Abstract

一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,係將重疊的兩面料,舖置在縫紉工作檯的檯面上欲進行縫合時,出線針筒的出料針部尖端穿過兩面料,進入線頭成型凹孔內的動作,可由針孔將容室內的塑料注入線頭成型凹孔內冷卻,成型反扣兩面料的線頭,並由出料針部的尖端退出兩面料,生成一小段縫線之過程,同時由出料針部的尖端在兩面料上相對位移,完成兩面料的一針縫接;僅須由連續性的多針縫接,即能進行或完成兩面料的縫合;藉由兩面料的每一針縫接,皆具備一線頭,產生獨立性的反扣作用,達成每一針不相互影響並提升固定性之功效。

Description

塑料織造面料縫糿機
本發明提供一種面料縫紉機,尤其是一種使面料的每一針縫接皆具備一線頭,產生獨立性的反扣作用,令每一針縫接不相互影響的塑料織造面料縫糿機。
針對化纖面料,習用之化纖面料縫紉機,一般係在化纖面料上以不同材質的縫線連續縫接(如面料為PET或尼龍材質,縫線為棉材質),當化纖面料作廢料處理時,其不同材質縫線不利於回收再利用,影響回收品質;又習用化纖面料縫紉機,其連續縫接面料的結構,當面料其中一段車線斷裂時,相連之其他車線則會受到影響脫落,甚至造成整件成品的可承受力降低而破裂,故習用之化纖面料縫紉機的可靠性較低。
本發明之主要目的,提供一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,係一低溫的縫紉工作檯的檯面一端,設有至少一出線縫紉裝置;該縫紉工作檯的檯面表面,設有至少一線頭成型凹孔;該一出線縫紉裝置,至少包括一出線針筒,該出線針筒的筒體,係組設於一可上下往復作動的支撐架上,該出線針筒一端相對該線頭成型凹孔,形成有一尖錐形狀的出料針部,該出料針部的尖端,係由該筒體近靠與離開該縫紉工作檯的檯面,形成一穿進與穿出該線頭成型凹孔的 動作,且該尖端並由外而內設有一相通該筒體內部之一容室的針孔,該容室的另一端設有一入料口,該入料口係由一接料管接入加壓的熔融狀態塑料;當重疊的兩面料,舖置在該縫紉工作檯的檯面上欲進行縫合時,該出線針筒的出料針部尖端穿過兩面料,進入該線頭成型凹孔內的動作,可由該針孔將該容室內的塑料注入該線頭成型凹孔內冷卻,成型一反扣兩面料的線頭,並由該出料針部的尖端退出兩面料,生成一小段縫線之過程,同時由該出料針部的尖端在兩面料上相對位移,完成兩面料的一針縫接;僅須由連續性的多針縫接,即能進行或完成兩面料的縫合;藉由兩面料的每一針縫接,皆具備該一線頭,產生獨立性的反扣作用,達成每一針不相互影響並提升固定性之功效。
本發明之次一目的,提供一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該支撐架,包括一升降台及一組設於該升降台的滑座,且該出線針筒係設置於該滑座上;透過該滑座於該升降台上往復位移,控制該出料針部作穿縫動作。
本發明之次一目的,提供一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該縫紉工作檯的檯面上,設置有至少一線性滑軌組,該一線性滑軌組包括有一Y軸線性滑軌及一X軸線性滑軌,該X軸線性滑軌係於該Y軸線性滑軌滑動位移,且該X軸線性滑軌上設置有該出線縫紉裝置;透過該Y軸線性滑軌及X軸線性滑軌,使該出線縫紉裝置於該檯面上作Y軸向以及X軸向的位移縫紉動作,達到電腦自動控制該出料針部於該兩面料上縫紉之效果。
本發明之再一目的,提供一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中, 該縫紉工作檯的檯面一端設置有一滾筒式送料機,另一端設置有一滾筒式收料機,該滾筒式收料機,包括有一第一收料筒及一第二收料筒,該第一收料筒與該第二收料筒之間,設置有一於一活動槽內上下往復位移的活動轉向筒及一固定轉向筒,且該活動轉向筒的下部及上部分別設置有一第一感應元件及一第二感應元件;當該第一收料筒持續捲收面料,使得該活動轉向筒位移至底部位置觸發該第一感應元件,該第一收料筒停止,該第二收料筒開始捲收;當該第二收料筒持續捲收面料,使得該活動轉向筒位移至頂部位置觸發該第二感應元件,該第二收料筒停止,該第一收料筒開始捲收,俾使該滾筒式收料機精準地捲收面料。
本發明之另一目的,提供一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該縫紉工作檯內部的線頭成型凹孔周遭,設有至少一道冷卻水路;俾當該針孔將該容室內的塑料注入該線頭成型凹孔內時,該冷卻水到能有效降低熔融狀態塑料之溫度,加速冷卻固化之效果。
