and displaying the cooking mode through a display device of the mobile terminal or the intelligent steaming and baking oven for a user to select.
4. The cooking method according to claim 1, wherein the step of activating the smart steaming oven based on the cooking selection command and the cooking mode comprises:
acquiring cooking parameters corresponding to the cooking modes;
cooking is performed based on the cooking parameters.
5. The cooking method of claim 4, wherein after the step of cooking based on the cooking parameter, the cooking method further comprises:
and when the fact that the maturity of the current food material reaches the preset cooking maturity is detected, controlling the intelligent steaming and baking oven to stop cooking.
6. The cooking method according to claim 5, wherein the step of detecting that the doneness of the current food material reaches a preset cooking doneness comprises:
acquiring the maturity information corresponding to the current food material;
judging whether the current maturity of the current food material reaches a preset maturity or not based on the maturity information;
and if the current maturity of the current food material reaches a preset maturity, judging that the maturity of the current food material reaches a preset cooking maturity.
7. The cooking method according to claim 6, wherein the doneness information comprises food material image information and food material internal temperature; the step of collecting the maturity information corresponding to the current food material comprises the following steps:
receiving the food material image information corresponding to the current food material collected by a shooting device in the intelligent steaming and baking oven, and receiving the food material internal temperature corresponding to the current food material detected by a food probe in the intelligent steaming and baking oven.
8. The cooking method according to claim 7, wherein the step of determining whether the current doneness of the current food material reaches a preset doneness based on the doneness information comprises:
judging whether the food material image information is matched with preset image information or not, and judging whether the internal temperature of the food material exceeds a preset temperature or not;
if the food material image information is matched with the preset image information and the internal temperature of the food material exceeds the preset temperature, judging that the current doneness of the cooked food material reaches the preset doneness;
if the food material image information is not matched with the preset image information and/or the internal temperature of the food material does not exceed the preset temperature, judging that the current doneness of the current food material does not reach the preset doneness.
9. An intelligent steaming and baking oven, characterized in that the intelligent steaming and baking oven comprises:
the shooting device is used for scanning the graphic information generated based on the food material information corresponding to the cooking food material;
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for executing the computer program and implementing the smart steaming oven based cooking method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
10. A cooking system based on an intelligent steaming and baking oven is characterized by comprising a cloud server, the intelligent steaming and baking oven and/or a mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal or the intelligent steaming and baking box is used for:
scanning graphic information generated based on food material information corresponding to cooking food materials;
analyzing the graphic information, and sending the food material information obtained by analysis to a cloud server;
the cloud server is used for obtaining at least one cooking mode based on the food material information and then transmitting the cooking mode back to the mobile terminal or the intelligent steaming oven;
the intelligent steaming and baking box is used for: and when a cooking selection instruction corresponding to the cooking mode is received, starting the intelligent steaming oven based on the cooking mode corresponding to the cooking selection instruction.
