Background
In the outbound service, it is generally preferable to make an outbound call using a line belonging to the same home location as the called number in order to consider the call completion rate.
In the prior art, an actual line is selected from available outbound lines according to the attribution of a called number to carry out outbound, and in order to facilitate outbound call charging for customers, the lines are generally assembled into a virtual line to be allocated to the customers, and the virtual line is reconfigured with an urban routing entity line. However, since there are 300 cities in the whole country, each city needs to be configured with one entity line, so that the operation workload is huge, the workload of a line manufacturer is also great, and the actual location is inconsistent with the attribution of the called number due to the reasons of business trip, travel and the like of users of part of the called numbers, so that the allocation of the explicit number is not accurate if the explicit number is allocated only according to the attribution of the called number.

It can be understood that when the current location of the called number is consistent with the attribution, any one of the external number groups of the external calling city corresponding to the attribution is obtained as the external number of the entity line; when the user of the called number is inconsistent with the attribution of the called number due to business trip, travel and the like, any one of the external number groups of the external calling city corresponding to the actual local city is obtained as the external number of the entity line, so that the call completing rate of the called number is improved.
In one embodiment, one of the explicit numbers in the set of explicit numbers may be selected as an explicit number of the at least one physical line according to a round robin or random manner, it being understood that one way of round robin is to sequentially select an explicit number from front to back of an explicit number in the set of explicit numbers, and another way of round robin is to sequentially select an explicit number from back to front of an explicit number in the set of explicit numbers.
In one embodiment, when the called number attribution corresponds to the outbound city of the outbound number group, one outbound number is randomly selected from all the outbound number groups to be used as the outbound number of the at least one entity line.
