Abstract
本发明涉及一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,包括:⑴采前品质调控处理;⑵低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理;⑶贮藏期间间歇式雾化防腐处理;⑷果蔬冷链物流微环境调控箱配送。本发明设计科学合理、使用高效,利用采前品质调控处理、低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理、贮藏期间间歇式雾化防腐处理及果蔬冷链物流微环境调控箱配送几大关键核心技术从蟠桃采前品质调控、采后预冷、贮藏、物流运输4个方面系统调控,实现蟠桃全供应链保鲜技术,解决蟠桃贮藏和物流过程中褐变、腐烂、软化难题,实现贮藏期60‑80天的蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜,具有重要的研发及应用转化价值。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农产品采后贮藏保鲜领域,涉及果蔬贮藏保鲜技术,尤其是一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法。
背景技术
蟠桃果实肉质细腻、色艳、味佳、肉细、汁多甘厚,每年外销港、澳及海外达百吨以上。但是蟠桃典型的呼吸跃变型果实,在成熟过程中品质转化快,使得蟠桃果实在采后运输、贮藏及销售过程中易于遭受生理伤害和病菌侵袭而发生褐变、腐烂,每年损失率为20%-25%,而欧美发达国家采后损失仅为1.7%-5.0%。
蟠桃物流方面,目前我国蟠桃主要以常温近距离运输为主,跨省、跨区域多采用保温箱+冰袋,存在保温材料保温性能差、机械性差、易老化、箱内温度不均匀,低温保持时间少,蓄冷性能差等问题,大多数仅能维持低温24-48h,无法满足长时间低温物流需求,以新疆蟠桃为例,物流到达内地销售市场,品质难以保证。
通过对现有公开专利文献的检索,有如下几篇技术相关的专利文献:
1、一种水蜜桃保鲜方法(公开号:CN104286159A),涉及一种水蜜桃保鲜方法,包括如下步骤:(a)待水蜜桃长至八成熟是进行采收,在水蜜桃达到八成熟前1-3天,每天上午9-12点期间将水蜜桃采收前专用保鲜剂均匀喷雾在水蜜桃上,每天喷雾一次,喷至水蜜桃上有水滴滴下为止,连续3天;(b)待水蜜桃长至八成熟时进行采收,采收当日上午不再喷洒,采摘后直接套袋、装箱、冷藏或常温保藏即可;该发明的水蜜桃保鲜方法是一种安全、高效的保鲜方法,有效的提升水蜜桃采摘前的抗腐败能力,能够有效的延长水蜜桃的保鲜期,使得水蜜桃的保鲜期由一般的20天左右延长至35天左右,最长的可达40天,效果十分显著。
该公开技术在采前喷施保鲜剂,有一定防腐效果,但桃贮藏的主要问题是组织絮败、褐变和风味损失,仅防腐调控难以取得很好的保鲜效果;采后缺乏及时预冷,物流缺乏保温,采后损失依然较大。故上述公开专利技术并没有有效解决桃贮藏保鲜的主要技术问题。
2、一种果蔬保鲜箱(公开号:CN108124954A),具体公开了一种水蜜桃保鲜方法,包括采收处理、清洗、杀菌保鲜处理、包装封藏等步骤。该发明所采用的杀菌保鲜剂包括贝壳粉末和植物提取液两部分。其中贝壳主要是牡蛎、蛤蜊、扇贝等的外套膜,植物提取液由马齿苋、花椒、生姜等经乙醇提取制备而得。该发明保鲜技术步骤简单,材料易得,适于普通果农、果商储藏水蜜桃。
植物提取物作为杀菌物质,有一定效果,但保鲜剂杀菌效果有限,提取物的杀菌效果存在局限性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种从采前品质调控、采后预冷、贮藏、物流运输4个方面系统调控,解决蟠桃贮藏和物流过程中褐变、腐烂、软化难题,实现贮藏期60-80天的蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,包括以下方法步骤:
⑴采前品质调控处理
