Abstract
The invention relates to a narrow strip die-cutting piece for preventing poor stripping and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: (1) material belt laminating: attaching the auxiliary release film (1) to the double-sided adhesive without the base material to form a material belt; (2) punching a material belt: utilizing a die cutting machine provided with a cutting board to cut the material belt downwards from the direction of the auxiliary release film (1); (3) the waste discharge process comprises the following steps: and discharging waste materials from the punched material belt to obtain a strip die-cutting piece, wherein the strip die-cutting piece sequentially comprises a base material adhesive-free finished product (21) and self-carrying base paper (3). Compared with the prior art, the included angle between the inner edge and the knife board is close to 90 degrees, so that the auxiliary release film is not extruded any more during die cutting, the adhesive tape can be retained on the self-contained release paper, and the problem of poor subsequent stripping is fundamentally solved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of die-cut piece production, in particular to a narrow strip die-cut piece capable of preventing poor stripping and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The non-substrate double-sided adhesive tape die-cut piece generally comprises an auxiliary release film, a non-substrate adhesive and a non-substrate self-carrying base paper from top to bottom, as shown in figure 2, the quality of the produced die-cut piece is uneven due to the existence of the auxiliary release film with different stripping forces and the double-sided adhesive materials with different viscosities.
According to the product requirement, the double-sided adhesive tape without the base material needs to be punched and cut into a strip-shaped narrow adhesive tape with the width of about 0.8MM, and the narrow adhesive tape is used for carrying out the next production or test.
After the auxiliary release film is punched, deviation is easy to generate, the position of the side surface without the silicon oil layer is stuck with the base material-free adhesive, so that the narrow adhesive tape cannot be retained on the base material-free self-carrying base paper, and the defects of poor subsequent peeling and the like are caused as shown in fig. 6.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a narrow die-cut piece and a method for manufacturing the same, which prevents poor peeling.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a method of making a narrow die cut piece to prevent poor peel, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) material belt laminating: attaching the auxiliary release film to the double-sided adhesive without the base material to form a material belt;
(2) punching a material belt: utilizing a die cutting machine provided with a cutting board to die cut the material belt downwards from the direction of the auxiliary release film;
(3) the waste discharge process comprises the following steps: and discharging waste materials from the punched material belt to obtain a narrow strip die cutting piece.
Further, the double-sided adhesive without the base material comprises a base material-free adhesive layer and base paper with the base paper, and during attaching, the auxiliary release film is attached to the base material-free adhesive layer.
Furthermore, a plurality of pairs of cutters for die cutting are fixedly arranged on the cutter plate, and the distance between every pair of cutters is consistent with the width of the narrow strip die cutting piece.
Furthermore, the punching layers of the cutter sequentially comprise an auxiliary release film and a non-base material glue layer from top to bottom.
Further, the waste material includes the no substrate frame of gluing waste material and the whole supplementary type membrane that contains supplementary type membrane waste material that forms after the die-cut.
After punching, the auxiliary release film is punched to form auxiliary release film waste, the non-substrate adhesive layer is punched and divided into a non-substrate adhesive finished product and non-substrate adhesive frame waste on two sides of the non-substrate adhesive finished product, and the auxiliary release film waste is positioned right above the non-substrate adhesive finished product.
Further, the cutter comprises an inner edge close to the auxiliary release film waste and an outer edge far away from the auxiliary release film waste during die cutting, and the included angle between the inner edge and the outer edge is 25-35 degrees.
Further, the included angle between the inner edge and the outer edge is 30 degrees.
Further, the included angle between the inner edge and the knife board is 90 degrees.
A narrow strip die-cut piece manufactured by the method comprises a finished product without base material glue and self-contained base paper in sequence.
Further, the width of the finished product of the base material-free glue is less than or equal to 8 mm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) in the invention, the included angle between the inner edge and the knife board is close to 90 degrees, so that the auxiliary release film is not extruded any more during die cutting, and the adhesive tape can be kept on the self-carrying release paper, thereby fundamentally solving the problem of poor subsequent peeling, which cannot be realized by the prior art;
(2) in the present invention, the peel defect rate is reduced from nearly 40% in the prior art to less than 4% with only a few minor improvements.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments.
Example 1
A method for manufacturing a narrow strip die-cut member for preventing poor peeling, the narrow strip die-cut member, as shown in fig. 1, sequentially comprising a finished product 21 of no base glue and a self-carrying base paper 3, the finished product 21 of no base glue having a width of 8mm, the method comprising the steps of:
(1) material belt laminating: attaching the auxiliary release film 1 to the double-sided adhesive without the base material to form a material belt; wherein, no substrate double faced adhesive tape includes no substrate glue film 2 and takes body paper 3 certainly, and during the laminating, supplementary from type membrane 1 and no substrate glue film 2 laminating.
