wired network or a wireless network.
The message server 81 is mainly used for transmitting and receiving messages, including receiving and transmitting messages from and to clients. Optionally, the message server 81 is also used for storing messages, including storing messages received from and sent to clients, so that historical message records can be subsequently searched when needed.
The processing server 82 is mainly configured to search and acquire a virtual resource matching all the order factor information based on all the order factor information.
The parsing server 83 is mainly used for parsing the message and identifying order factor information from the message.
The proxy server 84 is primarily used to generate virtual resource information (i.e., virtual resource orders).
With reference to fig. 9, a flowchart of an information obtaining method provided by an embodiment of the present invention based on the server cluster shown in fig. 8 is shown.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the technical solution provided by the present invention is mainly described in an application scenario of ordering movie tickets online. The technical scheme provided by the invention is also suitable for online ordering scenes of other products or services, such as online ordering of tickets for concerts, online ordering of tickets for performances, online ordering of tickets for airplanes, online ordering of various living services, online ordering of restaurants, online calling and the like. Aiming at the application scene, the client acquires all the order element information at one time and sends all the order element information to the server, so that the server generates a corresponding order according to the order element information, and the interaction times between the client and the server are reduced.
The following are embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention that may be used to perform embodiments of the method of the present invention. For details which are not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present invention, reference is made to the embodiments of the method of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 10, a block diagram of an information obtaining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The device has the function of implementing the client side in the above method example. The functions can be realized by hardware, and can also be realized by hardware executing corresponding software. The apparatus may include: a first obtaining module 1010, a first transmitting module 1020 and an information receiving module 1030.
The first obtaining module 1010 is configured to obtain a first type of user input message, where the first type of user input message is a user input message carrying all order element information, and the order element information is necessary information required for online ordering of a virtual resource.

And the scene selection unit is used for selecting the showing scenes which are the same as the film names and the cinema names, have the time intervals between the showing time and the showing time smaller than a preset threshold value and have the number of the remaining tickets not smaller than the number of the film viewers from the film ticket database.
And the movie ticket generating unit is used for selecting seats which accord with the number of the viewers from the selectable seats of the showing field and generating the movie ticket according to the selected seats.

An exemplary embodiment of the present invention also provides an information acquisition system, including: a client and a server. The client includes the information acquisition apparatus provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 10 or an alternative embodiment based on the embodiment shown in fig. 10. The server includes an information providing apparatus as provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 11 or an alternative embodiment based on the embodiment shown in fig. 11.
Referring to fig. 12, a block diagram of an information obtaining apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. It should be noted that, when the apparatus provided in the foregoing embodiment implements the functions thereof, only the division of the functional modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the functions may be distributed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus may be divided into different functional modules to implement all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the apparatus and method embodiments provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are described in the method embodiments for details, which are not described herein again.
Please refer to fig. 13, which illustrates a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. The terminal is used for implementing the information acquisition method on the client side provided in the above embodiment. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
terminal 1300 may include, among other components, RF (Radio Frequency) circuitry 1310, memory 1320 including one or more computer-readable storage media, input unit 1330, display unit 1340, sensors 1350, audio circuitry 1360, WiFi (wireless fidelity) module 1370, processor 1380 including one or more processing cores, and power supply 1390. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal structure shown in fig. 13 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components. Wherein:
The memory 1320 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 1380 executes various functional applications and data processing by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 1320. The memory 1320 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the terminal 1300, and the like. Further, the memory 1320 may include high speed random access memory and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 1320 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 1380 and the input unit 1330 access to the memory 1320.
The input unit 1330 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control. Specifically, the input unit 1330 may include an image input device 1331 and other input devices 1332. The image input device 1331 may be a camera or an electro-optical scanning device. The input unit 1330 may include other input devices 1332 in addition to the image input device 1331. In particular, other input devices 1332 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 1340 may be used to display information input by or provided to a user and various graphical user interfaces of the terminal 1300, which may be made up of graphics, text, icons, video, and any combination thereof. The Display unit 1340 may include a Display panel 1341, and optionally, the Display panel 1341 may be configured in the form of an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), an OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Diode), or the like.
Terminal 1300 can also include at least one sensor 1350, such as light sensors, motion sensors, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that may adjust the brightness of the display panel 1341 according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that may turn off the display panel 1341 and/or backlight when the terminal 1300 moves to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the gravity acceleration sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when the mobile phone is stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of the mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the terminal 1300, detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
WiFi belongs to short distance wireless transmission technology, and the terminal 1300 can help the user send and receive e-mail, browse web page and access streaming media, etc. through the WiFi module 1370, and it provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 13 shows the WiFi module 1370, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the terminal 1300 and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 1380 is a control center of the terminal 1300, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the terminal 1300 and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 1320 and calling data stored in the memory 1320, thereby integrally monitoring the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 1380 may include one or more processing cores; preferably, the processor 1380 may integrate an application processor, which handles primarily operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and a modem processor, which handles primarily wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated within processor 1380.
