s2, filtering the blood, opening a valve 15, allowing the mixed liquid in the tank 4 to pass through the stop valve 5 and the small hole 28 on the flow distribution plate 27 under the self gravity and fall onto the polymer filtering membrane 12, intercepting the polymer protein in the blood by the polymer filtering membrane 12, allowing the mixed liquid with the estrogen and the progestogen to pass through the polymer filtering membrane 12, and then entering the temporary storage tank 13 for collection, thereby realizing the filtration of the blood; therefore, the influence of high molecular protein in blood on the detection precision of a subsequent detection element is avoided, and the female hormone and progestogen detection precision of the detection element is greatly improved;
s3, standing the mixed solution in the temporary storage tank 13 for a period of time, wherein the estrogen and the progestogen are in the lower layer of the temporary storage tank 13, the supernatant is in the upper layer of the hormone layer, the fixed plate 32 is pressed downwards at the moment to enable the liquid extracting pipe 31 to extend into the supernatant layer, then the water pump 30 is started, the supernatant layer is extracted by the water pump 30, and the water pump 30 is closed after a certain amount of liquid is extracted; therefore, the content of the estrogen and the progestogen in a unit volume is increased, so that the condition that a subsequent detection element can quickly detect the estrogen and the progestogen is improved;
s4, detecting the estrogen and the progestogen, wherein an operator opens the valve 15, the estrogen and the progestogen in the lower layer enter the sampling pipe 16 through the valve 15, then the valve 15 is closed, the detection element 17 transmits the acquired data of the content of the estrogen and the progestogen to the computer 14 through a lead, and the content of the estrogen and the progestogen in the detected blood is visually observed from the computer 14, so that the detection of the estrogen and the progestogen is realized.

A device for rapidly detecting estrogen and progestin in a human, comprising: the device comprises a blood mixing device (1), a blood filtering device (2) and a female hormone and progestogen detection device (3) which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, wherein the blood mixing device (1) comprises a tank body (4), a power unit arranged on the tank body (4) and a stop valve (5) fixedly arranged at the bottom of the tank body (4), an ultrasonic generator (6) is arranged on the outer wall of the tank body (4), a blood injection device and a purified water injection device are arranged at the top of the tank body (4), a blade (7) extending into the tank body (4) is arranged on an output shaft of the power unit, an annular tube (8) is connected between the blood injection device and the purified water injection device, and a plurality of liquid outlet holes (9) are formed in the bottom surface of the annular tube (8);
the blood filtering device (2) comprises an upper conical cover (10) and a lower conical cover (11), the lower conical cover (11) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the upper conical cover (10), a sealed cavity is formed between the lower conical cover and the upper conical cover (10), a polymer filtering membrane (12) is fixedly arranged in the upper conical cover (10), and the upper port of the upper conical cover (10) is connected with the stop valve (5);
the female hormone and progestogen detection device (3) comprises a temporary storage tank (13), a computer (14) and a suspension liquid pumping and separating device arranged on the temporary storage tank (13), the temporary storage tank (13) is communicated with a lower port of a lower conical cover (11), a valve (15) is arranged on the side wall of the temporary storage tank (13), a sampling pipe (16) is connected onto the valve (15), a detection element (17) is arranged in the sampling pipe (16), and the detection element (17) is electrically connected with the computer (14).

The device for rapidly detecting estrogen and progestin in human body according to claim 1, wherein: the power unit comprises a speed reducer (18) and a motor (19), the speed reducer (18) is fixedly arranged at the top of the tank body (4), the motor (19) is fixedly arranged at the top of the speed reducer (18), an output shaft of the motor (19) is connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer (18), a stirring shaft (20) is connected to an output shaft of the speed reducer (18) through a coupler, the stirring shaft (20) is arranged in the tank body (4), and the blades (7) are arranged on the stirring shaft (20).

The device for rapidly detecting estrogen and progestin in human body according to claim 1, wherein: the blood injection device comprises a liquid inlet pipe I (21) and a funnel I (22), wherein the liquid inlet pipe I (21) is fixedly arranged at the top of the tank body (4), the lower port of the liquid inlet pipe I (21) is fixedly arranged on the annular pipe (8) and communicated with the annular pipe (8), the upper port of the liquid inlet pipe I (21) extends to the outside of the tank body (4), and the extension end is connected with the funnel I (22).
