Composition for repairing skin after medical and artistic treatment and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of cosmetics, and more particularly, to a composition for repairing skin after medical arts, a preparation method and applications thereof.
Background
Medical cosmetology is a series of treatments by medical means including medicines, instruments, operations and the like, so as to achieve the purposes of changing the external form and color of the human body, partially improving the physiological functions of the human body and enhancing the external aesthetic feeling of the human body.
Most of the medical and cosmetic operations at present basically leave wounds and take a certain time to repair. In order to accelerate wound repair after medical cosmetic surgery, some skin care products with the function of repairing wounds are generally adopted.
Aiming at the related technology, the inventor considers that in the repairing process after medical arts, a clean sterile environment is needed to be created for the wound surface, so that the risk of infection can be reduced, and the accelerating healing of the wound surface can be facilitated. Meanwhile, in the medical and aesthetic operation process, the skin is damaged due to the action of external force (light and electricity), so that the skin becomes sensitive temporarily, and the skin can release inflammatory factors due to the stimulation of the external force, so that the skin has side effects of red, swelling, itching and the like, but the components with itching relieving functions at present comprise the following components: peppermint, camphene, borneol and the like have certain irritation, and the itching relieving effect is achieved mainly by making skin feel cool, and the irritation components cannot be added into products for medical and artistic post-repair, so that secondary injury is easily caused to the wound surface after operation, and therefore, the functions of eliminating redness and swelling, especially itching in the current products for medical and artistic post-repair are weaker, and therefore, the improvement still has room.

0.01-0.5 part of Enteromorpha prolifera extract;
0.1-0.4 parts of silybum marianum fruit extract;
0.1-0.3 parts of holy basil leaf extract;
0.1-0.5 part of citric acid;
2-5 parts of solvent.
Preferably, the composition for repairing skin after medical arts comprises the following components in parts by mass:
1-2 parts of lactobacillus fermentation lysate;
3.5-4.5 parts of Leuconostoc mesenteroides/radish root fermentation product filtrate;
0.6-0.8 part of Europe aspen bark extract;
0.05-0.2 part of enteromorpha extract;
0.15-0.25 parts of silybum marianum fruit extract;
0.05-0.2 parts of holy basil leaf extract;
0.3-0.4 part of citric acid;
2.5-3 parts of solvent.
By adopting the technical scheme, the lactobacillus fermentation lysate, the leuconostoc mesenteroides/radish root fermentation product filtrate and the Europe aspen bark extract are added to be matched in a synergistic way, so that the proliferation of fiber cells is promoted, the healing speed of wounds after operation is accelerated, the wound repairing effect of the composition is better, meanwhile, the skin irritation is relieved, the problems of skin allergy, redness and swelling and the like are solved, and skin redness is reduced; the composition also contains heat shock protein, which is beneficial to reducing skin inflammation for external use; meanwhile, the Leuconostoc mesenteroides/radix Raphani fermentation product filtrate is also beneficial to improving the antibacterial performance and mildness of the composition, so that wound wounds after medical and artistic treatment are not easy to be infected, in addition, the skin density is also beneficial to better increase, the loss of water is reduced, and the moisturizing effect of the composition is better improved.
Through the addition of the Enteromorpha prolifera extract, the Silybum marianum fruit extract, the holy basil leaf extract and the citric acid which are mutually matched, the collagen of the dermis layer type I and the collagen of the dermis layer type III are favorably increased, the smoothness and the compactness of the skin are favorably improved, the wound healing process after medical arts is favorably accelerated, and the repairing effect after medical arts is better; meanwhile, the composition is favorable for inhibiting inflammatory mediators of skin, and can relieve dry itching, redness and swelling and allergy of the skin; in addition, the composition can be used for repairing damaged skin affected by mechanical external force, and has mild and durable effect.
The inventor also found in the research process that the lactobacillus fermentation lysate and the holy basil leaf extract are mutually cooperated to be beneficial to improving the permeability of the composition, meanwhile, the composition can effectively relieve the problem of skin itch, and the components are natural, mild and non-irritating, so that the postoperative wound is not easily damaged secondarily when the itch is not easy to occur in the process of repairing and curing, and the patient is not easy to scratch the wound due to the fact that the itch is not easy to be held, and the healing speed of the postoperative wound is better accelerated.
The main reasons for the itching of the postoperative wound in the repair process are as follows: when medical cosmetic surgery is performed, the dermis layer is mainly composed of protein, blood vessels, glands and rich nerve endings, the wound healing process is that the original damaged wound grows new connective tissue to fill the damaged place, the skin nerve, blood vessels and the like which are originally broken because of damage also grow into the new connective tissue again, and the nerve endings which are newly generated are easily stimulated in the healing process, so that the itching feeling occurs, and therefore, the itching of the wound in the healing process mainly occurs in the dermis layer; in the process of repairing skin, the repairing agent can continuously promote the generation of fiber cells, so that the skin on the surface of the skin can better and faster reform a new skin barrier, and the skin barrier can prevent the active ingredients from penetrating into the dermis layer of the skin to play a role.