本發明之又一目的,提供一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該出線針筒的出料針部周圍組設有一壓掣件,該壓掣件與該出線針筒的端部之間容設有一彈性件;當該出線針筒的出料針部朝向該兩面料下插時,該壓掣件的端面壓抵於該兩面料上,提供該穩定該出料針部的縫紉穩定性,再透過該彈性件的彈性力復歸該壓掣件的起始位置,俾可產生較佳的縫紉動作順暢性。
本發明之次再一目的,提供一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該出線針筒具有一恆溫裝置,維持塑料之熔融狀態,避免縫紉過程之塑料凝固。
本發明之次另一目的,提供一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該接料管為軟質彎曲的管體。

請參閱圖1至圖4A所示,本發明提供一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,係一低溫的縫紉工作檯10的檯面一端,設有至少一出線縫紉裝置20(本實施為兩組);該縫紉工作檯10的檯面表面,設有至少一線頭成型凹孔12;該一出線縫紉裝置20,至少包括一出線針筒22,該出線針筒22的筒體,係組設於一可上下往復作動的支撐架26上,該出線針筒22一端相對該線頭成型凹孔12,形成有一尖錐形狀的出料針部221,該出料針部221的尖端,係由該筒體近靠與離開該縫紉工作檯10的檯面,形成一穿進與穿出該線頭成型凹孔12的動作,且該尖端並由外而內設有一相通該筒體內部之一容室222的針孔223,該容室222的另一端設有一入料口2221,該入料口2221係由一接料管2222接入加壓的熔融狀態塑料(可為EVA-乙烯、PP-聚丙烯、PE-聚乙烯、PVC-聚氯乙烯、PET-聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、HDPE-高密度聚乙烯、LDPE-低密度聚乙烯…等材質);俾當重疊的兩面料(與熔融狀態塑料的材質相同),舖置在該 縫紉工作檯10的檯面上欲進行縫合時(如圖5),該出線針筒22的出料針部221尖端穿過兩面料(如圖6),進入該線頭成型凹孔12內的動作,可由該針孔223將該容室222內的塑料注入該線頭成型凹孔12內冷卻(如圖7),成型一反扣兩面料的線頭30,並由該出料針部221的尖端退出兩面料(如圖8),生成一小段縫線之過程,同時由該出料針部221的尖端在兩面料上相對位移(如圖9),完成兩面料的一針縫接;僅須由連續性的多針縫接,即能進行或完成兩面料的縫合;藉由兩面料的每一針縫接,皆具備該一線頭30(如圖9),產生獨立性的反扣作用,達成每一針不相互影響並提升固定性之功效。
其中,請參閱圖4、4A及圖5所示,該支撐架26,包括一升降台261及一組設於該升降台261的滑座262(利用電磁閥或氣壓缸作為動力源),且該出線針筒22係設置於該滑座262上;如圖5、6,透過該滑座262於該升降台261上往復位移,控制該出料針部221作穿縫動作。
較佳地,請參閱圖5並搭配圖2B所示,該檯面內部的線頭成型凹孔12周遭,設有至少一道冷卻水路14;俾當該針孔223將該容室222內的塑料注入該線頭成型凹孔12內時,該冷卻水到能有效降低熔融狀態塑料之溫度,加速冷卻固化之效果。
更佳地,請參閱圖6至圖9並搭配圖2A所示,該出線針筒22的出料針部221周圍組設有一壓掣件24,該壓掣件24與該出線針筒22的端部之間容設有一彈性件241;當該出線針筒22的出料針部221朝向兩面料下插時,該壓掣件24的端面壓抵於兩面料上,提供該穩 定該出料針部221的縫紉穩定性,再透過該彈性件241的彈性力復歸該壓掣件24的起始位置,俾可產生較佳的縫紉動作順暢性。
最佳地,該出線針筒22具有一恆溫裝置224(電熱線圈、電熱片),維持塑料之熔融狀態(半固化狀態),避免縫紉過程之塑料凝固。
本發明之第二種實施,請參閱圖10及圖11並搭配圖2B所示,該縫紉工作檯10的檯面上,設置有一線性滑軌組50(可為兩組),該線性滑軌組50包括有一Y軸線性滑軌52及一X軸線性滑軌54,該X軸線性滑軌54係於該Y軸線性滑軌52滑動位移,且該X軸線性滑軌54上設置有該出線縫紉裝置20;透過該Y軸線性滑軌52及X軸線性滑軌54,使該出線縫紉裝置20於該檯面上作Y軸向以及X軸向的位移縫紉動作,達到電腦自動控制該出料針部221於該兩面料上縫紉之效果。