采前1个月内每隔1周灌溉1次复合型抗老化抑制剂,采前1天喷施1次1-MCP溶液;
⑵低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理
利用低磁通密度静磁场协同冷激预处理设备对采后的蟠桃进行低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理;
⑶贮藏期间间歇式雾化防腐处理
低磁通密度静磁场协同冷激预处理后,蟠桃果实放置在冷库内,控制库温0±0.5℃,采用超声高压喷雾联合静压电离三级雾化系统,每间隔15d对蟠桃果实喷雾施加一次纳米加湿雾化防腐剂;
⑷果蔬冷链物流微环境调控箱配送
蟠桃贮藏结束后,出库采用冷链物流微环境调控箱配送。
而且,所述的复合型抗老化抑制剂由100mg L-1苯并噻重氮、1.0mmol L-1褪黑素、5mmol L-1γ-氨基丁酸、20mg L-1亚精胺、8mmol L-1抗坏血酸、1.0g L-1氨基酸、1.0g L-1水溶肥、1.0g L-1N6、3.0mmol L-1GA合成抑制剂组成。
而且,1-MCP溶液使用背负式电动喷雾器处理喷施,喷施量控制在80-90g·hm-2。
而且,1-MCP溶液包括:质量百分数占比的市售1.3%1-MCP粉末+0.2%吐温-20+1.5%壳聚糖+0.8%蒙脱石+2.5%的乳清分离蛋白+95%的去离子水。
而且,所述的低磁通密度静磁场协同冷激预处理设备包括处理箱,在处理箱的外部设置有静磁场线圈,在该静磁场线圈的外部设置有磁场隔音箱,所述处理箱与外部冷水循环系统连接,该冷水循环系统外接乙二醇制冷循环系统。
而且,低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理经静磁场协同护色剂冷激处理40-60min,冷激温度控制3-4℃,磁场强度70-80Gs,抗褐变护色剂组分:0.12mmol L-1的巯基组氨酸三甲基内盐EGT、0.5mmol L-1草酸、150μmol·L-1硝普钠,纳米加湿雾化防腐剂配方:1.2%苯并噻重氮+1.5%ε-聚赖氨酸+97.3%去离子水。

而且,所述的调控箱包括聚氨酯保温层贮藏腔体,在该贮藏腔上设置有上盖体,在该贮藏腔体的一个侧面安装有太阳能微型半导体制冷机,其制冷电力来源于太阳能电池蓄电的太阳能光伏板,该太阳能光伏板位于上盖体上,在太阳能光伏板的两侧设置有逆变器和蓄电池,蓄电池与设置在上盖体外部的直流微型真空泵连通,在贮藏腔体内部,所述太阳能微型半导体制冷机的出风口一侧设置有静压通风板,在静压通风板上均布有通风孔,在贮藏腔体的底部,所述静压通风板的下部设置有UVA白光灯管。
而且,在上盖体的内部,直流微型真空泵形成的真空气道的两侧设置有1-MCP复合防腐保鲜纸。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明方法在采前对蟠桃果实进行复合型抗老化抑制剂和1-MCP溶液处理,通过降低超氧阴离子产生速率、电解质渗透率、H2O2和MDA含量缓解常温货架高温逆境果实生物膜的伤害。
2、本发明方法使得桃果实在磁场作用下,极性电荷离子进入细胞,细胞外液的等效电阻增大,电导率降低,抑制膜透性的增大,抑制酚类底物与PPO酶结合,提高了蟠桃果实的抗逆性,抑制了酸性物质对果蔬的伤害,减少了叶绿素的降解,有效改善了果蔬表皮色泽,静磁场处理后的水分子受到洛仑兹力的影响,抑制了扩散效率,减少了水分流失,延缓了果实组织软化,有利于延长果蔬采后的货架期。
3、本发明方法中为了实现纳米雾化效果,采用超声加压一级雾化系统将低温保鲜剂超声一级雾化成10-30μm的雾滴,然后雾化液滴经流量泵运送到气液两相二级雾化系统,经过高压氮气经雾滴进一步打散,氮气作为其气体动力,将保鲜剂进行二级雾化,雾化喷头喷出的为干雾颗粒,粒径1-5μm,喷出的干雾颗粒进入高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统,在高压静电场的作用下,进一步电离成低温纳米粒子,为第三级雾化,雾化颗粒的平均直径约为40nm,尺寸大小可以决定液滴的稳定性,纳米液滴表面带有电荷使其更加稳定,穿透能力更强,可以使保鲜剂更加充分进入果蔬表皮的沟纹、皮孔、气孔和梗凹等部位,大大增加杀菌效果。
