技术领域
本发明涉及表面施胶剂技术领域,尤其是一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺。
背景技术
现代的造纸技术中,表面施胶已成为纸页表面施胶处理的主要形式,其作用不仅仅局限于赋予纸张一定的抗液性,在某些情况,则更加强调其对纸张印刷性能、纸张表面性能的改善。因此,表面施胶又称为表面改性或表面增强。
促进表面施胶工艺发展的因素有很多,主要有以下几点:1.纸张品质的不断提高,一些高档品种必须经过一定的表面处理才能达到品质要求。2.涂布加工纸产量的增加,在纸张涂布前进行表面施胶,可有效阻止涂布前进行表面施胶,可有效阻止涂料向纸页内的渗透。3.环保问题及纸机的湿端的清洁需要,将部分化学品由湿端转移到表面添加,从而使纸机系统愈加清洁需要,将部分化学品由湿端转移到表面添加,从而使纸机系统愈加清洁,这对于大型纸机的生产过程控制及成本节约尤为重要。
现有的表面施胶剂制作中会产生大量污染物,破坏环境,有的还有毒副作用,直接影响生态和人的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种表面施胶剂,按质量份数计按质量份数计包括如下组分:硬脂酸30~40份、苯乙烯50~60份、引发剂5~8份、马来酸酐9~12份、戊二醛1~3份、乳化剂6~10份。
一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)将硬脂酸与苯乙烯混合,在反应釜中加入引发剂反应,反应温度70~80℃,反应时间为3~4h;
2)再加入马来酸酐、阻聚剂、乳化剂,继续反应2~3h,充分反应后,冷却降温得到所述环保型表面施胶剂。
作为优选,所述阻聚剂为羟基苯甲醚、甲基氢醌、2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
作为优选,所述乳化剂为阴离子乳化剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和非离子乳化剂烷芳基醚硫复配型乳化剂。
作为优选,所述引发剂为芬顿试剂或过氧化苯甲酰。
本发明工艺简单,使用的材料环保,无污染。本发明的表面施胶剂能够改善纸张的光泽度、具有良好的抗水性能,胶体的稳定性能好,价格低廉,适合企业生产和推广。

实施例1
一种表面施胶剂,按质量份数计包括如下组分:硬脂酸30份、苯乙烯60份、芬顿试剂5份、马来酸酐9份、戊二醛1份、乳化剂10份。
一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)将硬脂酸与苯乙烯混合,在反应釜中加入芬顿试剂反应,反应温度70℃,反应时间为3h;
2)再加入马来酸酐、阻聚剂、乳化剂,继续反应2h,充分反应后,冷却降温得到所述环保型表面施胶剂。
所述阻聚剂为羟基苯甲醚、甲基氢醌、2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
所述乳化剂为阴离子乳化剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和非离子乳化剂烷芳基醚硫复配型乳化剂。
实施例2
一种表面施胶剂,按质量份数计包括如下组分:硬脂酸35份、苯乙烯55份、芬顿试剂7份、马来酸酐10份、戊二醛2份、乳化剂8份。
一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)将硬脂酸与苯乙烯混合,在反应釜中加入芬顿试剂反应,反应温度75℃,反应时间为3.5h;
2)再加入马来酸酐、阻聚剂、乳化剂,继续反应2.5h,充分反应后,冷却降温得到所述环保型表面施胶剂。
所述阻聚剂为羟基苯甲醚、甲基氢醌、2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
所述乳化剂为阴离子乳化剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和非离子乳化剂烷芳基醚硫复配型乳化剂。
实施例3
一种表面施胶剂,按质量份数计包括如下组分:硬脂酸40份、苯乙烯50份、过氧化苯甲酰8份、马来酸酐12份、戊二醛3份、乳化剂6份。
一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
1)将硬脂酸与苯乙烯混合,在反应釜中加入过氧化苯甲酰反应,反应温度80℃,反应时间为4h;
2)再加入马来酸酐、阻聚剂、乳化剂,继续反应3h,充分反应后,冷却降温得到所述环保型表面施胶剂。
所述阻聚剂为羟基苯甲醚、甲基氢醌、2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
所述乳化剂为阴离子乳化剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和非离子乳化剂烷芳基醚硫复配型乳化剂。
对比例
将适量的20~30份丙烯酸、30~40份苯乙烯、10~12份丙烯酸丁酯放入反应釜中反应,反应3.5h,反应温度为90℃,而后在反应釜中添加1~2份硫酸铁、2~5份淀粉和淀粉酶反应,得到成品表面施胶剂。
将实施例1~3所得环保表面施胶剂涂敷于200g铜版纸的表面并与对比例为对比例进行对比,如下表:

通过上表可知,实施例1~3的纸张抗张强度指数强于对比例,而耐折度是对比例的4~5倍,表面粗糙度明显低于对照例。本发明制作的表面施胶剂不仅环保,而且能给纸张带来高表面强度、高平滑度、高耐折度、高防潮性能的优势。

1.一种表面施胶剂,其特征在于按质量份数计按质量份数计包括如下组分:硬脂酸30~40份、苯乙烯50~60份、引发剂5~8份、马来酸酐9~12份、戊二醛1~3份、乳化剂6~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺,其特征在于所述包括下述步骤:
1)将硬脂酸与苯乙烯混合,在反应釜中加入引发剂反应,反应温度70~80℃,反应时间为3~4h;
2)再加入马来酸酐、阻聚剂、乳化剂,继续反应2~3h,充分反应后,冷却降温得到所述环保型表面施胶剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺,其特征在于所述步骤2)中阻聚剂为羟基苯甲醚、甲基氢醌、2,5-二叔丁基对苯二酚中的一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺,其特征在于所述步骤2)中乳化剂为阴离子乳化剂壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和非离子乳化剂烷芳基醚硫复配型乳化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种表面施胶剂环保生产工艺,其特征在于所述引发剂为芬顿试剂或过氧化苯甲酰。
