Abstract
本发明公开了一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料,包括汽车座椅面料本体,所述汽车座椅面料本体包括基布层,且基布层的顶部设置有第一功能层,同时,第一功能层包括陶瓷纤维层和聚氯乙烯纤维层。本发明设置了包括陶瓷纤维层和聚氯乙烯纤维层的第一功能层,可提高汽车座椅面料本体顶部的耐磨性(其中的聚氯乙烯纤维层起到第一层耐磨保护作用,陶瓷纤维层在聚氯乙烯纤维层损坏后起到第二层耐磨保护作用),设置了包括活性炭纤维层和甲壳素纤维层的第二功能层,可提高汽车座椅面料本体整体的透气性,且活性炭纤维层和甲壳素纤维层均具有很强的抗菌性,从而有效降低了车厢内部的细菌数量,保障了人们的身体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体为一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料。
背景技术
汽车由动力驱动,具有4个或4个以上车轮的非轨道承载的车辆,主要用于:载运人员和(或)货物;牵引载运人员和(或)货物的车辆;特殊用途,汽车座椅是组成汽车不可缺少的部件之一,但现有的汽车座椅面料其透气性和耐磨性较差,从而降低了其使用寿命,为此,我们提出一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料,具备使用寿命长的优点,解决了现有的汽车座椅面料其透气性和耐磨性较差,从而降低了其使用寿命的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料,包括汽车座椅面料本体,所述汽车座椅面料本体包括基布层,且基布层的顶部设置有第一功能层,同时,第一功能层包括陶瓷纤维层和聚氯乙烯纤维层,所述基布层的底部设置有第二功能层,且第二功能层包括活性炭纤维层和甲壳素纤维层。
优选的,所述陶瓷纤维层的底部通过PP胶水与基布层的顶部连接,且聚氯乙烯纤维层的底部通过PP胶水与陶瓷纤维层的顶部连接。
优选的,所述陶瓷纤维层和聚氯乙烯纤维层的厚度相同,且聚氯乙烯纤维层的厚度为一百到两百微米。
优选的,所述甲壳素纤维层的顶部通过PP胶水与基布层的底部连接,且活性炭纤维层的顶部通过PP胶水与甲壳素纤维层的底部连接。
优选的,所述活性炭纤维层和甲壳素纤维层的厚度相同,且活性炭纤维层的厚度为一百八十到三百五十微米。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明设置了包括陶瓷纤维层和聚氯乙烯纤维层的第一功能层,可提高汽车座椅面料本体顶部的耐磨性(其中的聚氯乙烯纤维层起到第一层耐磨保护作用,陶瓷纤维层在聚氯乙烯纤维层损坏后起到第二层耐磨保护作用),设置了包括活性炭纤维层和甲壳素纤维层的第二功能层,可提高汽车座椅面料本体整体的透气性,且活性炭纤维层和甲壳素纤维层均具有很强的抗菌性,从而有效降低了车厢内部的细菌数量,保障了人们的身体健康。

请参阅图1-3,一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料,包括汽车座椅面料本体1,汽车座椅面料本体1包括基布层11,且基布层11的顶部设置有第一功能层12,同时,第一功能层12包括陶瓷纤维层121和聚氯乙烯纤维层122,可提高汽车座椅面料本体1顶部的耐磨性(其中的聚氯乙烯纤维层122起到第一层耐磨保护作用,陶瓷纤维层121在聚氯乙烯纤维层122损坏后起到第二层耐磨保护作用),陶瓷纤维层121的底部通过PP胶水与基布层11的顶部连接,且聚氯乙烯纤维层122的底部通过PP胶水与陶瓷纤维层121的顶部连接,陶瓷纤维层121和聚氯乙烯纤维层122的厚度相同,且聚氯乙烯纤维层122的厚度为一百到两百微米,基布层11的底部设置有第二功能层13,且第二功能层13包括活性炭纤维层131和甲壳素纤维层132,可提高汽车座椅面料本体1整体的透气性,且活性炭纤维层131和甲壳素纤维层132均具有很强的抗菌性,从而有效降低了车厢内部的细菌数量,保障了人们的身体健康,甲壳素纤维层132的顶部通过PP胶水与基布层11的底部连接,且活性炭纤维层131的顶部通过PP胶水与甲壳素纤维层132的底部连接,活性炭纤维层131和甲壳素纤维层132的厚度相同,且活性炭纤维层131的厚度为一百八十到三百五十微米。

1.一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料,包括汽车座椅面料本体(1),其特征在于:所述汽车座椅面料本体(1)包括基布层(11),且基布层(11)的顶部设置有第一功能层(12),同时,第一功能层(12)包括陶瓷纤维层(121)和聚氯乙烯纤维层(122),所述基布层(11)的底部设置有第二功能层(13),且第二功能层(13)包括活性炭纤维层(131)和甲壳素纤维层(132)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料,其特征在于:所述陶瓷纤维层(121)的底部通过PP胶水与基布层(11)的顶部连接,且聚氯乙烯纤维层(122)的底部通过PP胶水与陶瓷纤维层(121)的顶部连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料,其特征在于:所述陶瓷纤维层(121)和聚氯乙烯纤维层(122)的厚度相同,且聚氯乙烯纤维层(122)的厚度为一百到两百微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料,其特征在于:所述甲壳素纤维层(132)的顶部通过PP胶水与基布层(11)的底部连接,且活性炭纤维层(131)的顶部通过PP胶水与甲壳素纤维层(132)的底部连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适耐磨汽车座椅面料,其特征在于:所述活性炭纤维层(131)和甲壳素纤维层(132)的厚度相同,且活性炭纤维层(131)的厚度为一百八十到三百五十微米。