(2) Punching a material belt: utilizing a die cutting machine provided with a cutting board to die cut the material belt downwards from the direction of the auxiliary release film 1; wherein, a plurality of pairs of cutters 4 for die cutting are fixedly arranged on the cutter plate, as shown in fig. 3, the distance between each pair of cutters 4 is consistent with the width of the narrow strip die cutting piece. The punching layer of the cutter 4 comprises an auxiliary release film 1 and a substrate-free glue layer 2 from top to bottom in sequence, as shown in fig. 2. Referring to fig. 5, the cutting tool 4 comprises an inner edge 42 close to the auxiliary release film waste 11 and an outer edge 41 far from the auxiliary release film waste 11 during die cutting, and the included angle between the inner edge 42 and the outer edge 41 is 30 °. The angle between the inner edge 42 and the knife plate is 90 deg..
(3) The waste discharge process comprises the following steps: and discharging waste materials from the punched material belt to obtain a narrow strip die cutting piece. Wherein, the waste material comprises the non-substrate adhesive frame waste material 22 formed after punching and the whole auxiliary release film 1 containing the auxiliary release film waste material 11. After punching, the auxiliary release film 1 is punched to form the auxiliary release film waste 11, the substrate-free glue layer 2 is punched and divided into the substrate-free glue finished product 21 and the substrate-free glue frame waste 22 on the two sides of the substrate-free glue finished product 21, and the auxiliary release film waste 11 is located right above the substrate-free glue finished product 21.
In this embodiment, the contained angle of inner edge 42 and cutting board is 90, can make supplementary from the type membrane no longer receive the extrusion when the cross cutting, makes the sticky tape can remain on taking from type paper certainly for peel off the defective rate and be less than 4%.
Comparative example 1
The difference from the embodiment 1 is that, as shown in fig. 4, the included angle between the inner edge 42 and the knife board is 75 °, and the auxiliary release film is pressed during die cutting, so that the adhesive tape is difficult to remain on the self-carrying release paper, and the peel failure rate is as high as 40%.

1. A method of making a narrow die cut piece to prevent delamination failure, comprising the steps of:
(1) material belt laminating: attaching the auxiliary release film (1) to the double-sided adhesive without the base material to form a material belt;
(2) punching a material belt: utilizing a die cutting machine provided with a cutting board to cut the material belt downwards from the direction of the auxiliary release film (1);
(3) the waste discharge process comprises the following steps: and discharging waste materials from the punched material belt to obtain a narrow strip die cutting piece.
2. The method for manufacturing a narrow strip die-cut piece capable of preventing poor peeling as claimed in claim 1, wherein the double sided adhesive tape without substrate comprises a glue layer without substrate (2) and a base paper (3) attached thereto, and the auxiliary release film (1) is attached to the glue layer without substrate (2) during the attaching.
3. The method for manufacturing a narrow strip die-cut piece with peeling failure prevention according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of pairs of cutters (4) for die-cutting are fixedly arranged on the cutter plate, and the distance between each pair of cutters (4) is consistent with the width of the narrow strip die-cut piece.
4. A method for making a narrow strip die cut piece with prevention of poor peeling as claimed in claim 3, wherein the cutting level of the cutter (4) comprises an auxiliary release film (1) and a non-substrate glue layer (2) in sequence from top to bottom.
5. A method of making a narrow strip die cut to prevent poor peel as claimed in claim 2 wherein said waste material includes non-substrate adhesive border waste material (22) formed after die cutting and the entire auxiliary release film (1) including the auxiliary release film waste material (11).
6. A method of making a narrow strip die cut to prevent poor peel as claimed in claim 5 wherein said cutter (4) includes an inner edge (42) adjacent to said auxiliary release film waste (11) and an outer edge (41) remote from said auxiliary release film waste (11) during die cutting, said inner edge (42) being disposed at an angle of 25-35 ° to said outer edge (41).
7. A method of making a narrow strip die cut to prevent peel failure as claimed in claim 6 wherein said inner edge (42) is angled 30 ° to said outer edge (41).
8. A method of making a narrow strip die cut to prevent delamination failure as defined in claim 6 wherein said inner edge (42) is at a 90 ° angle to the blade.
9. A strip die-cut piece manufactured by the method according to any of the claims 1-8, characterized in that the strip die-cut piece comprises, in order, a finished web-free glue product (21) and a self-carrying base paper (3).
10. A strip die cut piece according to claim 9, characterised in that said finished web-free glue product (21) has a width of less than or equal to 8 mm.
