Detailed Description
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a silicon fiber plate, wherein the silicon fiber plate can be used as a decorative plate, such as a decorative plate for building wall surfaces, and the manufacturing method comprises the following steps:
s1, selecting a non-asbestos cement fiberboard as a substrate, and sanding the front surface and the back surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard;
s2, cleaning the asbestos-free cement fiberboard subjected to sanding treatment;
s3, coating a water-based UV primer on one of the front surface and the back surface of the cleaned asbestos-free cement fiberboard, and curing after coating; coating a water-based UV primer again, and curing again to form a water-based UV primer coating with a smooth surface on the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard;
s4, coating a water-based UV primer on the other surface of the front surface and the reverse surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard, and curing after coating; coating the water-based UV primer again, and carrying out curing treatment again, so that a water-based UV primer coating with a smooth surface is formed on the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard;
namely, the front surface and the back surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard are coated with water-based UV primer twice and cured twice;
s5, coating hot melt adhesive on the water-based UV primer coating on the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard to form a hot melt adhesive layer;
and S6, pressing and sticking a surface material on the hot melt adhesive layer.
The plane materiel sets up to PVC decorative film, or, the plane materiel is formed by PET transparent film and PVC decorative film hot pressing complex, just PVC decorative film contacts with the hot melt adhesive layer.
The silicon fiber board prepared by the method comprises a surface material, a hot melt adhesive layer 3, a water-based UV primer coating 4, a non-asbestos cement fiber board 5 and a water-based UV primer coating 6 which are sequentially connected; the plane materiel is PVC decorative film 2 or the plane materiel is formed by PET transparent film 1 and PVC decorative film 2 hot pressing complex, PVC decorative film 2 contacts with the hot melt adhesive layer.
The face material can be produced by hot-pressing the PET transparent film 1 and the PVC decorative film 2 at any time before the step S6, and then the PVC decorative film 2 is faced to the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 and the PET transparent film 1 is faced to the side of the PVC decorative film facing away from the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 in the flat pasting operation. That is, the silicon fiber board manufactured in the above manner sequentially comprises a PET transparent film 1, a PVC decorative film 2, a water-based UV primer layer, an asbestos-free cement fiber board 5 and a water-based UV primer layer. And preferably, a hot melt adhesive layer 3 is arranged between the PVC decorative film 2 and the water-based UV primer layer.
The asbestos-free cement fiber board 5 is selected as a substrate, the asbestos-free cement fiber board 5 is fireproof and insulating, the incombustibility reaches A level, the board cannot be combusted in case of fire, and toxic smoke cannot be generated; the conductive coefficient is low, so that the insulating material is an ideal insulating material; in addition, the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 is waterproof and moistureproof, has low water absorption, and can still keep stable performance and not sink or deform under the semi-open and high-humidity environment; the density is high, the flexibility is good, so the impact strength is high, and the fracture is not easy to occur; and the asbestos-free cement fiber board 5 does not contain formaldehyde and asbestos, is nontoxic and does not release harmful gases, thereby being environment-friendly. The invention selects the non-asbestos cement fiber board 5 as the substrate to manufacture the silicon fiber board, so the manufactured silicon fiber board also has the corresponding characteristics of the non-asbestos cement fiber board 5, such as fire resistance, moisture resistance, difficulty in mildew growth (namely mildew resistance), good impact resistance and environmental protection.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 is greater than or equal to 5mm, preferably greater than or equal to 5.5mm, and if too thin, it is likely to break during construction and transportation.
In the step S1, when performing the sanding process, a rough sanding process is performed first, and then a finish sanding process is performed. In this embodiment, the front and back surfaces of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 are sequentially sanded by 80-mesh and 120-mesh sanders, preferably by using a double-sand roller. Can handle the arch on no asbestos cement fiberboard 5 surfaces through sand light processing, thereby make no asbestos cement fiberboard 5 surfaces can be more smooth, level and smooth, fine and smooth, and can also increase the viscidity on no asbestos cement fiberboard 5 surfaces, thereby more be favorable to the infiltration and the adhesion on follow-up waterborne UV priming paint layer, and then promote the firmness that hot melt adhesive and plane materiel combined with it, and also can make more level and smooth when the silicon fiber board surface of making out, adhesion between each subassembly also greatly increased, be difficult for the layering. In this embodiment, the 80-mesh and 120-mesh silica sand sanding treatments are sequentially performed to avoid excessive sanding, and achieve the above effects.
