In explaining the embodiments of the present invention, if a detailed description of related well-known elements or functions obstructs the gist of the present invention, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
The raw material of the optical sheet product provided by the invention can comprise an optical sheet and a protective film attached to two surfaces of the optical sheet, wherein the optical sheet can be a single sheet or a prism sheet jointed with a plurality of sheets. The optical sheet of the present invention is described by taking the optical sheet as an example, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the optical sheet may further include other optical sheet materials, which can be selected by a user as needed.
Referring to fig. 2, the apparatus for manufacturing an optical sheet having a hole structure according to the present invention includes a PET supply roller 1, a double-sided tape supply roller 2, a double-sided tape waste recovery roller 3, an optical sheet product raw material supply roller 4, a protective film recovery roller 5, a defective product inspection device 6, a punching device 7, a PET and double-sided tape recovery roller 8, a protective film supply roller 9, and an optical sheet product raw material recovery roller 10.
The PET supply roll 1 supplies a PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) film 11. The PET film 11 is conveyed in a certain direction. The double-sided adhesive tape supply roller 2, the double-sided adhesive tape waste recovery roller 3, the optical sheet product raw material supply roller 4, the protective film recovery roller 5, the defective product inspection device 6, the punching device 7, the PET and double-sided adhesive tape recovery roller 8, the protective film supply roller 9, and the optical sheet product raw material recovery roller 10 are arranged in this order in the conveyance direction of the PET film 11.
The double-sided tape supply roller 2 is used to supply double-sided tape and press the double-sided tape on the upper portion of the PET film 11 supplied from the PET supply roller 1.
The double-sided adhesive tape waste recycling roller 3 is used for recycling waste of double-sided adhesive tape laminated on the upper part of the PET film.
The optical sheet product raw material supply roller 4 is used for supplying an optical sheet product raw material which is laminated on the double-sided adhesive from which the waste is removed.
The protective film recovery roller 5 is used to recover the protective film from the back surface (the surface of the prism sheet without the prism pattern or the surface opposite to the surface bonded to the double-sided adhesive tape) of the optical sheet laminated to the raw material of the double-sided adhesive tape. The protective film on the other side of the optical sheet product raw material, i.e., the front side of the optical sheet, is not removed and remains as it is.
The defective product inspection device 6 is used for performing appearance inspection on the optical sheet product raw material from which the protective film on the back surface of the optical sheet is removed, and confirming whether the optical sheet product raw material has abnormality or foreign matter.
If the defective product inspection device 6 determines that there is no abnormality in the optical sheet product raw material and no foreign matter is present, the punching device 7 punches the optical sheet product raw material. step 1: supplying a base PET film, specifically, supplying a PET film with a thickness of 50-150 um from a PET supply roller 1;
step 2: laminating a double-sided adhesive tape on the PET film, specifically laminating the double-sided adhesive tape with the thickness of 10-50 um on the upper part of the PET film supplied in the step 1 through a double-sided adhesive tape supply roller 2; the state after step 1 and step 2 is shown in fig. 4 (a).
And step 3: removing the double-sided adhesive tape waste, specifically, removing the double-sided adhesive tape waste laminated on the upper part of the PET film by a double-sided adhesive tape waste recycling roller 3, wherein the double-sided adhesive tape waste refers to a protective film of the double-sided adhesive tape formed on the surface opposite to the surface laminated on the PET film; the state after step 3 is shown in fig. 4 (b).
And 4, step 4: laminating an optical sheet product raw material, specifically, laminating the optical sheet product raw material on the double-sided adhesive from which the wastes are removed in the step 3 by an optical sheet product raw material supply roller 4, wherein the optical sheet product raw material comprises an optical sheet and protective films attached to both sides of the optical sheet, the optical sheet can be a single prism sheet with a thickness of 50-200 um or a prism sheet with a plurality of pieces of bonded prism sheets, and the protective film on the front surface (prism surface of the prism sheet) of the optical sheet is attached to the double-sided adhesive in the step 4; the state after step 4 is shown in fig. 4 (c).
And 5: removing the protective film, specifically, removing the protective film on the back surface of the optical sheet (the surface without the prism pattern of the prism sheet or the surface opposite to the surface adhered with the double-sided adhesive tape) in the raw material of the optical sheet product by a protective film recovery roller 5; the state after step 5 is shown in fig. 4 (d).
Step 6: inspecting the product for abnormalities and foreign matter, specifically, performing appearance inspection by the defective product inspection device 6 to confirm whether the product has abnormalities and foreign matter;
and 7: blanking, specifically, performing blanking (reverse blanking) from the back of the optical sheet by a blanking device 7, and simultaneously performing half-cutting on a frame of an optical sheet product raw material, i.e., a half-cutting knife that pierces the optical sheet but does not pierce a protective film to cut a quadrangular frame of the optical sheet, and full-cutting on a desired hole structure, i.e., a full-cutting knife that pierces the optical sheet and the protective film completely to cut the desired hole structure, i.e., simultaneously cuts a quadrangular frame and a completely punched hole of the optical sheet; the state of step 7 is shown in fig. 4 (e).
And 8: removing the PET and the double-sided adhesive tape, specifically, removing the PET and the double-sided adhesive tape on the surface of the blanked raw material of the optical sheet product by a PET and double-sided adhesive tape recovery roller 8;
and step 9: a protective film is laminated, specifically, a protective film is laminated on the back surface of the optical sheet (the surface without prism pattern of the prism sheet) in the optical sheet product raw material subjected to punching by a protective film supply roller 9;
step 10: the raw material of the optical sheet product on which the protective film is laminated is stored, and specifically, the optical sheet on which the protective film is laminated and which has been punched out is wound up to the raw material recovering roller 10 of the optical sheet product.
According to the method and apparatus for manufacturing an optical sheet having a hole structure provided by the present invention, an optical sheet having a hole structure capable of accommodating a module such as a camera can be manufactured without an additional process. In addition, the optical sheet with the hole structure, which is prepared by the manufacturing method provided by the invention, can remarkably reduce the fraction defective of the module and can reduce the production cost. Further, the use of the base PET film can further reduce burrs, wrinkles, and the like of the punched edge of the hole structure.
Fig. 5A and 5B further illustrate the effect achieved by the manufacturing method of the present invention, fig. 5A is an enlarged view of the hole portion structure of the optical sheet manufactured by the manufacturing method of the optical sheet having the hole structure of the present invention, fig. 5B is an enlarged view of the hole portion structure of the optical sheet manufactured by the comparative test, the manufacturing method of the comparative test does not include steps 1 to 3, and other conditions are not changed, that is, the raw material of the optical sheet product is directly punched on the basis of the base-free PET film. As can be seen from fig. 5A and 5B, the edge of the hole structure of the optical sheet manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention is flat, and burrs, wrinkles, and the like are generated at the edge of the hole structure in the comparative test. Although fig. 5A shows a case where the double-sided tape is formed only in a part, the double-sided tape may be formed over the entire surface.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail.