4、本发明方法中二级雾化采用纯氮气作为其气体动力,创新研发空气多级净化及微型膜制氮技术,对空气首先进行净化和杀菌处理,经过三层过滤、杀菌、除异味后,果蔬保鲜环境中的灰尘、细菌、真菌等微生物已经醇类、醛类、乙烯等有害代谢产物会被有效去除,纯净空气经净化后经空气压缩机进入微型氮气膜分离管,制备氮气纯度99.9-99.999%。使用纯净氮气作为雾化设备的气源,不仅可以有效抑菌,而且可以为灭菌消毒环境提供一个低氧环境,气到机械气调的作用,有利于果蔬贮藏保鲜。
5、本发明方法中蟠桃贮藏结束后,出库采用冷链物流微环境调控箱配送,该配送箱利用太阳能微型半导体制冷机、静压通风板及直流微型真空泵结合纳米TiO2改性聚氨酯保温层材料提供一种适用于果蔬冷链物流的微环境调控箱,实现采后及时预冷,有效抑菌,第一时间完成1-MCP处理,可实现长时间物流配送过程精准温度控制,同时自动完成自发气调处理,降低箱内O2,并有效清除乙烯、乙醛等有害代谢产物,降低呼吸速率,减缓有机物消耗,提高果蔬物流和贮藏品质。
6、本发明设计科学合理、使用高效,利用采前品质调控处理、低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理、贮藏期间间歇式雾化防腐处理及果蔬冷链物流微环境调控箱配送几大关键核心技术从蟠桃采前品质调控、采后预冷、贮藏、物流运输4个方面系统调控,实现蟠桃全供应链保鲜技术,解决蟠桃贮藏和物流过程中褐变、腐烂、软化难题,实现贮藏期60-80天的蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜,具有重要的研发及应用转化价值。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,具体包括以下几个核心技术:
1采前品质调控
采前1个月内每隔1周灌溉1次由100mg L-1苯并噻重氮(ASM)、1.0mmol L-1褪黑素、5mmol L-1γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)、20mg L-1亚精胺、8mmol L-1抗坏血酸、1.0g L-1氨基酸、1.0gL-1水溶肥、1.0g L-1N6、3.0mmol L-1GA(赤霉素)合成抑制剂组成的复合型抗老化抑制剂,降低PAL酶活性,抑制几丁质酶和纤维素酶的活性,减缓几丁质和纤维素的降解,解决蟠桃采后老化和组织絮败的技术难题。
采前1天喷施1次1-MCP溶液的方式(0.2%吐温-20+1.5%壳聚糖+0.8%蒙脱石+2.5%的乳清分离蛋白+95%的去离子水),1-MCP采用市有效成分1.3%的粉末状,使用背负式电动喷雾器处理喷施一次,喷施量控制在80-90g·hm-2,1-MCP通过降低超氧阴离子产生速率、电解质渗透率、H2O2和MDA含量缓解常温货架高温逆境果实生物膜的伤害。
2低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理
利用低磁通密度静磁场协同冷激预处理设备对采后的蟠桃进行低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理。
如图1所示,所述的低磁通密度静磁场协同冷激预处理设备包括处理箱6,在处理箱的外部设置有静磁场线圈4,在该静磁场线圈的外部设置有磁场隔音箱5。所述处理箱与外部冷水循环系统连接,该冷水循环系统外接乙二醇制冷循环系统。
所述的冷水循环系统包括蒸发器2,该蒸发器外接所述乙二醇制冷循环系统的冷凝器1和乙二醇储液罐9。乙二醇通过蒸发器输入处理箱的流体交换管,为处理箱提供冷源,冷热交换完成后乙二醇回收入蒸发器打回冷凝器后进入乙二醇储液罐,实现冷源的循环使用。
所述的处理箱通过控制系统3控制,该控制系统连接磁场强度传感器8和温度传感器7,磁场强度传感器和温度传感器设置在处理箱内。