Based on the technical effects, the inventor believes that the lactobacillus fermentation lysate has better skin penetration performance, is favorable for the synergistic holy basil leaf extract to better penetrate through the epidermis skin barrier and penetrate into the dermis layer, and in addition, the lactobacillus fermentation lysate and the holy basil leaf extract can generate a component for inhibiting the perception sensitivity of nerve endings after being mixed, or the lactobacillus fermentation lysate and the holy basil leaf extract can contain a component for inhibiting the sensitivity of nerve endings, so that the skin is not easy to be itchy in the healing process of healing wounds after medical arts, and simultaneously, the skin is not easy to be stimulated.
The inventor also discovers in the research that after lactobacillus fermentation lysate, holy basil leaf extract and enteromorpha extract are added to be mutually matched, the scar-remaining problem can be effectively relieved, melanin of skin is not easy to precipitate, scar is not easy to be left on the repaired skin, and the scar-removing time of the skin after complete repair is shortened.
Preferably, the solvent comprises one or more of propylene glycol, ethanol, water, and butylene glycol.
By adopting the technical scheme, the composition prepared by adopting one or more substances as the solvent is milder and has no stimulation, is beneficial to inhibiting the activity of inflammatory mediators better, and ensures that the skin is less prone to inflammation in the repair process after operation.
Preferably, the solvent is formed by mixing water and propylene glycol in a mass ratio of 7-9:1.
By adopting the technical scheme, the water and the propylene glycol in a specific proportion are cooperatively matched to serve as the solvent, so that the solubility of each component of the composition is better improved, the components are better mutually cooperatively matched and exert actions, the water supplementing effect of the skin is better improved, the drying problem of the skin in the repairing process can be effectively relieved, and the water supplementing effect is mild and durable.

According to the data comparison of application examples 1 and 6 in tables 2, 3 and 4, the lactobacillus fermentation lysate, the leuconostoc mesenteroides/radish root fermentation product filtrate and the Europe populus bark extract are adopted to cooperate with each other, so that the proliferation of fiber cells is better promoted, the skin repair speed is accelerated, and the time for completely repairing and recovering the postoperative wound of a patient is shorter; meanwhile, the mildness of the composition is improved better, so that the wound of a mouse is less prone to congestion and redness; in addition, the moisturizing effect of the composition is better improved, and the skin is better in instant moisturizing and long-acting moisturizing.
According to the data comparison of application examples 1 and 7 in tables 2, 3 and 4, the enteromorpha extract, the silybum marianum extract, the holy basil leaf extract and the citric acid are adopted to cooperatively cooperate, so that the collagen of the skin is better increased, the compactness and smoothness of the skin are improved, the water content of the skin is better improved, and the skin is more moist and elastic; meanwhile, the skin itching relieving composition is beneficial to better relieving dry itching, redness and swelling and allergy of the skin, reducing the irritation of the composition to the skin and better relieving itching, so that the effect of repairing the skin is better realized.
According to the data comparison of application examples 1 and 8-10 in tables 2, 3 and 4, only by employing lactobacillus fermentation lysate and holy basil leaf extract in a specific ratio in cooperation with each other, the antipruritic effect of the composition can be improved better, and the absence of any substance easily has a great influence on the antipruritic effect of the composition. In addition, by combining the data comparison of examples 6-7, the synergy of lactobacillus fermentation lysate, leuconostoc mesenteroides/radix raphani fermentation product filtrate and Europe populus bark extract lacks any component, and the synergistic effect of the lactobacillus fermentation lysate, leuconostoc mesenteroides/radix raphani fermentation product filtrate and Europe populus bark extract is easy to have great influence on the skin repair promotion speed, the mild bacteriostasis and the water supplementing effect of the composition; any substance is absent in the synergism of the Enteromorpha prolifera extract, the Silybum marianum fruit extract and the holy basil leaf extract with citric acid, and the effects of relieving dry itching, redness and swelling and allergy of the composition are also greatly influenced.
According to the MI data comparison of application example 1 and application example 11 in Table 3, the addition of Enteromorpha prolifera extract is beneficial to better reducing melanin of skin, so that scar is less likely to be left after the postoperative wound is completely repaired and healed.
As can be seen from the comparison of the data in Table 2 for application example 1 and application example 12, the antipruritic effect of borneol is superior to that of the composition formed by the synergistic combination of the lactobacillus fermentation lysate and the holy basil leaf extract, but the borneol is liable to cause a relatively large irritation to the skin.
According to the data comparison of application examples 1-5 in tables 2, 3, 4, it is advantageous to improve the mildness of the composition by using propylene glycol as solvent; by adopting the propylene glycol and water to be matched with a specific proportion as the solvent, the solubility of each component in the composition is improved, and the components are better matched with each other, so that the effects of supplementing water, mildly inhibiting bacteria, relieving dry skin, itching, redness, swelling, allergy and the like of the composition are better improved.
The foregoing are all preferred embodiments of the present application, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present application in any way, therefore: all equivalent changes in structure, shape and principle of this application should be covered in the protection scope of this application.
