The enamelled wire consists of an internal bare wire and paint for wrapping the bare wire. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to disclose a painting device which is used for enabling bare wires to sequentially pass through a wire inlet groove, a wire passing groove and a painting die, wherein the bare wires are fully painted in the wire passing groove, redundant paint on the surface of the bare wires with paint is stripped by the painting die, and the redundant paint is recycled, so that an enameled wire with uniform surface painting is obtained, the superior performance of the enameled wire is ensured, and the resources are saved.

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, but it should be understood that the embodiments are not limited to the present invention, and functional, method, or structural equivalents and alternatives according to the embodiments are within the scope of protection of the present invention by those skilled in the art.
A painting device as shown in fig. 1 to 6 comprises a paint base 1 and a paint cylinder 2 arranged on the paint base 1, wherein a plurality of pairs of inlet grooves 21 and outlet grooves 22 are arranged on the paint cylinder 2.

The paint spraying pipe 3 is provided with the wire passing groove 30, paint in the paint spraying pipe 3 is sprayed into the wire passing groove 30 so as to paint the bare wire 5 fully, and excessive paint falls into the paint cylinder 2 and then falls into the paint returning groove 11 through the opening part 20, so that the excessive paint is recycled, and resources are saved.
The paint base 1 is provided with a paint return groove 11, and the bottom of the paint cylinder 2 is provided with an opening 20. The opening part 20 is positioned above the paint returning groove 11, and the first part 41 is positioned right above the opening part 20, so that paint falling from the first part 41 falls into the paint returning groove 11 from the opening part 20, the paint is convenient to recycle, and resources are saved. Paint falling off the surface during operation of the bare painted wire 5 can also flow into the paint return tank 11 through the opening 20. The paint base 1 is provided with a paint storage tank 12 and an opening 121 communicated with the paint storage tank 12, when the paint quantity in the paint return tank 11 is excessive, the paint can be moved into the paint storage tank 12 for storage, and finally the paint is taken out through the opening 121.
The painting die 4 comprises a first part 41, a second part 42 and a third part 43 which are sequentially arranged along the wire outlet direction, the cross sections of the first part 41, the second part 42 and the third part 43 are all round, the diameter of the second part 42 is smaller than that of the first part 41, and the diameters of the first part 41 and the third part 43 are equal. The second portion 42 and a portion of the first portion 41 are retained within the outlet slot 22.
The painting die 4 is arranged in the outlet groove 22. The painting mold 4 is provided with a first wire outlet hole 401, a second wire outlet hole 402 and a third wire outlet hole 403 which are sequentially arranged along the wire outlet direction and are communicated.
The first wire outlet hole 401 has a diameter gradually decreasing in the wire outlet direction, so that the bare wire 5 with paint can be quickly, easily and smoothly introduced into the paint die 4.
The aperture size of the second wire outlet hole 402 is unchanged and equal to the aperture of the wire outlet end of the first wire outlet hole 401, paint is reserved in the second wire outlet hole 402, the bare wire 5 with paint passes through the second wire outlet hole 402 and passes through the paint, so that the paint on the surface of the bare wire 5 is more uniform, and the superior performance of the enameled wire is ensured.
A sub-paint die 44 is clamped in the third wire outlet hole 403, and a fourth wire outlet hole 441 and a fifth wire outlet hole 442 which are sequentially arranged along the wire outlet direction and are communicated are arranged in the sub-paint die 44.
The fourth wire outlet 441 is communicated with the second wire outlet 402, and the aperture of the fourth wire outlet 441 is gradually reduced along the wire outlet direction, so that the bare wire 5 with paint can rapidly, easily and stably enter the sub-painting mold 44 from the second wire outlet 402. The diameter of the wire inlet end of the fourth wire outlet 441 is equal to the diameter of the second wire outlet 402, and the diameter of the wire outlet end of the fourth wire outlet 441 is equal to the diameter of the fifth wire outlet 442.
The hole diameter of the fifth wire outlet 442 is unchanged, so that the excessive paint on the surface of the bare wire 5 with paint can be stripped down to obtain an enameled wire with even surface paint, the enameled wire is ensured to have excellent performance, the excessive paint is basically retained in the second wire outlet 402, and part of the excessive paint is retained in the fourth wire outlet 441 and the first wire outlet 401. When the paint is overfilled, the excessive paint is extruded and discharged from the inlet end of the first wire outlet hole 401, falls into the opening part 20, and finally enters the paint returning groove 11, so that the paint is conveniently recycled, and resources are saved.
Also included is bare wire 5 passing through, in order, wire inlet slot 21, wire passing slot 30, first wire outlet hole 401, second wire outlet hole 402, fourth wire outlet hole 441, and fifth wire outlet hole 442.
The bare wire 5 is fully painted in the wire passing groove 30, the superfluous paint on the surface of the bare wire 5 with paint is stripped by the painting die 4, and the superfluous paint is recycled, so that the enameled wire with even surface painting is obtained, the enameled wire is ensured to have superior performance, and the resources are saved.
