Abstract
The invention discloses an outbound dynamic display method based on called attribution, which comprises the following steps: configuring at least one entity line for each user according to lines distributed by an operator, wherein the at least one entity line is used when the user makes an outbound call; and configuring an explicit number mapping for the at least one physical line, wherein each outbound city of the at least one physical line is configured with an explicit number group, the explicit number group at least comprises one explicit number, and the attribution of each explicit number is the same as that of the outbound city.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of outbound, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for dynamically displaying an outbound call based on a called home location, and an electronic device.
Background
In the outbound service, in order to take the call completing rate into consideration, it is generally preferable to make an outbound call using a line belonging to the same home as the called number.
In the prior art, an actual outgoing call line is selected from available outgoing call lines for outgoing call according to the attribution of a called number, and in order to charge for outgoing call conversation of a client, the actual outgoing call line is usually assembled into a virtual line to be distributed to the client, and the virtual line is reconfigured with a city routing entity line. However, as more than 300 cities exist in the whole country, each city needs to be configured with one physical line, so that the operation workload is huge, and the workload on one side of a line provider is also huge.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the present application is to provide a called home location-based outbound dynamic display method, device and electronic device, so as to solve the technical problem that the existing technical scheme for selecting an actual line to perform outbound according to a called number home location is complex.
In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted in the application:
in a first aspect, the present application provides a called home-based outbound dynamic display method, including:
configuring at least one entity line for each user according to lines distributed by an operator, wherein the at least one entity line is used when the user makes an outbound call;
and configuring an explicit number mapping for the at least one physical line, wherein each outbound city of the at least one physical line is configured with an explicit number group, the explicit number group at least comprises one explicit number, and the attribution of each explicit number is the same as that of the outbound city.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a called-home-based outbound dynamic display device, comprising:
a first configuration unit, configured to configure at least one physical line for each user according to a line allocated by an operator, where the at least one physical line is used when the user makes an outbound call;
a second configuration unit, configured to configure an explicit number map for the at least one physical line, where an explicit number group is configured for each outbound city of the at least one physical line, the explicit number group includes at least one explicit number, and a home location of each explicit number is the same as the outbound city.
In a third aspect, the present application provides an electronic device, which includes a processor and a memory, where the memory stores at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes to be executed, or a set of instructions, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the set of codes to be executed, or the set of instructions is executed by the processor to implement the called-home-based outbound dynamic display method according to the first aspect.
In a fourth aspect, the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes, or a set of instructions is stored, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the set of codes, or the set of instructions is executed by a processor to implement the called-home-based outbound dynamic display method according to the first aspect.
The beneficial effect of this application is: the application provides a called home location-based outbound dynamic display method, a called home location-based outbound dynamic display device and electronic equipment, wherein a user only needs to configure one physical line, configure different explicit number groups for the physical line, and select one from the explicit number groups to display according to the home location of the called number, so that the configuration workload of an operator side and an operation side is greatly saved.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present application are further described in detail with reference to the following specific embodiments, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, but not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The application provides a called home location-based outbound dynamic display method, a called home location-based outbound dynamic display device and electronic equipment, and aims to solve the technical problem that the existing technical scheme for selecting an actual line to carry out outbound according to a called number home location is complex.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of a called home-based outbound dynamic display method according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method includes:
s101, configuring at least one entity line for each user according to lines distributed by an operator;
wherein, the at least one physical line is used when the user makes an outgoing call.
S102, configuring an explicit number mapping for the at least one physical line.
Wherein, each outbound city of the at least one physical line is configured with an explicit number group, the explicit number group at least comprises one explicit number, and the attribution of each explicit number is the same as that of the outbound city.
It is understood that each city is configured with a different set of explicit numbers, and all the explicit numbers in each set belong to that city.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of a method for obtaining an explicit number of a physical line according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method includes:
s201, the user initiates a call request to any called number;
with respect to step S201, in one embodiment, the user may initiate a call request to the called number based on the SIP protocol through a freeswitch client.
S202, obtaining the attribution of the called number, and selecting the corresponding foreign number based on the attribution of the called number
One of the exon numbers in the set of exon numbers is used as the exon number of the at least one physical line.
For step S202, one of the explicit numbers in the explicit number group may be selected as the explicit number of the at least one physical line according to a polling or random manner, and it is understood that one manner of polling is to sequentially select the explicit numbers from the front to the back of the explicit numbers in the explicit number group, and another manner of polling is to sequentially select the explicit numbers from the back to the front of the explicit numbers in the explicit number group.
In one embodiment, when obtaining the home location of the called number fails, an explicit number is randomly selected from all the explicit number groups as the explicit number of the at least one physical line.