In the step S2, the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 needs to be cleaned to the extent that impurities (including dust) cannot be seen by eyes, wherein the impurities include impurities originally on the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, impurities formed by sanding treatment, and the like. The impurities on the cleaning plate surface can be prevented from influencing the overall quality of the manufactured silicon fiber plate.
A water-based UV primer coating is formed on the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, the hot melt adhesive is coated on the water-based UV primer coating, and then the surface material is flatly attached and pressed on the hot melt adhesive layer 3, namely, the surface material is combined on the water-based UV primer coating through the hot melt adhesive instead of being directly combined on the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, so that a layer of stable medium of the water-based UV primer coating is arranged between the surface material and the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5. So set up, can strengthen the cohesion between no asbestos cement fibreboard 5 and the plane materiel for it is difficult for layering between asbestos cement fibreboard and the plane materiel. And the surface material is pressed and adhered on the water-based UV primer coating through the hot melt adhesive, so that the adhesion force is strong, and the surface material and the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 are not easy to delaminate. In addition, the water-based UV primer coating is formed on the surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5, and the problem that small pits exist on the surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 is solved, namely, even if the small pits exist on the surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5, the small pits are filled with the water-based UV primer, so that the flatness of the surface material after being pressed and attached is ensured. In this embodiment, the thickness of the aqueous UV primer coating is set to 150um-300um, preferably 160um, 180um, 200um, 220um, 240um, 260um or 280um. The thickness setting can meet the requirement of the dielectric layer, and the unnecessary cost is not increased due to too thick thickness.
The front surface and the back surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 are coated with the water-based UV primer twice and cured twice. The way of primary priming and primary drying cannot be adopted, because the water-based UV primer has permeability, and the absorption effect of each area of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 on the water-based UV primer cannot be completely consistent, if the water-based UV primer is applied only once, if the water-based UV primer is applied thinly, the water-based UV primer in the partial area of the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 can completely penetrate into the silicon fiberboard, so that no water-based UV primer is left in the partial area of the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5; another part of the area may only penetrate into the part, and part of the water-based UV primer remains on the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiber board 5; in this way, after the curing operation, the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 is partially coated with the aqueous UV primer, or is simply coated with the base material of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5. This can lead to the following undesirable consequences: 1. the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 coated with the water-based UV primer is uneven, so that after subsequent surface veneers are pasted, the surface of the surface veneers is also uneven, namely the surface of the whole silicon fiberboard is uneven; 2. the partial region of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 without the aqueous UV primer coating corresponds to a region where the face material is directly bonded to the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 by the hot melt adhesive, and thus the bonding strength of the face material to the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 is not as high as that of the aqueous UV primer coating serving as a medium layer, resulting in easy delamination of the face material from the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5.
If the coating is carried out only once, namely the total amount of the two coatings of the invention is coated once, the thickness of the one-time coating is thicker, so that the layering is particularly easy to form between the water-based UV primer coating and the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 after the curing, and therefore, after the surface material is pressed and adhered to the water-based UV primer coating through the hot melt adhesive, the whole formed by connecting the surface material, the hot melt adhesive and the water-based UV primer coating is extremely easy to layer with the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5; and the total amount of the two coatings of the invention is coated once again and cured once, although the surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 has the water-based UV primer coating, after all, the absorption effect of each area of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 on the water-based UV primer cannot be completely consistent, so that the thicknesses of the water-based UV primer coatings on different areas of the surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 are different, namely the thicknesses of the water-based UV primer coatings on the surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 are different, namely the surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 after being coated with the water-based UV primer and cured is uneven, so that after subsequent surface pasting, the surface of the surface is also uneven, namely the surface of the whole silicon fiberboard is uneven.
