As shown in the figure, the steel template adopts a channel steel 1 with a groove-shaped section and a proper specification, and the channel steel is provided with an upper wing plate, a lower wing plate and a concave cavity formed between the upper wing plate and the lower wing plate; according to the design, four through holes 5 are arranged in the middle of a lower wing plate at the supporting leg tool part of the steel template in a line shape, two sides of each through hole are respectively provided with a round steel used as a rotating shaft of a steel bar positioning rod and an angle steel positioning rod, the rotating shaft is arranged in a concave cavity, one end of the rotating shaft is fixedly welded with an upper wing plate, the other end of the rotating shaft is fixedly welded with the lower wing plate, and the rotating shaft is perpendicular to the plane of the upper wing plate and the plane of the lower.
