The embodiment of the application provides a plate concealed insertion construction method, which comprises the following steps: mounting a plate blind-insert fitting part 11 on the base wall 3; or, the leveling keel 4 is arranged on the base wall 3, and the plate blind-insert matching piece 11 is arranged on the leveling keel 4; a plate blind-insert connecting piece 21 is arranged at one end of the first plate 1, and a plate blind-insert matching piece 11 is arranged at the other end of the first plate 1; connecting the plate concealed inserting connecting piece 21 on the first plate 1 with the plate concealed inserting matching piece 11 on the base wall 3 or the leveling keel 4, and inserting the concealed inserting strip 23 into the concealed inserting groove 13; the plate blind-insert matching piece 11 on the first plate 1 is fixed on the foundation wall 3 or the leveling keel 4; a plate blind-insert connecting piece 21 is arranged at one end of the second plate 2, and a plate blind-insert matching piece 11 is arranged at the other end of the second plate 2; connecting the plate hidden inserting connecting piece 21 on the second plate 2 with the plate hidden inserting matching piece 11 on the first plate 1, and inserting the hidden inserting strip 23 into the hidden inserting groove 13; pushing the second plate 2 towards the first plate 1 to eliminate a gap between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2, and then fixing the plate blind-inserted fittings 11 on the second plate 2 on the foundation wall 3 or the leveling keels 4; and sequentially installing subsequent plates to complete the installation of the whole wall.
First, the panel assembly 11 is installed on the foundation wall 3, and the panel assembly 11 is fixed to the foundation wall 3 by expansion screws. Then, the plate blind-insert connecting piece 21 and the plate blind-insert matching piece 11 are respectively installed at two ends of the back surface of the first plate 1, and can be installed and fixed in a screw or adhesive mode, when the screw is used for installation and fixation, the length of the screw is smaller than the thickness of the first plate 1 (a decorative integrated plate), and the length of the screw can be 10 mm. Then, the panel blind-insert connectors 21 on the first panel 1 are connected with the panel blind-insert fittings 11 on the base wall 3 or the leveling keel 4, the blind-insert strips 23 are inserted into the blind-insert slots 13, and the panel blind-insert fittings 11 on the first panel 1 are fixed on the base wall 3 or the leveling keel 4. Then, the second plate 2 is formed by referring to the form of the first plate 1 in an assembling mode, the plate concealed inserting connecting piece 21 on the second plate 2 is connected with the plate concealed inserting matching piece 11 on the first plate 1, the slidable connection is realized by inserting the concealed inserting strip 23 into the concealed inserting groove 13, at the moment, the second plate 2 is pushed towards the first plate 1 to eliminate a gap between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2, and then the plate concealed inserting matching piece 11 on the second plate 2 is fixed on the base wall 3 or the leveling keel 4, so that the installation of the first plate 1 and the second plate 2 is realized, and at the moment, no gap exists between the first plate 1 and the second plate 2, the appearance is good, and the operation is convenient. And sequentially installing subsequent plates to complete the installation of the whole wall.
It should be understood that when the base wall 3 is uneven or otherwise it is not possible to directly install the decoration plates, the leveling keel 4 may be provided on the base wall 3 and then the decoration plates may be installed on the leveling keel 4. The leveling keels 4 are connected and fixed by special tapping screws.
In an exemplary embodiment, before installing the panel concealed fittings 11 on the base wall 3 or the leveling keels 4, the method further includes: leveling is performed on the foundation wall 3 or on the leveling keels 4.
And leveling the base wall 3 or the leveling keel 4 to improve the flatness of the decorative wall surface.
In an exemplary embodiment, the gap between the first plate 1 and the wall on the side of the base wall 3, and the gap between the last plate and the wall on the other side of the base wall 3 are closed by decorative strips.
After the first decorative integrated plate (i.e. the first plate 1) at the leftmost side of the wall body is installed, a gap of 20.46mm is formed between the decorative integrated plate and the wall body at the left side of the base wall 3, and the decorative integrated plate and the wall body are subjected to closing treatment by using decorative strips and the like. After the last decorative integrated plate (namely the last plate) at the rightmost side of the wall body is installed, a 15.8mm gap is formed between the decorative integrated plate and the wall body at the right side of the base wall 3, and the decorative integrated plate and the wall body are subjected to closing treatment by using decorative strips and the like.
The plate concealed inserting construction method provided by the embodiment of the application adopts the form of a decorative integrated plate, a concealed inserting type section bar, a leveling keel 4 and a base wall 3, solves the problems of dry hanging method, assembly type installation, dismounting and recycling of the decorative integrated plate, and realizes quick construction of the decorative integrated plate and elimination of gaps among plates.