The invention adopts the mode of coating the water-based UV primer twice and curing twice on the front surface and the back surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, and the operation has the advantages that: most of the first applied water-based UV primer penetrates into the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5 to be in sufficient contact with the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5, and the first application is followed by the first curing, so that the water-based UV primer penetrating into the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5 after the first curing is sufficiently bonded to the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5 to form a whole, and there is no problem of delamination, and even if a small amount of water-based UV primer remains on the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5, the part of water-based UV primer is sufficiently bonded to the water-based UV primer in the same position as the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5 and the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5, and thus after the first curing, the water-based UV primer remaining on the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5, the water-based UV primer penetrating into the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5, and the asbestos-free cement fiber sheet 5 form a whole. Then coating the water-based UV primer for the second time, wherein the water-based UV primer for the first time is used for priming, and the water-based UV primer for the second time is basically remained on the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, so that after the second time of curing, the whole surface of the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 is provided with a layer of water-based UV primer coating; the second applied water-based UV primer is bonded to the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 and is connected to the first applied water-based UV primer in contact with the first applied water-based UV primer, and more specifically, because the second applied water-based UV primer is connected to the first applied water-based UV primer remaining on the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, if the first applied water-based UV primer penetrates into the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 in a certain region of the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, the second applied water-based UV primer penetrates into the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 in part and is fully contacted with the first applied water-based UV primer, and a part of the first applied water-based UV primer remains on the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 and is fully contacted with the surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, and the first and second applied water-based UV primers are both water-based UV primers, and the first applied water-based UV primer is bonded to the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 in full contact with the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 in part, so that the first applied water-based UV primer and the asbestos-based UV primer are bonded to the first applied water-based UV primer and the second applied water-based UV primer are integrally formed into the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5. That is, the method of coating the water-based UV primer twice and curing twice is equivalent to that a water-based UV primer permeation layer is formed inside the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 51, a water-based UV primer coating layer with a flat surface is formed on the surface of the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, and the water-based UV primer permeation layer is connected with the water-based UV primer coating layer and the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, so that the water-based UV primer permeation layer is formed as a whole and is not easy to delaminate. Namely, the water-based UV primer permeation layer inside the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 and the water-based UV primer coating 4 on the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 are connected, and the bonding force among the three is very strong and is not easy to delaminate; the water-based UV primer permeable layer inside the reverse surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5, the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 and the water-based UV primer coating 6 on the reverse surface of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 are connected, and the bonding force among the three is very strong and is not easy to delaminate. The surface material is pressed and pasted on the first water-based UV primer coating 4 on the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 through the hot melt adhesive, namely, the surface material is pressed and pasted on the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5, so that the bonding force between the surface material and the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 is stronger, and the surface material is not easy to delaminate.
The bonding force between the water-based UV primer penetration layer coated twice and the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 is stronger, so that the water-based UV primer penetration layer can be formed into a whole, and the silicon fiberboard is further ensured to have stronger bonding force and is less prone to delamination; and so set up, can also improve no whole shock strength of asbestos cement fibreboard + waterborne UV priming paint permeable layer + waterborne UV priming paint coating, thereby improve the holistic shock strength of silicon fibreboard.
In addition, even if the positive waterborne UV priming paint coating of no asbestos cement fibreboard 5 after the operation of primary curing is uneven, also can remedy through the secondary coating waterborne UV priming paint, can be according to the circumstances after the solidification of the first waterborne UV priming paint aqueous UV priming paint of different thickness of regional coating in difference to make after the secondary curing, the waterborne UV priming paint coating that forms on no asbestos cement fibreboard 5 openly levels, thereby guarantees that the plane materiel surface is level and smooth, promptly the whole front of silicon fibreboard is level and smooth. Even if the front surface of the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5 is provided with small pits, the front surface can be filled with the water-based UV primer coated twice, so that the flatness of the whole front surface of the silicon fiberboard is further ensured.
Preferably, the curing of the aqueous UV primer is performed by means of UV curing, i.e. by means of UV rays.
