Claims (8)

1. The color asphalt binder is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
main materials: 60-100 parts of petroleum asphalt, 40-80 parts of rubber grease, 60-100 parts of organic solvent, 20-60 parts of calcium carbonate, 10-50 parts of hydrochloric acid, 60-100 parts of stone, 20-60 parts of zinc carbonate, 10-50 parts of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and 6-10 parts of pigment;
auxiliary materials: 10-50 parts of a cosolvent, 6-10 parts of an antioxidant and 20-60 parts of fluororubber powder, wherein the cosolvent is 1-phenoxy-2-propanol;
reinforcing materials: 10-50 parts of adhesive, wherein the adhesive is cyanoacrylate, 60-100 parts of elastic paint and 10-50 parts of plasticizer.
2. The colored asphalt binder as defined in claim 1, wherein the petroleum asphalt is in the form of solid particles, the pigment is an organic pigment, the calcium carbonate is in the form of particles, the stone is in the form of blocks, and the zinc carbonate is in the form of particles.
3. The colored asphalt binder according to claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol.
4. The colored asphalt binder as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, in parts by weight: main materials: 65-95 parts of petroleum asphalt, 45-75 parts of rubber grease, 65-95 parts of organic solvent, 25-45 parts of calcium carbonate, 15-35 parts of hydrochloric acid, 65-95 parts of stone, 25-55 parts of zinc carbonate, 15-35 parts of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution and 7-9 parts of pigment;
auxiliary materials: 15-45 parts of cosolvent, 7-9 parts of antioxidant and 25-55 parts of fluororubber powder;
reinforcing materials: 15-45 parts of adhesive, 65-95 parts of elastic paint and 15-45 parts of plasticizer.
5. The colored asphalt binder of claim 1, wherein the co-solvent, antioxidant and fluoroelastomer powder comprise a binder matrix, the binder and plasticizer comprise an elastomeric buffer matrix, and the elastomeric varnish serves as an abrasion resistance reinforcement.
6. The method for preparing a colored asphalt binder according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1: firstly, respectively putting granular petroleum asphalt, calcium carbonate, stone and zinc carbonate into a grinder, and sequentially grinding the petroleum asphalt, the calcium carbonate, the stone and the zinc carbonate into particles with uniform sizes;
s2: taking four mixing pots, numbering the four mixing pots respectively, wherein the numbered numbers are respectively a first number, a second number, a third number and a fourth number, then respectively putting petroleum asphalt, calcium carbonate, stone materials and zinc carbonate into the first mixing pot, the second mixing pot, the third mixing pot and the fourth mixing pot, then putting rubber grease into the first mixing pot and the third mixing pot, respectively adding hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution into the second mixing pot and the fourth mixing pot, then respectively stirring the first mixing pot, the second mixing pot, the third mixing pot and the fourth mixing pot by using a handheld stirrer, and finally standing for 30 minutes;
s3: simultaneously putting the materials of the first mixing pot, the second mixing pot, the third mixing pot and the fourth mixing pot into a mixing cylinder, then putting the cosolvent into the mixing cylinder, and mixing and stirring all the materials after a stirrer of the mixing cylinder is started;
s4: taking out all the materials after the materials are mixed and stirred into a sticky state, and then putting the materials into a drying box for drying;
s5: putting a certain amount of organic solvent into a stirring cylinder, then putting the plasticizing agent, the fluororubber powder and the antioxidant into the stirring cylinder, mixing and stirring to prepare a spraying solution, and then adding the spraying solution into a spraying box;
s6: after the materials are dried, the materials can be taken out and put into a granulator for granulation;
s7: after the particles are cut into particles, the particles can be sequentially put into a spraying box, then a spraying solution can be sprayed on the particles by using a nozzle in the spraying box, the antioxidant and the plasticizer in the solution can effectively enhance the stability of the particles and can delay the aging of the particles, and the fluororubber powder can enhance the stability against the oxidant and the plasticizer and prevent the antioxidant and the plasticizer from being lost;
s8: and synchronously putting the adhesive, the elastic paint, the pigment and the organic solvent into a stirring cylinder, dissolving the adhesive, the elastic paint and the pigment to prepare a pigment solution, putting the pigment solution into a spraying box, and spraying and coloring the particles again to prepare the colored asphalt binder.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein in step S4, the drying oven is a hot air type drying oven, the temperature is set to 65 ℃, the drying time is 50min, and a rolling roller is arranged in the drying oven, and the rolling roller is matched with a press machine to roll the material, so as to reduce air bubbles in the material.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein in step S6, a vibrating screen is disposed at the discharge of the pelletizer, so that the cut particles can be screened and the cut particles have substantially the same volume.
