The preparation method of the artificial stone comprises the following steps:
s1, further crushing the gravel slag into powder by using a stone crusher, sieving the powder by using a 20-mesh sieve, then adding houttuynia cordata powder, allicin and water into the powder, heating the mixture to 45 ℃, stirring and dissolving the mixture for 2 hours at 800rpm, then adding the treated kaolin, continuously stirring and mixing the mixture for 40 minutes at 1000rpm until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and finally adding a flocculating agent to treat the mixture for 30 minutes to obtain a mixture I; the treatment process of the kaolin is as follows: heating kaolin to 800 ℃, and calcining for 3 hours at high temperature;
s2, adding a coagulant into the mixture I obtained in the step S1, stirring for 2 hours at the rotating speed of 500rpm until the mixture is uniformly mixed, then adding a mixture of epoxy acrylic resin and a corrosion inhibitor into the mixture, continuously stirring for 50 minutes at the rotating speed of 600rpm until the mixture is uniformly mixed, adding the mixture into a mold, finally adding a plasticizer into the mold, and processing for 3 hours to obtain primary artificial stone;
s3, stirring the pigment and the insecticide at the rotating speed of 800rpm for 40min, uniformly mixing, and then uniformly coating the mixture on the primary artificial stone obtained in the step S2 to obtain the artificial stone.

The environment-friendly artificial stone comprises a content, a wrapping layer and a decorative layer, wherein the content comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 39% of crushed stone slag, 4% of houttuynia cordata powder, 1.5% of allicin, 13% of high-collar soil, 2% of flocculating agent and 41.5% of water; the wrapping layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 86% of epoxy acrylate resin, 2% of corrosion inhibitor, 7% of hardener and 5% of plasticizer; the decorative layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 93% of pigment and 7% of insect-resist agent; the crushed stone slag comprises marble slag, quartz slag and granite slag; the flocculant is prepared from lignin and chitosan according to a weight ratio of 6: 2.5. The corrosion inhibitor is prepared from sodium hexametaphosphate and pyridine according to the weight ratio of 3: 8, preparing a mixture; the coagulant is prepared from magnesium chloride hexahydrate, calcium gluconate and an industrial adhesive epoxy curing agent in a weight ratio of 7: 5: 2, preparing a composition; the plastic agent is prepared from polyethylene glycol and emulsified silicone oil according to a weight ratio of 4: 1, preparing a composition; the pigment is pigment white 6, pigment yellow 42 and pigment red 101 according to the weight ratio of 1: 1: 1, preparing a composition; the insect-resist agent is prepared from pyrethrin and veratrum nigrum extract according to a weight ratio of 13: 8, preparing a mixture;
the preparation method of the artificial stone comprises the following steps:
s1, further crushing the gravel slag into powder by using a stone crusher, sieving the powder by using a 20-mesh sieve, then adding houttuynia cordata powder, allicin and water into the powder, heating the mixture to 43 ℃, stirring and dissolving the mixture for 1.5 hours at the rotating speed of 700rpm, then adding the treated kaolin, continuously stirring and mixing the mixture for 35 minutes at the rotating speed of 900rpm until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and finally adding a flocculating agent and treating the mixture for 25 minutes to obtain a mixture I; the treatment process of the treated high-level territory comprises the following steps: heating the kaolin to 780 ℃, and calcining for 2.5h at high temperature;

Test examples Performance test
1. Test samples: the environment-friendly artificial stone prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 7;
2. the test method comprises the following steps: carrying out a stone-making performance test of the inventor according to the national standard JC/T908-2013 of the artificial stone; wherein, the antibacterial rate 1 is the effect of resisting escherichia coli, and the antibacterial rate 2 is the effect of resisting staphylococcus aureus;

As can be seen from the above Table 1, the performance of the artificial stone manufactured by the raw materials and the method of examples 1-3 of the present invention is significantly higher than that of the comparative example.

Claims (10)

1. The environment-friendly artificial stone comprises a content, a wrapping layer and a decorative layer, and is characterized in that the content comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-45% of crushed stone slag, 2-5% of houttuynia cordata powder, 1-2% of allicin, 10-15% of high-collar soil, 1-3% of flocculating agent and 30-56% of water; the wrapping layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 83-91% of epoxy acrylate resin, 1-3% of corrosion inhibitor, 5-8% of coagulant and 3-6% of shaping agent; the decorative layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 90-95% of pigment and 5-10% of insect-resist agent.

The environment-friendly artificial stone of claim 1, wherein the content comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 39% of crushed stone slag, 4% of houttuynia cordata powder, 1.5% of allicin, 13% of high-collar soil, 2% of flocculating agent and 41.5% of water; the wrapping layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 86% of epoxy acrylate resin, 2% of corrosion inhibitor, 7% of hardener and 5% of plasticizer; the decorative layer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 93% of pigment and 7% of insect-resist agent.
3. Artificial stone according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said crushed stone slag comprises marble slag, quartz slag, granite slag; the flocculant is prepared from lignin and chitosan according to a weight ratio of 5-8: 2-3.
4. The artificial stone according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the corrosion inhibitor is prepared from sodium hexametaphosphate and pyridine in a weight ratio of 2-5: 7-10; the coagulant is prepared from magnesium chloride hexahydrate, calcium gluconate and an industrial adhesive epoxy curing agent in a weight ratio of 6-9: 4-6: 1-3; the shaping agent is prepared from polyethylene glycol and emulsified silicone oil according to a weight ratio of 3-5: 1.
5. The artificial stone according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pigment is one or more of pigment white 6, pigment yellow 42, pigment red 101, pigment blue 28, pigment green 26; the insect-resist agent is prepared from pyrethrin and veratrum nigrum extracts in a weight ratio of 10-15: 7 to 9.
6. A method for preparing an artificial stone according to any one of claims 1-5, comprising the steps of:
s1, further crushing the gravel slag into powder by using a stone crusher, sieving the powder by using a 20-mesh sieve, adding houttuynia cordata powder, allicin and water into the powder, heating the mixture to 40-45 ℃, stirring and dissolving the mixture for 1-2 hours, adding the treated kaolin, continuously stirring and mixing the mixture for 30-40 min until the mixture is uniformly mixed, and finally adding a flocculating agent into the mixture for treating the mixture for 20-30 min to prepare a mixture I;
s2, adding a coagulant into the mixture I obtained in the step S1, stirring and mixing uniformly, then adding a mixture of epoxy acrylic resin and a corrosion inhibitor, continuously stirring and mixing uniformly, adding into a mold, finally adding a plasticizer into the mold, and treating for 2-3 hours to obtain a primary artificial stone;
s3, uniformly mixing the pigment and the insecticide, and then uniformly coating the mixture on the primary artificial stone obtained in the step S2 to obtain the artificial stone.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the rotation speed for the stirring and dissolving in step S1 is 600 to 800rpm, and the rotation speed for the continuous stirring is 800 to 1000 rpm.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the step S1 is carried out by the steps of: and (3) heating the kaolin to 760-800 ℃, and calcining at high temperature for 2-3 h.
9. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein in the step S2, the stirring and mixing are performed at a rotation speed of 300-500 rpm for 1-2 hours, and the stirring and mixing conditions are that the stirring and mixing are performed at a rotation speed of 500-600 rpm for 40-50 minutes.
10. The method of claim 6, wherein the step S3 is mixing at 600-800 rpm for 30-40 min.
