The PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer comprises a core layer and impregnated bond paper layers arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the core layer, and is characterized in that the surface of the veneer layer at least comprises one PET film layer, and the PET film layer is glued with the impregnated bond paper layers through hot melt adhesives.
2. The PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer of claim 1, wherein the PET film layer comprises one of a PET transparent highlight film and a PET transparent skin-feel film.
3. The PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer as recited in claim 1, wherein the bond line is a PUR hot melt adhesive line, and the PUR hot melt adhesive is a moisture curing reactive PUR hot melt adhesive.
4. The PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer of claim 1, wherein the core layer comprises one of plywood, core board, density board, particle board, fiber board.

The PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer according to claim 1, wherein the veneer comprises a PET film layer, a glue layer, an upper impregnated bond paper layer, a core layer and a lower impregnated bond paper layer in sequence from top to bottom, or the veneer comprises a PET film layer, a glue layer, an upper impregnated bond paper layer, a core layer, a lower impregnated bond paper layer, a glue layer and a PET film layer in sequence from top to bottom.
6. A preparation method of a PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer is characterized in that the PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer is the PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer according to any one of claims 1-5, and the method comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a finishing layer: paving a layer of impregnated adhesive film on the upper surface and the lower surface of the core layer, and pressing and pasting the impregnated adhesive film by a hot press to obtain an impregnated adhesive film paper veneer;
s2, compounding of the PET film: cleaning the surface of the impregnated bond paper veneer, carrying out hot melting on a PUR hot melt adhesive through an adhesive melting mechanism, carrying out roller coating on the molten PUR hot melt adhesive on the surface of the impregnated bond paper through roller coating equipment, strickling, flatly pasting a PET film on the surface, and curing for 48-60 h after curing to obtain the PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer.
7. The preparation method of the PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer according to claim 6, wherein in the step S1, the laminating temperature of the hot press is 130-200 ℃, the unit pressure is 1.0-2.0 MPa, and the hot pressing time is 15-60S.
8. The preparation method of the PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer according to claim 6, wherein in the step S2, the glue melting temperature of the roller coating equipment is 110-130 ℃, and the glue coating thickness is 0.04-0.06 mm.
9. The preparation method of the PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer according to claim 6, wherein the curing conditions are that the temperature is lower than 30 ℃ and the humidity is 50-70%.
10. The method for preparing the PET composite impregnated bond paper veneer according to claim 6, wherein the deviation of the thickness of the impregnated bond paper veneer obtained in the step S1 is less than 0.15 mm.