所述的制冷循环系统以乙二醇溶液作为制冷剂,处理箱内设置有磁场强度传感器和温度传感器,可分别传递温度和磁场强度信号给控制系统,进行实时监测。
经静磁场协同护色剂冷激处理40-60min,冷激温度控制3-4℃,磁场强度70-80Gs,抗褐变护色剂组分:0.12mmol L-1的麦角硫因(巯基组氨酸三甲基内盐EGT)、0.5mmol L-1草酸(OA)、150μmol·L-1硝普钠(SNP)。
复合护色剂能够抑制PPO酶、CAT和POD酶的活性,抑制褐变。提高线粒体膜关键酶H+-ATPase、Ca2+-ATPase和SDH的活性,从而保证线粒体的ATP合成能为,维持细胞和生物膜结构功能完整。
磁场处理提高了果蔬的抗逆性,抑制了酸性物质对果蔬的伤害,减少了叶绿素的降解,有效改善了果蔬表皮色泽。静磁场处理后的水分子受到洛仑兹力的影响,抑制了扩散效率,减少了水分流失,延缓了果实组织软化,有利于延长果蔬采后的货架期。
桃果实在磁场作用下,极性电荷离子进入细胞,细胞外液的等效电阻增大,电导率降低,抑制膜透性的增大,抑制酚类底物与PPO酶结合,抗褐变。磁场,低磁通密度静磁场具有提高预冷效率,对微生物细胞活力、细胞增殖、细胞内离子浓度和细胞形态有明显影响,干扰磁场细胞死亡过程,抑菌作用。
3贮藏期间间歇式雾化防腐处理
低磁通密度静磁场协同冷激预处理后,果实放置在冷库内,控制库温0±0.5℃,为了防止桃贮藏过程中失水和微生物侵染,采用超声高压喷雾联合静压电离三级雾化系统,定期进同步加湿和防腐处理,每间隔15d处理1次。纳米加湿雾化防腐剂配方:1.2%苯并噻重氮(ASM)+1.5%ε-聚赖氨酸+97.3%去离子水。
如图2所示,所述的超声高压喷雾联合静压电离三级雾化系统包括保鲜剂配药系统、超声加压一级雾化系统、气液两相二级雾化系统、高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统、高压纯氮气储存与控制系统、纯氮气加压系统、氮气膜分离制备系统及空气多级净化系统。
所述的保鲜剂配药系统的保鲜剂出口连接超声加压一级雾化系统,空气多级净化系统的气体出口连接氮气膜分离制备系统的气体入口,氮气膜分离制备系统的氮气出口连通至纯氮气加压系统的氮气入口,纯氮气加压系统的氮气出口连接高压纯氮气储存与控制系统,超声加压一级雾化系统、高压纯氮气储存与控制系统通过增压气泵12连通至气液两相二级雾化系统,该气液两相二级雾化系统的出口端连接所述的高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统。
所述的保鲜剂配药系统包括若干个单元配液罐23通过液体泵与混液罐24连接,所述的混液罐的出口端通过液体泵连接入超声加压一级雾化系统内。
所述的超声加压一级雾化系统包括处理罐26,在该处理罐内设置有超声震荡板25,经保鲜剂低磁通密度静磁场协同预冷处理系统处理后的保鲜剂经过液体泵打入处理罐内进行一级雾化。
所述的空气多级净化系统包括空气净化室18,在该空气净化室内从空气入口端由外向内,依次设置有除尘过滤层21、负离子杀菌层20光催化除有害气体层19,空气净化室的气体出口端通过气体分流管17连接氮气膜分离制备系统15,所述氮气膜分离制备系统由若干膜分离管16组成,膜分离管长度20-40cm,直径4cm,氮气流量50-100m3/h,压力0.1-0.3Mpa,制备氮气纯度99.9-99.999%。
其中,除尘过滤层采用HEPA(高效空气过滤器)滤网,于0.1μm的空气细颗粒物有效净化率达到99.97%,该HEPA滤网以传统聚酯无纺布作为基底,在其上通过静电纺丝技术复合一层超薄的纳米纤维膜(纤维膜纺丝液由10%壳聚糖、80%聚乙烯醇、10%没食子酸,静电纺丝方法:滚筒式收集器控制在41rpm,进样流速为0.5mL/h,进样针至收集器垂直距离为15cm。连接注射器的不锈钢针头外观尺寸为0.7mm×32mm,直径为0.390mm)而制成的一种新型复合过滤材料。
负离子杀菌层主要由负离子发生器构成,发生器输入电压DC12V,输出高压-10000V±1000V,功率2W,负离子浓度20×106PCS/CM3。
