本发明涉及一种面料缝纫机,尤其是一种使面料的每一针缝接都具备一线头,产生独立性的反扣作用,令每一针缝接不相互影响的塑料织造面料缝纫机。
背景技术
针对化纤面料,现有的化纤面料缝纫机,一般系在化纤面料上以不同材质的缝线连续缝接(如面料为PET或尼龙材质,缝线为棉材质),当化纤面料作废料处理时,其不同材质缝线不利于回收再利用,影响回收品质;又现有化纤面料缝纫机,其连续缝接面料的结构,当面料其中一段车线断裂时,相连的其他车线则会受到影响脱落,甚至造成整件成品的可承受力降低而破裂,故现有的化纤面料缝纫机的可靠性较低。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,提供一种塑料织造面料缝纫机,解决现有技术所面临的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,是在一低温的缝纫工作台的台面一端设有至少一出线缝纫装置;
该缝纫工作台的台面表面设有至少一线头成型凹孔;
该一出线缝纫装置至少包括一出线针筒,该出线针筒的筒体组设于一能够上下往复运动的支撑架上,该出线针筒一端相对该线头成型凹孔形成有一尖锥形状的出料针部,该出料针部的尖端能够由该筒体靠近与离开该缝纫工作台的台面,而形成一穿进与穿出该线头成型凹孔的动作,且该尖端由外而内设有一相通于该筒体内部的一容室的针孔,该容室的相反于针孔的一端设有一入料口,该入料口由一接料管接入加压的熔融状态塑料;
当重叠的两面料,铺置在该缝纫工作台的台面上欲进行缝合时,该出线针筒的出料针部尖端穿过两面料,进入该线头成型凹孔内,能够由该针孔将该容室内的塑料注入该线头成型凹孔内冷却,成型一反扣两面料的线头,并由该出料针部的尖端退出两面料,生成一小段缝线的过程,同时由该出料针部的尖端在两面料上相对位移,完成两面料的一针缝接;仅须由连续性的多针缝接,即能进行或完成两面料的缝合;借由两面料的每一针缝接,都具备该一线头,产生独立性的反扣作用,达成每一针不相互影响并提升固定性的功效。
其中,该支撑架,包括一升降台及一组设于该升降台的滑座,且该出线针筒设置于该滑座上;通过该滑座于该升降台上往复位移,控制该出料针部作穿缝动作。
其中,该缝纫工作台的台面上,设置有至少一线性滑轨组,该一线性滑轨组包括有一Y轴线性滑轨及一X轴线性滑轨,该X轴线性滑轨系于该Y轴线性滑轨滑动位移,且该X轴线性滑轨上设置有该出线缝纫装置;通过该Y轴线性滑轨及X轴线性滑轨,使该出线缝纫装置于该台面上作Y轴向以及X轴向的位移缝纫动作,达到电脑自动控制该出料针部于该两面料上缝纫的效果。
其中,该缝纫工作台的台面一端设置有一滚筒式送料机,另一端设置有一滚筒式收料机,该滚筒式收料机,包括有一第一收料筒及一第二收料筒,该第一收料筒与该第二收料筒之间,设置有一于一活动槽内上下往复位移的活动转向筒及一固定转向筒,且该活动转向筒的下部及上部分别设置有一第一感应元件及一第二感应元件;当该第一收料筒持续卷收面料,使得该活动转向筒位移至底部位置触发该第一感应元件,该第一收料筒停止,该第二收料筒开始卷收;当该第二收料筒持续卷收面料,使得该活动转向筒位移至顶部位置触发该第二感应元件,该第二收料筒停止,该第一收料筒开始卷收,使该滚筒式收料机精准地卷收面料。
其中,该缝纫工作台内部的线头成型凹孔周遭,设有至少一道冷却水路;当该针孔将该容室内的塑料注入该线头成型凹孔内时,该冷却水到能有效降低熔融状态塑料的温度,加速冷却固化的效果。
其中,该出线针筒的出料针部周围组设有一压掣件,该压掣件与该出线针筒的端部之间容设有一弹性件;当该出线针筒的出料针部朝向该两面料下插时,该压掣件的端面压抵于该两面料上,提供该稳定该出料针部的缝纫稳定性,再通过该弹性件的弹性力复归该压掣件的起始位置,可产生较佳的缝纫动作顺畅性。
其中,该出线针筒具有一恒温装置,维持塑料的熔融状态,避免缝纫过程的塑料凝固。
其中,该接料管为软质弯曲的管体。

当重叠的两面料(与熔融状态塑料的材质相同),铺置在该缝纫工作台10的台面上欲进行缝合时(如图5),该出线针筒22的出料针部221尖端穿过两面料(如图6),进入该线头成型凹孔12内的动作,可由该针孔223将该容室222内的塑料注入该线头成型凹孔12内冷却(如图7),成型一反扣两面料的线头30,并由该出料针部221的尖端退出两面料(如图8),生成一小段缝线的过程,同时由该出料针部221的尖端在两面料上相对位移(如图9),完成两面料的一针缝接;仅须由连续性的多针缝接,即能进行或完成两面料的缝合;借由两面料的每一针缝接,都具备该一线头30(如图9),产生独立性的反扣作用,达成每一针不相互影响并提升固定性的功效。
其中,请参阅图4A、图4B及图5所示,该支撑架26,包括一升降台261及一组设于该升降台261的滑座262(利用电磁阀或气压缸作为动力源),且该出线针筒22设置于该滑座262上;如图5、6,通过该滑座262于该升降台261上往复位移,控制该出料针部221作穿缝动作。
较佳地,请参阅图5并搭配图2C所示,该台面内部的线头成型凹孔12周遭,设有至少一道冷却水路14;当该针孔223将该容室222内的塑料注入该线头成型凹孔12内时,该冷却水到能有效降低熔融状态塑料的温度,加速冷却固化的效果。
更佳地,请参阅图6至图9并搭配图2B所示,该出线针筒22的出料针部221周围组设有一压掣件24,该压掣件24与该出线针筒22的端部之间容设有一弹性件241;当该出线针筒的出料针部221朝向两面料下插时,该压掣件24的端面压抵于两面料上,提供该稳定该出料针部221的缝纫稳定性,再通过该弹性件241的弹性力复归该压掣件24的起始位置,可产生较佳的缝纫动作顺畅性。
