前記平板部は、前記延出部が接続される第1平板部と、前記回避部を挟んで該第1平板部とは反対側に配置された第2平板部と、を有し、
前記延出部は、前記第1平板部に接続されると共に複数の貫通穴を有する基部と、該基部から延出した折曲部とにより前記建物躯体に対して所定距離離れた位置に前記外壁部材を支持するよう構成されており、