光催化除有害气体层,主要由TiO2光催化羟基反应器构造,宽光谱紫外线(360nm)与TiO2金属催化剂作用及控制下稳定产生净化因子(羟基自由基、负氧离子等活性官能团),能够短时间杀灭空气中细菌、病毒和霉菌并可以分解VOC气体和异味,该光催化羟基反应器功率6W,电压220V,TiO2纳米涂层通过亲水性的无机二氧化钛溶胶实现,钛含量8-10%,溶胶粒径10-40nm,PH7-8,采用超声喷涂设备喷涂到模具上,喷涂温度300-500℃。
所述的纯氮气加压系统14连接在氮气膜分离制备系统的气体出口端,在纯氮气加压系统的气体出口端连接有所述的高压纯氮气储存与控制系统,该系统包括氮气储气罐13,氮气储气罐通过增压气泵将氮气储气罐内的氮气打入气液两相二级雾化系统中。
气液两相二级雾化系统包括气液混合罐27,在该气液混合罐前端设置有雾化喷嘴30,所述的高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统设置在所述的雾化喷嘴两侧,该高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统包括高压静电正极10及高压静电负极29,该正极和负极分别连接电源28的正极和负极,所述的高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统由高压静电控制箱11控制。
为了实现纳米雾化效果,本发明先采用超声加压一级雾化系统将低温保鲜剂超声一级雾化成10-30μm的雾滴,然后雾化液滴经流量泵运送到气液两相二级雾化系统,保鲜剂液体压力范围:0.1-0.2Mpa,经过高压氮气经雾滴进一步打散,氮气作为其气体动力,气压范围:0.2-0.5Mpa,氮气流量:0.15-0.2m3/h,将保鲜剂进行二级雾化,雾化喷头喷出的为干雾颗粒,粒径1-5μm。其中,超声震荡器采用10头雾化,工作电压DC45±3V,功率250W,工作电流5.5±0.3A,成雾量7-8kg/h,滤波电容:3300UF/63V,风机风量40.5CFM。超声雾化压力锅,采用50L卧式压力罐,承压能力≤1.5MPA,喷嘴孔径1-2μm,耐压6bar。
喷出的干雾颗粒进入高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统,在高压静电场的作用下,进一步电离成低温纳米粒子,为第三级雾化,雾化颗粒的平均直径约为40nm,尺寸大小可以决定液滴的稳定性,纳米液滴表面带有电荷使其更加稳定,穿透能力更强,可以使保鲜剂更加充分进入果蔬表皮的沟纹、皮孔、气孔和梗凹等部位,大大增加杀菌效果。
其中,氮气制备采用空气多级净化及微型膜制氮技术,制备氮气的空气22进入空气多级净化系统,首先进行净化和杀菌处理,净化系统由外向内,依次为除尘过滤层、负离子杀菌层、光催化除有害气体层。经过三层过滤、杀菌、除异味后,果蔬保鲜环境中的灰尘、细菌、真菌等微生物已经醇类、醛类、乙烯等有害代谢产物会被有效去除,纯净空气经净化后经空气压缩机进入微型氮气膜分离管,膜分离管长度20-40cm,直径4cm,氮气流量50-100m3/h,压力0.1-0.3Mpa,制备氮气纯度99.9-99.999%。使用纯净氮气作为雾化设备的气源,不仅可以有效抑菌,而且可以为灭菌消毒环境提供一个低氧环境,气到机械气调的作用,有利于果蔬贮藏保鲜。
膜分离管利用选择渗透原理来生产高纯度的氮气。各种气体组分在膜中溶解和扩散,形成自身特有的渗透速率。氧气是快气,它很快溶解透过膜壁,此时氮气仍然沿纤维丝内腔流动,形成富氮气流。富氧气流以大气的压力从膜中渗透出来而放空。分离推动力就是气体各组分在膜内外腔之间所形成的分压差。而大多数慢气和少量快气继续沿管程流动,到达膜组件的另一端,作为产品氮气而被利用。
4果蔬冷链物流微环境调控箱配送
