leveling the wall surface of the foundation wall by adopting a leveling support device, wherein the leveling support device is inserted into a hole which is formed in the foundation wall in advance;
fixedly connecting a leveling keel with the leveling support, tapping a self-tapping screw into the leveling support from the leveling keel to fix the leveling support and the foundation wall;
and installing the decorative plate on the foundation wall, wherein the second concealed insertion section bar is installed on the leveling keel, and the first concealed insertion section bar which is installed on the back surface of the decorative plate in advance is inserted on the second concealed insertion section bar.