In addition, the water-based UV primer also has excellent sealing property, so that the water-based UV primer coating coated on the asbestos-free cement fiber board 5 can prevent water vapor from entering the silicon fiber board, namely, the water-based UV primer coating formed by curing has good waterproof property, so that the silicon fiber board has good waterproof property, and the mildew resistance of the silicon fiber board is further improved. And because still be formed with waterborne UV priming paint permeable formation in the no asbestos cement fiberboard 5 to make steam more difficult for advance in the silicon fiberboard, and then make the waterproof performance of silicon fiberboard is better.
And because the front and back surfaces of the asbestos-free cement fiber board 5 are both arranged as above, even if the building wall surface has water vapor due to weather, the water vapor can not enter the silicon fiber board from the back surface of the silicon fiber board, and the water vapor in the air can not enter the silicon fiber board through the front surface of the silicon fiber board, so that the mildew caused by the water vapor entering the silicon fiber board can be prevented.
Preferably, the temperature of the aqueous UV primer is maintained between 30 ° and 40 °, such as 32, 34, 35, 36 or 38 °, when the aqueous UV primer is applied, in order to obtain an optimal leveling of the aqueous UV primer and also to enable a smoother painting action.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the hot melt adhesive adopts PUR hot melt adhesive, and its initial viscosity is high, thereby can make the plane materiel combines with no asbestos cement fiberboard 5 more firmly, further makes cohesion between each layer of silicon fiberboard is stronger, more difficult layering. Preferably, the PUR hot melt adhesive can be coated in a roll coating manner. The PUR hot melt adhesive is coated in a roller coating mode, so that the contact area of the PUR hot melt adhesive and the surface of the water-based UV primer coating can be increased at the same time, and the coating efficiency is improved; and because the mode of coating the water-based UV primer twice and curing twice is adopted, the surface of the formed water-based UV primer coating is smooth, the roller coating of the PUR hot melt adhesive is more favorable for smoothing the surface of the hot melt adhesive layer 3, and the surface of the surface material is very smooth after the surface material is attached, so that the whole front surface of the silicon fiber board prepared by the method is very smooth.
Because the PUR hot melt adhesive is solid at room temperature/ambient temperature, the temperature of the PUR hot melt adhesive is kept at 110-130 degrees when the hot melt adhesive is coated, so that the PUR hot melt adhesive is conveniently coated on the surface of the water-based UV primer coating, and the viscosity of the PUR hot melt adhesive is better than that of the PUR hot melt adhesive in other temperature states at the temperature. When the temperature of the PUR hot melt adhesive is 120 ℃, the adhesive force can reach 15000 +/-3000 mPas. Therefore, the bonding force between each layer of the silicon fiber plate is further improved to be stronger, and the silicon fiber plate is not easy to delaminate. The hot melt adhesive also has water, heat, cold and creep resistance properties, so that the silicon fiber board also has corresponding properties.
Preferably, the thickness of the hot melt adhesive layer is set to 80-120um, and can be set to 85, 90, 95, 100, 106, 110 or 115um. . The thickness setting can meet the requirement of adhesion performance and high binding force, and unnecessary cost is not increased due to too thick thickness. In other embodiments, the thickness of the hot melt adhesive layer may be adjusted as desired.
The surface material can adopt the independent PVC decorative film 2, and the PVC decorative film 2 can not wrinkle when being attached with the hot melt adhesive, thereby ensuring the flatness of the surface of the whole silicon fiber board.