Terminal 1300 also includes a power supply 1390 (e.g., a battery) to supply power to various components, which may preferably be logically connected to processor 1380 via a power management system that provides management of charging, discharging, and power consumption. The power supply 1390 may also include any component or components including one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging systems, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like.
Although not shown, the terminal 1300 may further include a bluetooth module, etc., which will not be described herein.
In this embodiment, the terminal 1300 further comprises a memory and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors. The one or more programs include instructions for performing the client-side information acquisition method.
Referring to fig. 14, a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The server is configured to implement the server-side information providing method provided in the above-described embodiment. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the server 1400 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1401, a system memory 1404 including a Random Access Memory (RAM)1402 and a Read Only Memory (ROM)1403, and a system bus 1405 connecting the system memory 1404 and the central processing unit 1401. The server 1400 also includes a basic input/output system (I/O system) 1406 that facilitates transfer of information between devices within the computer, and a mass storage device 1407 for storing an operating system 1413, application programs 1414, and other program modules 1415.
The basic input/output system 1406 includes a display 1408 for displaying information and an input device 1409, such as a mouse, keyboard, etc., for a user to enter messages. Wherein the display 1408 and input device 1409 are both connected to the central processing unit 1401 via an input-output controller 1410 connected to the system bus 1405. The basic input/output system 1406 may also include an input/output controller 1410 for receiving and processing input from a number of other devices, such as a keyboard, mouse, or electronic stylus. Similarly, input-output controller 1410 also provides output to a display screen, a printer, or other type of output device.
The mass storage device 1407 is connected to the central processing unit 1401 through a mass storage controller (not shown) connected to the system bus 1405. The mass storage device 1407 and its associated computer-readable media provide non-volatile storage for the server 1400. That is, the mass storage device 1407 may include a computer readable medium (not shown) such as a hard disk or CD-ROM drive.
Without loss of generality, the computer-readable media may comprise computer storage media and communication media. Computer storage media includes volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. Computer storage media includes RAM, ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other solid state memory technology, CD-ROM, DVD, or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer storage media is not limited to the foregoing. The system memory 1404 and mass storage device 1407 described above may collectively be referred to as memory.
The server 1400 may also operate in conjunction with remote computers connected to a network via a network, such as the internet, according to various embodiments of the invention. That is, the server 1400 may be connected to the network 1412 through the network interface unit 1411 coupled to the system bus 1405, or the network interface unit 1411 may be used to connect to other types of networks or remote computer systems (not shown).
The memory also includes one or more programs stored in the memory and configured to be executed by one or more processors. The one or more programs include instructions for executing the server-side information providing method.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as a memory comprising instructions, which are executed by a processor of a terminal to perform the steps of the client side in the above method embodiments is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as a memory comprising instructions, executed by a processor of a server to perform the steps of the server side of the above method embodiments is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
It should be understood that reference to "a plurality" herein means two or more. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship.

Claims (12)
1. An information acquisition method, characterized in that the method comprises:
acquiring a second type of user input message, wherein the second type of user input message is a user input message carrying part of order element information;
sending the second type of user input message to a server;
receiving an information collection page sent by the server after the second type of user input message is identified, wherein the information collection page comprises an input frame for a user to input all the order element information, the information collection page is used for collecting all the order element information, and the information collection page comprises part of order element information identified from the second type of user input message and recommendation information of another part of order element information which is not identified from the second type of user input message;
displaying the information collection page;
in response to not receiving a confirmation instruction of the recommendation information, acquiring the other part of order element information input in the input box;
generating a first type of user input message according to the obtained all the order element information, wherein the first type of user input message is the user input message carrying all the order element information, and the order element information is necessary information required by online order of virtual resources;
sending the first type of user input message to the server;
and receiving virtual resource information sent by the server after acquiring the virtual resources matched with all the ordering element information, wherein the virtual resource information is used for ordering the virtual resources matched with all the ordering element information on line.
2. The method according to claim 1, before generating the first type of user input message according to the acquired all subscription element information, further comprising:
acquiring a preset message;
and sending the preset message to the server so that the server sends the information collection page to a client after recognizing the preset message.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the recommendation information of the other part of the order factor information is generated according to characteristic information of a user account of a login client, and the characteristic information is used for indicating a user personal characteristic corresponding to the user account.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, further comprising:
acquiring a third type of user input message, wherein the third type of user input message is a user input message which does not carry ordering element information;
sending the third type of user input message to the server; enabling the server to send the user input messages of the third type to at least two intelligent chat systems, receiving reply messages which are sent by the intelligent chat systems and correspond to the user input messages of the third type, and determining final reply messages corresponding to the user input messages of the third type according to the matching degree between the reply messages and the user input messages of the third type;
receiving the final reply message sent by the server;
and displaying the final reply message.