蟠桃贮藏结束后,出库采用冷链物流微环境调控箱配送,如图3所示,该调控箱包括聚氨酯保温层贮藏腔体37,在该贮藏腔上设置有上盖体40,在上盖体与贮藏腔体之间设置有气密胶垫41,在该贮藏腔体的一个侧面安装有太阳能微型半导体制冷机45,其制冷电力来源于太阳能电池蓄电的太阳能光伏板34,该太阳能光伏板位于上盖体上,在太阳能光伏板的两侧设置有逆变器32和蓄电池33,蓄电池与设置在上盖体外部的直流微型真空泵35连通。
在贮藏腔体内部,所述太阳能微型半导体制冷机的出风口一侧设置有静压通风板44,在静压通风板上均布有通风孔,在贮藏腔体的底部,所述静压通风板的下部设置有UVA白光灯管42。
在上盖体的内部,直流微型真空泵形成的真空气道36的两侧设置有1-MCP复合防腐保鲜纸39,在上盖体上设置有气体控制阀38。
在上盖体的上部设置有温度控制器31,在上盖体的内部,所述保温层贮藏腔体内设置有测温探头43。
蓄电池储存的电量,先利用降压电路转化为12V的交流电压,再经过逆变器转化为直流电,分别供给太阳能微型半导体制冷机和直流微型真空泵的电机使用,太阳能微型半导体制冷机的冷端(蒸发器)在箱体内部,热端(散热器)在箱体外部,制冷机与箱体链接处做气密和保温防冷桥处理。
制冷过程中,太阳能微型半导体制蒸发器吹出的冷风经静压通风板(孔间距80mm×80mm,孔径6mm),均匀的进入贮藏腔体内,形成风速均匀的活塞流,实现贮藏内环境温度场稳定在±0.2℃,太阳能微型半导体制冷机的启停和贮藏腔体内温度的控制通过测温探头和温度控制器实现。
本发明可以实现贮藏环境长时间的控温精准难题,解决传统冰蓄冷和蓄冷袋蓄冷的保鲜环境内温度不均匀导致果实产生冷害冻害和制冷量不足导致的物流过程果蔬腐烂难题,另外,该调控箱配有蓄电池,在阴雨天或者阳光条件下也可实现贮藏腔体内持续稳定供冷。
微型真空泵采用12v直流电机,电机长度59.5mm,电机直径24mm,流量>1.1L/min,真空泵动力由太阳能电池提供。贮藏腔体内经真空泵除氧后,排除内环境气体使O2分压降低,而低氧可以抑制果蔬的正常生理活动、抑制腐败的微生物活动,减少营养物质的消耗,延缓衰老。
经真空泵除氧后,贮藏环境内部提供一个减压贮藏环境,低压环境,可以促进果蔬组织内挥发性有害气体(如乙烯、乙醇、乙醛、CO2)向外扩散,减少由这些物质引起的生理病害,其原理是,果实组织结构内气体向外扩散的速度与该气体在组织内外的分压差及其扩散系数成正比,扩散系数又与外部环境压力成反比;压力愈低,扩散系数越大,就越利于有害气体排出。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例所公开的内容。
Claims (7)
1.一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,其特征在于:包括以下方法步骤:
⑴采前品质调控处理
采前1个月内每隔1周灌溉1次复合型抗老化抑制剂,采前1天喷施1次1-MCP溶液;
⑵低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理
利用低磁通密度静磁场协同冷激预处理设备对采后的蟠桃进行低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理;
⑶贮藏期间间歇式雾化防腐处理
低磁通密度静磁场协同冷激预处理后,蟠桃果实放置在冷库内,控制库温0±0.5℃,采用超声高压喷雾联合静压电离三级雾化系统,每间隔15d对蟠桃果实喷雾施加一次纳米加湿雾化防腐剂;
⑷果蔬冷链物流微环境调控箱配送
蟠桃贮藏结束后,出库采用冷链物流微环境调控箱配送,
低磁通密度静磁场协同护色剂冷激抗褐变抗菌处理经静磁场协同护色剂冷激处理40-60 min,冷激温度控制3-4℃,磁场强度70-80 Gs,抗褐变护色剂组分:0.12 mmol L-1的巯基组氨酸三甲基内盐EGT、0.5 mmol L-1草酸、150 μmol·L-1硝普钠,纳米加湿雾化防腐剂配方:1.2%苯并噻重氮+1.5% ε-聚赖氨酸+97.3%去离子水,
