The reason for this is that: because of the above factors, especially the influence of the viscosity and surface tension of the paint liquid, when the paint liquid enters the die cavity of the painting die from bottom to top along the paint pipe and infiltrates the wire moving at high speed at the opening end of the painting die from bottom to top, the contact time between the wire and the paint liquid is short, the paint layer on the lower surface of the wire body close to the paint outlet of the painting die is often thick, and the paint layer on the upper surface of the wire body is thin. The foregoing is the basic principle of the present invention, however, in practice, the painting machine, as part of the overall painting process, is often installed extremely compactly in a small space of the overall production line; and the paint pipe is required to be painted in parallel, so the paint pipe extends along the radial direction of the wire traveling direction and is positioned right below the first group of nozzles, and the installation position of the paint pipe cannot be changed in any other way. At this time, how to design the second group of nozzles, namely the second painting nozzles, in a narrow space without additional modification and meet the basic liquid feeding requirement becomes difficult. Based on the above, the invention realizes the purpose of simple and convenient installation of the transition pipe by using the transition pipe and matching the head end screw with the fixing function and the drainage function, thereby not only ensuring the compactness and the rationality in structure, but also realizing the design requirement that the paint liquid flows from the original paint pipe to the second painting nozzle in a shunt way, and achieving multiple purposes.