最佳地,该出线针筒22具有一恒温装置224(电热线圈、电热片),维持塑料的熔融状态(半固化状态),避免缝纫过程的塑料凝固。
本发明的第二种实施,请参阅图10A及图11A并搭配图2C所示,该缝纫工作台10的台面上,设置有一线性滑轨组50(可为两组),该线性滑轨组50包括有一Y轴线性滑轨52及一X轴线性滑轨54,该X轴线性滑轨54系于该Y轴线性滑轨52滑动位移,且该X轴线性滑轨54上设置有该出线缝纫装置20;通过该Y轴线性滑轨52及X轴线性滑轨54,使该出线缝纫装置20于该台面上作Y轴向以及X轴向的位移缝纫动作,达到电脑自动控制该出料针部221于该两面料上缝纫的效果。
较佳地,该缝纫工作台10的台面一端设置有一滚筒式送料机60,另一端设置有一滚筒式收料机70,该滚筒式收料机70,包括有一第一收料筒72及一第二收料筒74,该第一收料筒72与该第二收料筒74之间,设置有一于一活动槽701内上下往复位移的活动转向筒76及一固定转向筒78,且该活动转向筒76的下部及上部分别设置有一第一感应元件721及一第二感应元件741;当该第一收料筒72持续卷收面料,使得该活动转向筒76位移至底部位置触发该第一感应元件721,该第一收料筒72停止,该第二收料筒74开始卷收;当该第二收料筒74持续卷收面料,使得该活动转向筒76位移至顶部位置触发该第二感应元件741,该第二收料筒74停止,该第一收料筒72开始卷收,使该滚筒式收料机70精准地卷收面料。
最后,请参阅图10A、图11A并搭配图5所示,该接料管2222为软质弯曲的管体,借以避免该出线针筒22升降过程中管体破裂,提升使用耐用性的效果。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的,而非限制性的,本领域普通技术人员理解,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可作出许多修改、变化或等效,但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,是在一低温的缝纫工作台的台面一端设有至少一出线缝纫装置;
该缝纫工作台的台面表面设有至少一线头成型凹孔;
该一出线缝纫装置至少包括一出线针筒,该出线针筒的筒体组设于一能够上下往复运动的支撑架上,该出线针筒一端相对该线头成型凹孔形成有一尖锥形状的出料针部,该出料针部的尖端能够由该筒体靠近与离开该缝纫工作台的台面,而形成一穿进与穿出该线头成型凹孔的动作,且该尖端由外而内设有一相通于该筒体内部的一容室的针孔,该容室的相反于针孔的一端设有一入料口,该入料口由一接料管接入加压的熔融状态塑料;
当重叠的两面料,铺置在该缝纫工作台的台面上欲进行缝合时,该出线针筒的出料针部尖端穿过两面料,进入该线头成型凹孔内,能够由该针孔将该容室内的塑料注入该线头成型凹孔内冷却,成型一反扣两面料的线头,并由该出料针部的尖端退出两面料,生成一小段缝线的过程,同时由该出料针部的尖端在两面料上相对位移,完成两面料的一针缝接;仅须由连续性的多针缝接,即能进行或完成两面料的缝合;借由两面料的每一针缝接,都具备该一线头,产生独立性的反扣作用,达成每一针不相互影响并提升固定性的功效。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,该支撑架包括一升降台及一组设于该升降台的滑座,且该出线针筒设置于该滑座上。
3.如权利要求2所述的塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,该滑座以电磁阀或气压缸作为动力源,能够在该升降台上进行上下往复运动。
4.如权利要求1所述的塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,该缝纫工作台的台面上设置有至少一线性滑轨组,该线性滑轨组上设置有该出线缝纫装置。
5.如权利要求4所述的塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,该线性滑轨组包括有一Y轴线性滑轨及一X轴线性滑轨,该X轴线性滑轨能够在该Y轴线性滑轨滑动位移,且该X轴线性滑轨上设置有该出线缝纫装置。
6.如权利要求1或4所述的塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,该缝纫工作台的台面一端设置有一滚筒式送料机,另一端设置有一滚筒式收料机。
7.如权利要求6所述的塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,该滚筒式收料机包括有一第一收料筒及一第二收料筒,该第一收料筒与该第二收料筒之间设置有一能够在一活动槽内上下往复位移的活动转向筒及一固定转向筒,且该活动转向筒的下部及上部分别设置有一第一感应元件及一第二感应元件。
8.如权利要求1所述的塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,该缝纫工作台内部的线头成型凹孔周遭设有至少一道冷却水路。
9.如权利要求1所述的塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,该出线针筒的出料针部周围组设有一压掣件,该压掣件与该出线针筒的端部之间容设有一弹性件。
10.如权利要求1所述的塑料织造面料缝纫机,其特征在于,该出线针筒具有一恒温装置,用于维持塑料的熔融状态。
