Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a postpartum bathing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The postpartum wind refers to the symptoms of fear of wind, fear of cold, hyperhidrosis, pain, numbness or slight limitation of functions for several days, aching pain of muscles and joints, pain, numbness or slight limitation of functions and the like caused by the birth or abortion of women or deficiency of vital qi after abortion, damage of ying-wei and defensive aspects and invasion of exogenous pathogenic factors, and also excludes diseases such as rheumatism, rheumatoid and the like. The disease is advocated by the Chinese traditional medicine society of rheumatism, which is commonly called as postpartum arthralgia and folk custom called postpartum wind. Prepared recipe for women's great museum and after birth door: the puerpera can not avoid wind cold and has taken off the clothes for bathing or cold water for washing. After a month, 34000and Lao are formed. Soreness, severe cold pain in the hands and feet and in the waist and legs, whiz and whiz in the bone marrow as in cold wind blowing, which is not treated by famous doctors. "
Just because the puerpera is easy to have the characteristics of wind and cold fearing, muscle ache, pain and the like after delivery, and the puerpera is in the lactation period, and a plurality of medicines are forbidden or used with caution, so that some women do not have a bath during the period of sitting in the moon, thereby preventing the occurrence of the postpartum wind. The great part of women also suffer from 'postpartum wind' in the puerperium, but the method for effectively treating postpartum arthralgia of the lying-in women is very rare. Therefore, there is a need to develop a bath product suitable for preventing or treating postpartum paralysis of puerpera in puerperium.
Meizhou is one of the main residential areas of the family members, and has a folk tradition with many characteristics of the family members. "Xie Zu" is one of the folk remedies of Hakka in Meizhou, and it is also customary to collect and dry the branches and leaves of Vitex negundo L.in Dapu lake huo folk to decoct with water for bathing, wherein the Vitex negundo L.branches and leaves are the dried stems and leaves of Vitex negundo L.var. The recorded Japanese chaste tree twig and leaf in Zhonghua materia Medica of Shangxia abdomen has the efficacies of relieving exterior syndrome, resolving dampness, eliminating phlegm, relieving asthma, detoxifying and the like, and is mainly used for treating common cold, rubella, pruritus, mammary abscess, swelling and pain and the like. The anti-inflammatory activity of the Vitex negundo branches and leaves comprises quercetin, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, 3,4, 5-trihydroxybenzoic acid and lignan.
In Hakka, dried folium longan is directly put into a pot and decocted with water, and the folium longan refers to dried leaves of Dimocarpus longan of Sapindaceae. In the Chinese materia medica, it is recorded that longan leaves have the efficacies of relieving exterior syndrome, clearing heat, relieving exterior syndrome, promoting diuresis, detoxifying and the like, and are mainly used for treating fetal movement abdominal pain, eczema, malaria, furuncle and the like. The main components with anti-inflammatory activity in the longan leaves are quercetin, 3,4, 5-trihydroxybenzoic acid and the like.
In Meixian province, the leaves of the traditional Chinese sweetgum are dried, decocted with water and bathed, and the leaves of the traditional Chinese sweetgum refer to the dried leaves of Liquidamba fortiana of Hamamelidaceae. It is recorded in Zhonghua materia Medica that sweetgum leaf has the effects of dispelling wind, relieving pain, promoting diuresis, removing dampness, removing toxic substance and stopping bleeding, and is mainly used for treating carbuncle, swelling, sore and ulcer, postpartum wind, dysentery and other diseases. The flavone components in the sweetgum leaves mainly comprise isoquercitrin and kaempferol-3-O-beta-D glucoside, which are main components in the sweetgum leaves.
However, this therapy also has certain limitations. Vitex negundo branches and leaves, longan leaves and sweetgum leaves are natural plants widely planted in the Meizhou region, but due to the limitation of the growth time and the growth region, the advantages of forest resources in mountainous regions cannot be fully utilized, so that the folk good prescription with curative effect on treating postpartum paralysis cannot be widely applied, and is only used in Hakka region at present. At the same time, it is the plant that grows outdoors, and the environment also has a certain influence on the quality of its leaves. Direct decoction cannot ensure complete removal of impurities, and has certain insecurity.
Therefore, the vitex negundo branches and leaves, the longan leaves and the sweetgum leaves are used as raw materials, and the development of a convenient, safe and sanitary postpartum bathing agent has important application value.