Preferably, the invention adopts a mode of hot-pressing and compounding the PET transparent film 1 and the PVC decorative film 2 to form a plane material, the PET transparent film 1 is used as the outermost layer of the silicon fiber board, the surface effect of the PVC decorative film 2 has various expression forms, and various forms of color patterns and high-grade texture can be shown, so that the invention is particularly suitable for decoration occasions; the PET transparent film 1 has good glossiness, high hardness, wear resistance, good mechanical property, high impact strength, good folding resistance, oil resistance, dilute acid resistance, dilute alkali resistance and most solvents resistance on the surface; in addition, the gas and water vapor permeability is low, and the gas, water, oil and odor barrier agent has excellent gas, water, oil and odor barrier properties, and is non-toxic, odorless and environment-friendly. Therefore, the plane materiel prepared by compounding the PET transparent film 1 and the PVC decorative film 2 in a hot pressing manner also has the performances, such as good wear resistance, acid resistance and shock resistance, is not easy to break, is waterproof, and can prevent water vapor from entering the silicon fiber plate to cause the mildew, so that the mildew resistance is particularly good, and the silicon fiber plate prepared by the method of the invention also has the performances as a whole. And the waterproof and mildewproof performance of the water-based UV primer layer ensures that the waterproof and mildewproof performance of the silicon fiber board prepared by the method is better.
Further, the PET film has excellent heat resistance and cold resistance, and the toughness is the best of all thermoplastics, and the tensile strength and impact strength are much higher than those of general films. That is, the use of the hot-pressing composite PET transparent film 1 outside the PVC decorative film 2 can further increase the tensile strength and impact strength of the surface of the silicon fiberboard, thereby further preventing the surface of the silicon fiberboard from cracking and bursting apart. And when flat pasting, the PVC decorative film 2 is contacted with the hot melt adhesive, so that the surface material can not wrinkle, and the flatness of the surface of the whole silicon fiber board is further ensured. In addition, the PET transparent film 1 and the PVC decorative film 2 are combined together by hot pressing, and the two films can be basically regarded as a whole, so that delamination is not easy to occur.
In the embodiment, when the PET transparent film 1 and the PVC decorative film 2 are compounded by hot pressing, the hot pressing temperature is set to be 60-70 degrees, the pressure is 10-15 MPa, and the time is 30-50S. The hot pressing temperature is set so that the PET transparent film 1 and the PVC decorative film 2 can be well combined together, and the two films are formed into a whole body. If the hot pressing temperature is too high, the PET transparent film 1 and the PVC decorative film 2 will melt and the shape of the film cannot be maintained, and if the hot pressing temperature is too low, the PET transparent film 1 and the PVC decorative film 2 cannot be well compounded. And the temperature, the pressure and the time are matched, so that the hot pressing efficiency can be balanced on the basis of meeting the surface material performance.
When the face material is formed by hot-pressing and compounding the PET transparent film and the PVC decorative film, preferably, the total thickness of the PET transparent film 6 and the PVC decorative film 5 is set to 580-900um, which may be set to 600, 650, 680, 700, 730, 760, 800, 840, 860 or 880um. So arranged, it just fits to the asbestos-free cement fiberboard 5. Because the face material is tightly adhered to the aqueous UV primer coating through the hot melt adhesive as described above, and the aqueous UV primer coating and the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 are equivalently integrated, it is equivalent to that the face material is tightly adhered to the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 through the hot melt adhesive, and the face material can pull the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 with a force, and if the face material is too thick, the pulling force is larger; and because only the front side of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 is pasted with all the plane materials formed by compounding the PET transparent film 6 and the PVC decorative film 5 in a hot-pressing mode, if the thickness of the plane materials is too thick, the pulling force on the front side of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 is too large, the back side of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 is unbalanced, and therefore the state of the non-asbestos cement fiberboard 5 is slightly deformed, so that the flatness of the front surface of the whole silicon fiberboard is influenced, the performance of the silicon fiberboard is influenced, and the impact resistance of the silicon fiberboard is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the thickness of the PET transparent film 6 is set to 400um-600um, and preferably, the thickness of the PET transparent film 6 can be set to 450, 500 or 550um. The thickness of the PVC decorative film 5 is set to be 180um-300um. Preferably, the thickness of the PVC decorative film 5 may be set to 200, 260 or 280um. If the thickness of the PET transparent film is too thin, the wear resistance of the PET transparent film cannot be achieved, if the PVC decorative film 5 is too thin, the PVC decorative film is easy to deform during hot pressing, so that the thickness is combined, the total thickness of the plane materiel is required, and the beneficial technical effects can be guaranteed to be achieved.