較佳地,該縫紉工作檯10的檯面一端設置有一滾筒式送料機60,另一端設置有一滾筒式收料機70,該滾筒式收料機70,包括有一第一收料筒72及一第二收料筒74,該第一收料筒72與該第二收料筒74之間,設置有一於一活動槽701內上下往復位移的活動轉向筒76及一固定轉向筒78,且該活動轉向筒76的下部及上部分別設置有一第一感應元件721及一第二感應元件741;俾當該第一收料筒72持續捲收面料,使得該活動轉向筒76位移至底部位置觸發該第一感應元件721,該第一收料筒72停止,該第二收料筒74開始捲收;當該第二收料筒74持續捲收面料,使得該活動轉向筒76位移至頂部位置觸發該第二感應元件741,該第二收料筒74停止,該第一收料筒72開始捲收,俾使該滾筒式收料機70精準地捲收面料。
最後,請參閱圖10、圖11並搭配圖5所示,該接料管2222為軟質彎曲的管體,藉以避免該出線針筒22升降過程中管體破裂,提升使用耐用性之效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種塑料織造面料縫糿機,係一低溫的縫紉工作檯的檯面一端,設有至少一出線縫紉裝置;該縫紉工作檯的檯面表面,設有至少一線頭成型凹孔;該一出線縫紉裝置,至少包括一出線針筒,該出線針筒的筒體,係組設於一可上下往復作動的支撐架上,該出線針筒一端相對該線頭成型凹孔,形成有一尖錐形狀的出料針部,該出料針部的尖端,係由該筒體近靠與離開該縫紉工作檯的檯面,形成一穿進與穿出該線頭成型凹孔的動作,且該尖端並由外而內設有一相通該筒體內部之一容室的針孔,該容室的另一端設有一入料口,該入料口係由一接料管接入加壓的熔融狀態塑料;當重疊的兩面料,舖置在該縫紉工作檯的檯面上欲進行縫合時,該出線針筒的出料針部尖端穿過兩面料,進入該線頭成型凹孔內的動作,可由該針孔將該容室內的塑料注入該線頭成型凹孔內冷卻,成型一反扣兩面料的線頭,並由該出料針部的尖端退出兩面料,生成一小段縫線之過程,同時由該出料針部的尖端在兩面料上相對位移,完成兩面料的一針縫接;僅須由連續性的多針縫接,即能進行或完成兩面料的縫合;藉由兩面料的每一針縫接,皆具備該一線頭,產生獨立性的反扣作用,達成每一針不相互影響並提升固定性之功效。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該支撐架,包括一升降台及一組設於該升降台的滑座,且該出線針筒係設置於該滑座上。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第2項所述之塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該滑座,係以電磁閥或氣壓缸作為動力源,於該升降台上進行上下往復運動。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該縫紉工作檯的檯面上,設置有至少一線性滑軌組,該一線性滑軌組上設置有該出線縫紉裝置。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第4項所述之塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該一線性滑軌組,包括有一Y軸線性滑軌及一X軸線性滑軌,該X軸線性滑軌係於該Y軸線性滑軌滑動位移,且該X軸線性滑軌上設置有該出線縫紉裝置。
  6. 根據申請專利範圍第1項或第4項所述之塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該縫紉工作檯的檯面一端設置有一滾筒式送料機,另一端設置有一滾筒式收料機。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第6項所述之塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該滾筒式收料機,包括有一第一收料筒及一第二收料筒,該第一收料筒與該第二收料筒之間,設置有一於一活動槽內上下往復位移的活動轉向筒及一固定轉向筒,且該活動轉向筒的下部及上部分別設置有一第一感應元件及一第二感應元件。
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該縫紉工作檯內部的線頭成型凹孔周遭,設有至少一道冷卻水路。
  9. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該出線針筒的出料針部周圍組設有一壓掣件,該壓掣件與該出線針筒的端部之間容設有一彈性件。
  10. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之塑料織造面料縫糿機,其中,該出線針筒具有一恆溫裝置,維持塑料之熔融狀態。
