The baffle plate moves to separate a plurality of stacks of bagged goods and fix a single stack of bagged goods, so that the bagged goods can be stored quickly and stably.

In addition, still there are many problems in the storage of present goods in bags, and the pile of present goods in bags adopts the alternating expression more, and efficiency is not high when having consumed a large amount of human costs, and has had when the goods in bags is stored in a warehouse easily collapse when the stack is higher and stack unevenness easily collapses the buttress phenomenon. These problems severely restrict the warehousing efficiency and bring inconvenience to warehousing.
Disclosure of Invention

The goods shelves framework comprises support body, an independent detachable bottom plate and a plurality of movable baffle of specific structure, the support body left and right both sides have bearing structure, support body one side has the control plate, is equipped with control power switching and control the button that the baffle starts and resets realizes the key operation to goods shelves. The bottom of the baffle is provided with a rectangular connecting sheet, four corners of the connecting sheet are provided with four bolt holes, and the connecting sheet is connected with the driving device through bolts to drive the baffle to move. The baffle is initially located on one side of the shelf frame.
The sensing system is composed of an infrared distance measuring sensor arranged at the lower part of the baffle, and the sensor can sense and transmit distance information through the change of infrared signal intensity, so that the position of the bag-shaped goods is realized.
The information processing system is composed of a single chip microcomputer arranged in the baffle and used for receiving and processing information and issuing instructions to the driving device.
The driving device consists of a linear motor module, the linear motor module is arranged below the bottom plate of the goods shelf frame body and is controlled by the information processing system to drive the baffle connected with the information processing system to move.
The control panel, the driving system, the information processing system and the sensing system are connected through a circuit.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the shelf is divided into a plurality of small spaces by the baffle plates to fix the bagged goods, so that the collapse phenomenon in higher stacking is prevented, and the storage of the bagged goods is more stable;
(2) the simple stacking of the bagged goods is realized without adopting stacking modes such as staggered stacking and the like, so that the labor input is reduced, and the stacking efficiency is improved;
(3) through the separation effect of the baffle, different types of bagged goods, particularly goods which cannot be stacked together, can be stored on a goods shelf, so that the full utilization of resources is realized;
(4) because the bottom plate adopts the step-up connection, the baffle adopts bolted connection with drive arrangement, it is more convenient when changing baffle quantity and reassembling, has improved the application condition of goods shelves.

The power supply is turned on through the control panel 1, when goods shelves are put into to the bagged goods, the infrared distance measuring sensor 9 detects the change of infrared signal intensity, the infrared signal is converted into a digital signal which can be identified by the single chip microcomputer 8 through AD conversion, the single chip microcomputer 8 processes the information and sends an instruction to the linear motor module 7, the linear motor module 7 receives the instruction, and the rotor drives the baffle 3 connected with the rotor to move to a position which is just in contact with the bagged goods to stop. When the single chip microcomputer 8 receives a reset signal from the control panel 1, a new command is sent to the linear motor module 7, so that the rotor drives the baffle 3 to return to the initial position.
