Claims (10)

1. A welding leveling device is characterized in that: the leveling device comprises a steel column (1) vertically arranged on the ground, a wallboard (2) laid on one side face of the steel column (1), a leveling component (3) with one end welded on the steel column (1) and used for leveling the wallboard (2) when the height of the leveling component is adjusted, and a connecting component (4) with one end connected with the leveling component (3) and the other end connected with the wallboard (2).

A welding leveling device as recited in claim 1 wherein: the leveling component (3) comprises a base (31) and a sleeve (32), wherein the bottom of the base is welded with the steel column (1), the top of the base is provided with a threaded portion, and the sleeve is matched with the threaded portion of the base (31) to adjust the height of the base (31).

A welding leveling device as recited in claim 2 wherein: base (31) including fixed plate (311) and one end and fixed plate (311) be connected, be equipped with double-screw bolt (312) of external screw thread, sleeve (32) including be used for supporting support platform (321) of wallboard (2) to and run through in support platform (321), with the external screw thread cooperation of double-screw bolt (312), in order to adjust screw thread through-hole (322) of support platform (321) height.

8. A welding leveling device as recited in claim 6 wherein: the bottom of the second bulge (412) is provided with a third groove (414) which is clamped with a second bar magnet.
9. A welding leveling device as recited in claim 7 wherein: the support platform (321) is adhered with a strong magnetic strip which is adsorbed by the first bar-shaped magnet and used for fixing the bayonet mother piece (41) on the support platform (321).
10. The use method of the welding leveling device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: welding the base on one side surface of the steel column;
s2: screwing the sleeve into the base, and adjusting the height of the sleeve supporting platform;
s3: a bayonet female part is fixed at the back of one wall plate, and a plug-in part is fixed at the back of the other wall plate;
s4: fixing the bayonet female part on the supporting platform;
s5: the plug-in is fixed on the bayonet female part.