所述的复合型抗老化抑制剂由100 mg L-1苯并噻重氮、1.0 mmol L-1褪黑素、5 mmol L-1 γ-氨基丁酸、20 mg L-1亚精胺、8mmol L-1抗坏血酸、1.0 g L-1氨基酸、1.0 g L-1水溶肥、1.0 g L-1 N6、3.0 mmol L-1GA合成抑制剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,其特征在于:1-MCP溶液使用背负式电动喷雾器处理喷施,喷施量控制在80-90 g·hm-2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,其特征在于:所述的低磁通密度静磁场协同冷激预处理设备包括处理箱,在处理箱的外部设置有静磁场线圈,在该静磁场线圈的外部设置有磁场隔音箱,所述处理箱与外部冷水循环系统连接,该冷水循环系统外接乙二醇制冷循环系统。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,其特征在于:所述的超声高压喷雾联合静压电离三级雾化系统包括:保鲜剂配药系统、超声加压一级雾化系统、气液两相二级雾化系统、高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统、高压纯氮气储存与控制系统、纯氮气加压系统、氮气膜分离制备系统及空气多级净化系统,所述的保鲜剂配药系统的保鲜剂出口连接超声加压一级雾化系统,空气多级净化系统的气体出口连接氮气膜分离制备系统的气体入口,氮气膜分离制备系统的氮气出口连通至纯氮气加压系统的氮气入口,纯氮气加压系统的氮气出口连接高压纯氮气储存与控制系统,超声加压一级雾化系统、高压纯氮气储存与控制系统通过增压气泵连通至气液两相二级雾化系统,该气液两相二级雾化系统的出口端连接所述的高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,其特征在于:所述的保鲜剂配药系统包括若干个单元配液罐通过液体泵与混液罐连接,所述的混液罐的出口端通过液体泵连接入超声加压一级雾化系统内,所述的超声加压一级雾化系统包括处理罐,在该处理罐内设置有超声震荡板,经保鲜剂低磁通密度静磁场协同预冷处理系统处理后的保鲜剂经过液体泵打入处理罐内进行一级雾化,所述的空气多级净化系统包括空气净化室,在该空气净化室内从空气入口端由外向内,依次设置有除尘过滤层、负离子杀菌层光催化除有害气体层,空气净化室的气体出口端通过气体分流管连接氮气膜分离制备系统,所述氮气膜分离制备系统由若干膜分离管组成,所述的纯氮气加压系统连接在氮气膜分离制备系统的气体出口端,在纯氮气加压系统的气体出口端连接有所述的高压纯氮气储存与控制系统,该系统包括氮气储气罐,氮气储气罐通过增压气泵将氮气储气罐内的氮气打入气液两相二级雾化系统中,气液两相二级雾化系统包括气液混合罐,在该气液混合罐前端设置有雾化喷嘴,所述的高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统设置在所述的雾化喷嘴两侧,该高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统包括高压静电正极及高压静电负极,该正极和负极分别连接电源的正极和负极,所述的高压静电场纳米三级雾化系统由高压静电控制箱控制。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,其特征在于:所述的调控箱包括聚氨酯保温层贮藏腔体,在该贮藏腔上设置有上盖体,在该贮藏腔体的一个侧面安装有太阳能微型半导体制冷机,其制冷电力来源于太阳能电池蓄电的太阳能光伏板,该太阳能光伏板位于上盖体上,在太阳能光伏板的两侧设置有逆变器和蓄电池,蓄电池与设置在上盖体外部的直流微型真空泵连通,在贮藏腔体内部,所述太阳能微型半导体制冷机的出风口一侧设置有静压通风板,在静压通风板上均布有通风孔,在贮藏腔体的底部,所述静压通风板的下部设置有UVA白光灯管。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种蟠桃采前采后协同防腐干预保鲜方法,其特征在于:在上盖体的内部,直流微型真空泵形成的真空气道的两侧设置有1-MCP复合防腐保鲜纸。