5. An information providing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
receiving a second type of user input message sent by a client, wherein the second type of user input message is a user input message carrying part of order element information;
in response to identifying the second type of user input message, sending an information collection page to the client, wherein the information collection page comprises an input frame for a user to input all the order element information, the information collection page is used for collecting all the order element information, and the information collection page comprises part of order element information identified from the second type of user input message and recommendation information of another part of order element information not identified from the second type of user input message;
receiving a first type of user input message sent by the client, wherein the first type of user input message is a user input message carrying all the ordering element information, and the ordering element information is necessary information required by online ordering of virtual resources;
acquiring virtual resources matched with all the order factor information;
generating virtual resource information for ordering the virtual resource;
and sending the virtual resource information to the client.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before sending the information collection page to the client, further comprising:
acquiring characteristic information of a user account logged in the client, wherein the characteristic information is used for indicating personal characteristics of a user corresponding to the user account;
and generating recommendation information of the other part of order element information according to the characteristic information of the user account.
7. An information acquisition method, characterized in that the method comprises:
displaying a chat conversation interface with the ordering server;
acquiring a second type of user input message input in the chat conversation interface, wherein the second type of user input message is a user input message carrying part of order element information;
sending the second type of user input message to the subscription server;
receiving an information collection page sent by the order server, wherein the information collection page comprises an input frame for a user to input all order element information, the information collection page is used for collecting all order element information, and the information collection page comprises part of order element information identified from the second type of user input message and recommendation information of the other part of order element information which is not identified from the second type of user input message;
in response to not receiving a confirmation instruction of the recommendation information, acquiring the other part of order element information input in the input box;
generating a first type of user input message according to the obtained all the order element information, wherein the first type of user input message is the user input message carrying all the order element information, and the order element information is necessary information required by online order of virtual resources;
sending the first type of user input message to the subscription server;
and displaying the received virtual resource information, wherein the virtual resource information is used for online ordering of the virtual resources matched with all the ordering factor information.
8. An information acquisition apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring a second type of user input message, wherein the second type of user input message is a user input message carrying part of order element information;
a second sending module, configured to send the second type of user input message to a server;
a page receiving module, configured to receive an information collection page sent by the server after the second type of user input message is identified, where the information collection page includes an input box for a user to input all order element information, and the information collection page is used to collect all order element information, and the information collection page includes part of order element information identified from the second type of user input message and recommendation information of another part of order element information that is not identified from the second type of user input message;
the page display module is used for displaying the information collection page;
a first obtaining module, configured to obtain the other part of the order element information input in the input box in response to a failure to receive a confirmation instruction for the recommendation information; generating a first type of user input message according to the obtained all the order element information, wherein the first type of user input message is the user input message carrying all the order element information, and the order element information is necessary information required by online order of virtual resources;
a first sending module, configured to send the first type of user input message to the server;
and the information receiving module is used for receiving virtual resource information sent by the server after the virtual resources matched with all the order element information are acquired, and the virtual resource information is used for ordering the virtual resources matched with all the order element information on line.
9. An information providing apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the page sending module is used for receiving a second type of user input message sent by the client, wherein the second type of user input message is a user input message carrying part of order element information; in response to identifying the second type of user input message, sending an information collection page to the client, wherein the information collection page comprises an input frame for a user to input all the order element information, the information collection page is used for collecting all the order element information, and the information collection page comprises part of order element information identified from the second type of user input message and recommendation information of another part of order element information not identified from the second type of user input message;
a first receiving module, configured to receive a first type of user input message sent by the client, where the first type of user input message is a user input message carrying all the order element information, and the order element information is necessary information required for online ordering of virtual resources;
a resource obtaining module, configured to obtain virtual resources that are matched with all the order factor information;
the information generating module is used for generating virtual resource information used for ordering the virtual resources;
and the information sending module is used for sending the virtual resource information to the client.
10. An information acquisition apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the interface display module is used for displaying a chat conversation interface with the ordering server;

a first sending module, configured to send the first type of user input message to the subscription server;
and the information display module is used for displaying the received virtual resource information, and the virtual resource information is used for online ordering of the virtual resources matched with all the ordering element information.
11. An information acquisition system, characterized in that the system comprises: a client and a server;
the client includes the information acquisition apparatus according to claim 8;
the server includes the information providing apparatus according to claim 9.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, for implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 4, or for implementing the method of any one of claims 5 to 6, or for implementing the method of claim 7.
