The leveling base 3 is arranged to be of a disc-shaped structure, so that the contact area between the leveling base 3 and the original wall surface 1 is increased, and because the wall plate 2, the connecting piece 6, the main sectional material 5 and the adjusting piece 4 are finally fixed on the original wall surface 1 through the leveling base 3 in the application, the stress area between the leveling base 3 and the original wall surface 1 is increased, the stability of the whole structure can be increased, and the wall plate 2 is prevented from being infirm and easy to shake after being installed. The adjusting part 4 is arranged in the center of the leveling base 3, on one hand, the acting force on the leveling part is uniformly acted on the leveling base 3, so that the bearing capacity of the leveling base 3 is increased, and on the other hand, the whole structure is more stable. A plurality of second through holes 31 are formed in the leveling base 3, and one ends of a plurality of first screws penetrate through the second through holes 31, so that the leveling base 3 is fixed on the original wall surface 1.
The leveling base 3 is provided with a third through hole 32, the bottom of the adjusting part 4 is provided with an inserting part 43, the leveling base further comprises a clamp spring 7 which is arranged at the bottom of the adjusting part 4 and used for fixing the adjusting part 4 on the leveling base 3 when the inserting part 43 penetrates through the third through hole 32, and the specific effect is shown in figure 1. The third through hole 32 is formed in the leveling base 3, the inserting portion 43 is arranged at the bottom of the adjusting piece 4, the inserting portion 43 of the adjusting piece 4 penetrates through the third through hole 32 in the leveling base 3, and the sectional area of the screw rod 41 of the adjusting piece 4 is larger than that of the inserting portion 43, so that when the inserting portion 43 penetrates through the third through hole 32 of the leveling base 3, the screw rod 41 can limit the inserting portion 43 to prevent the inserting portion 43 from continuing to move downwards, the clamp spring 7 is clamped at the bottom of the inserting portion 43, the clamp spring 7 further limits the inserting portion 43 to prevent the inserting portion 43 from moving upwards, and therefore the adjusting piece 4 can be fixed on the leveling base 3.
In this embodiment, the connecting member 6 is provided with a second groove 62 and a third groove 63, the second groove 62 is provided with a fourth through hole, the third groove 63 is provided with a fifth through hole, and the wallboard fixing device further comprises a second screw, one end of which penetrates through the fourth through hole and is used for fixing the connecting member 6 on the main section bar 5, and a third screw, one end of which penetrates through the fifth through hole and is used for fixing the wallboard 2 on the connecting member 6, and the specific effects are shown in fig. 1 and 9. After the adjusting piece 4 levels the upper end face of the main section bar 5, as long as the two ends of the connecting piece 6 are respectively abutted against the main section bar 5 and the wallboard 2, the surface of the wallboard 2 which is paved and attached can be ensured to be at the same height. However, the connecting piece 6, the main section bar 5, the wall plate 2 and the connecting piece 6 need to be fixed through screws, and in order to prevent the leveled end surfaces from being on the same plane after the screws are screwed in, a second groove 62 is arranged on the contact surface of the connecting piece 6 and the main section bar 5, a fourth through hole is arranged in the second groove 62, a third groove 63 is arranged on the contact surface of the connecting piece 6 and the wall plate 2, and a fifth through hole is arranged in the third groove 63. In this embodiment, the main section 5 has a serrated groove 53 on the end face where it is fixed to the connecting member 6, as shown in fig. 8. The end face where the main profile 5 and the connecting piece 6 are fixed is provided with a sawtooth groove 53, so that on one hand, friction between the main profile 5 and the connecting piece 6 is increased, and displacement of the main profile 5 and the connecting piece 6 is prevented. On the other hand, the third screw is better limited, so that the main section bar 5 and the connecting piece 6 can be better fixed.
A method for installing a wall leveling device comprises the following steps:
s1: according to the size of the mounting wall plate, a plurality of adjusting pieces with the leveling bases mounted are placed in the sliding grooves of the main section;
s2: adjusting the distance between two adjacent adjusting pieces, and fixing a plurality of leveling bases on the original wall surface;
s3: adjusting the height of an adjusting piece in the main section bar sliding groove on the leveling base to keep the tops of the main section bars on the same horizontal plane;
s4: inserting a first groove of the first wallboard into one end of a second bulge of the connecting piece, and fixing the connecting piece and the first wallboard through a second screw;
s5: the connecting piece is fixed with the main section bar through a third screw, and the second wallboard is inserted into the other end of the second boss.