Claims (10)

1. A plate concealed insertion connecting structure is characterized by comprising a first plate and a second plate which are spliced;
the first plate comprises a first plate body and a plate concealed insertion fitting part; the plate concealed insertion matching piece comprises a first transverse plate, a second transverse plate, a third transverse plate, a fourth transverse plate, a first vertical plate and a second vertical plate; one end of the first transverse plate is connected with one end of the second transverse plate, and one end of the first vertical plate is connected with the connecting position of the first transverse plate and the second transverse plate, so that the first transverse plate, the second transverse plate and the first vertical plate form a T-shaped structure; one end of the third transverse plate is connected with one end of the second vertical plate, and the other end of the second vertical plate is connected with one end of the fourth transverse plate, so that the third transverse plate, the second vertical plate and the fourth transverse plate form a stepped structure; the other end of the first vertical plate is connected with the other end of the third transverse plate, and the fourth transverse plate is positioned on one side, far away from the second transverse plate, of the third transverse plate; the second transverse plate, the first vertical plate and the third transverse plate form a U-shaped hidden slot; the other end of the second transverse plate is flush with the end part of the first plate body, and a fastener penetrates through the first transverse plate to install the plate hidden insertion connecting piece on the back of the first plate body;
the second plate comprises a second plate body and a plate concealed insertion connecting piece; the plate concealed insertion connecting piece is arranged at the end part of the second plate body, and a concealed insertion strip is arranged on the plate concealed insertion matching piece;
the hidden inserting strip is inserted into the hidden inserting groove, so that the first plate and the second plate can be connected in a sliding mode.
2. The plate concealed inserting connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein the plate concealed inserting connecting piece further comprises a first connecting transverse plate, a second connecting transverse plate and concealed inserting strips;
one end of the first connecting transverse plate is connected with one end of the second connecting transverse plate, the side face of the other end of the second connecting transverse plate is provided with the hidden inserting strip, and the hidden inserting strip protrudes out of the other end of the second connecting transverse plate.
3. The panel drop-in connection of claim 2, wherein the panel drop-in connection further comprises a first connection riser and a second connection riser;
one end of the first connecting vertical plate is connected with the other end of the first connecting transverse plate, and the first connecting vertical plate and the hidden cutting strip are arranged on the same side of the first connecting transverse plate; one end of the second connecting vertical plate is connected to the connecting position of the first connecting transverse plate and the second transverse plate, and the second connecting vertical plate and the first connecting vertical plate are arranged on the same side of the first connecting transverse plate;
the first connecting riser and the second connecting riser are the same in height.
4. The panel concealed-insertion connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein the panel concealed-insertion fitting member further comprises a third riser, and the other end of the first riser is connected to one end of the third riser;
the other end of the third vertical plate is flush with the upper surface of the fourth transverse plate.

The board concealed-inserting connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein the board concealed-inserting fitting further comprises a fourth vertical plate, the other end of the first transverse plate is connected to one end of the fourth vertical plate, and the fourth vertical plate is located on one side of the first transverse plate, which is close to the first vertical plate;
the other end of the fourth vertical plate is flush with the upper surface of the fourth transverse plate.

mounting a plate blind-insert matching piece on the foundation wall; or, a leveling keel is arranged on the foundation wall, and a plate blind-insert matching part is arranged on the leveling keel;
a plate hidden-insertion connecting piece is arranged at one end of the first plate, and a plate hidden-insertion matching piece is arranged at the other end of the first plate;
connecting the plate concealed inserting connecting piece on the first plate with the plate concealed inserting matching piece on the base wall or the leveling keel, and inserting the concealed inserting strip into the concealed inserting groove; fixing the plate concealed insertion fitting piece on the first plate on the foundation wall or the leveling keel;
a plate hidden-insertion connecting piece is arranged at one end of the second plate, and a plate hidden-insertion matching piece is arranged at the other end of the second plate;
connecting the plate hidden-insert connecting piece on the second plate with the plate hidden-insert matching piece on the first plate, and inserting the hidden-insert strip into the hidden slot; pushing the second plate towards the first plate to eliminate a gap between the first plate and the second plate, and then fixing the plate concealed insertion fitting piece on the second plate on the foundation wall or the leveling keel;
and sequentially installing subsequent plates to complete the installation of the whole wall.
8. The method for constructing board blind-plugging according to claim 7, wherein before the board blind-plugging fitting is installed on the foundation wall or the leveling keel, the method further comprises: leveling the foundation wall or leveling keels.
9. The method for plate blind-insertion construction according to claim 7, wherein a gap between the first plate and the wall body on the side surface of the foundation wall and a gap between the last plate and the wall body on the other side surface of the foundation wall are closed by decorative strips.
10. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the panel assembly is fixed to the foundation wall by expansion screws or to the leveling studs by self-tapping screws.