And after the call request is finished, calculating a telephone bill of the call request and listing the telephone bill into the at least one entity line, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of calculating the line cost.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of a called-home-based outbound dynamic display device according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the device includes:
a first configuration unit 301, configured to configure at least one physical line for each user according to a line allocated by an operator, where the at least one physical line is used when the user makes an outbound call;
a second configuring unit 302, configured to configure an explicit number map for the at least one physical line, where an explicit number group is configured for each outbound city of the at least one physical line, the explicit number group at least includes one explicit number, and a home location of each explicit number is the same as the outbound city.
In an embodiment, please refer to fig. 4, which shows a schematic structural diagram of a called-home-based outbound dynamic display device according to an embodiment of the present application, the device further includes:
a first initiating unit 303, configured to initiate a call request to any called number by the user;
a first obtaining unit 304, configured to obtain a home location of the called number, and select one of the exon groups as an exon of the at least one physical line based on the home location of the called number.
Referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the electronic device may include: at least one network interface 502, a memory 503, and at least one processor 501. The various components in the electronic device are coupled together by a bus system 504. It will be appreciated that the bus system 504 is used to enable communications among the components. The bus system 504 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to a data bus, but for clarity of illustration, the various buses are labeled as bus system 504 in FIG. 5.
In some embodiments, memory 503 stores the following elements, executable modules or data structures, or a subset thereof, or an expanded set thereof: an operating system 5031 and application programs 5032.
The operating system 5031 includes various system programs, such as a framework layer, a core library layer, a driver layer, and the like, for implementing various outgoing services and processing hardware-based tasks. The application 5032 includes various applications, such as a Media Player (Media Player), a Browser (Browser), and the like, for implementing various application services. The program for implementing the method of the embodiment of the present application may be included in an application program.
In the above embodiment, the electronic device further includes: at least one instruction, at least one program, set of codes, or set of instructions stored on the memory 503 that is executable by the processor 501 to perform the steps of implementing any called-home based outbound dynamic display method described in the embodiments of the present application.
In one embodiment, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which at least one instruction, at least one program, code set, or instruction set is stored, and when executed by a processor, the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the instruction set implements any of the steps of the called-home-based outbound dynamic display method in the embodiments of the present application.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, and that the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the instruction set may be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the code set, or the instruction set may implement the steps of any of the mapping methods described in the embodiments of the present application. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The embodiments of the present application have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are only illustrative and not restrictive; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, which are within the protection scope of the present application.
Claims (9)
1. A called home location-based outbound dynamic display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
configuring at least one entity line for each user according to lines distributed by an operator, wherein the at least one entity line is used when the user makes an outbound call;
and configuring an explicit number mapping for the at least one physical line, wherein each outbound city of the at least one physical line is configured with an explicit number group, the explicit number group at least comprises one explicit number, and the attribution of each explicit number is the same as that of the outbound city.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
the user initiates a call request to any called number;
and acquiring the attribution of the called number, and selecting one exon number in the corresponding exon number group as the exon number of the at least one entity line based on the attribution of the called number.
3. The called-home-based outbound dynamic display method of claim 2 wherein one of said explicit numbers is selected as the explicit number of said at least one physical line in a round-robin or random manner.
4. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein when the home location of the called number fails to be obtained, an explicit number is randomly selected from all the explicit number groups as the explicit number of the at least one physical line.
5. A called home-based outbound dynamic display method according to any one of claims 2-4,
the method is characterized in that a telephone bill of the call request is calculated and is listed in the at least one entity line.
6. An outbound dynamic display device based on a called home location, the device comprising:
a first configuration unit, configured to configure at least one physical line for each user according to a line allocated by an operator, where the at least one physical line is used when the user makes an outbound call;
a second configuration unit, configured to configure an explicit number map for the at least one physical line, where an explicit number group is configured for each outbound city of the at least one physical line, the explicit number group includes at least one explicit number, and a home location of each explicit number is the same as the outbound city.
7. The dynamic called-home-based outbound call display apparatus of claim 6, wherein said apparatus further comprises:
a first initiating unit, configured to initiate a call request to any called number by the user;
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain an attribution of the called number, and select one of the exon groups as an exon of the at least one physical line based on the attribution of the called number.
8. An electronic device, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of codes or a set of instructions, and the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the set of codes or the set of instructions is executed by the processor to implement the called-home-based outbound dynamic display method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon at least one instruction, at least one program, a set of code or a set of instructions, the at least one instruction, the at least one program, the set of code or the set of instructions being executable by a processor to implement the method for called-home-based outbound dynamic display according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
