Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly concrete member and a preparation method thereof, wherein the energy-saving and environment-friendly concrete member sequentially comprises a structural layer and a decorative layer, and the decorative layer comprises a first component of the decorative layer and a second component of the decorative layer; the structural layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 350-550 parts of cement, 50-150 parts of mineral powder, 600-750 parts of fine aggregate, 1200-1500 parts of coarse aggregate, 100-150 parts of water and 10-20 parts of water reducing agent; the first component of the decorative layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 800-1000 parts of cement, 150-250 parts of heavy calcium carbonate powder, 500-600 parts of white sand, 50-200 parts of yellow sand and 200-250 parts of water; the second component of the decorative layer comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-200 parts of cement, 10-30 parts of heavy calcium carbonate powder, 500-600 parts of black sand, 20-70 parts of yellow sand, 0.8-1.5 parts of pigment iron oxide yellow and 10-30 parts of water. The decoration layer and the component are made into an integrated product, and external decoration treatment is not needed, so that the working procedures can be reduced, and the construction period can be saved. The product thus produced has simple decoration effect, strong artistic sense, long decoration effect, no color change and no fading, excellent integral performance and reliable quality.
